Tris is curled into him, not quite touching his chest, but close. Peter's arm rests on her upper back. It is an awkward position, but in sleep his arm is relaxed. An alternate universe where the war between factions hasn't occurred and neither has the relationship between Tris and Tobias. Their feelings have remained unspoken. Two years on, Tobias is still an Initiate Instructor. However, Tris has dabbled in the City's Security and is now transferring up from an Initiate Trainer to a Dauntless Leader. A choice that alters her life forever.

For a long time, we kiss like that, and I forget that the others are there, forget that there's a war outside the train, forget that we no longer have a home or a position in an uncertain world... Tobias' perspective from before "Divergent" through my "Determinant" alternate 3rd book, with lots of original scenes.

They really don't know why they're in a coffee shop together.

It's always the small things they take for granted, the smiles, the tears, time. But if Tobias's childhood has taught him anything, it's to cherish every little thing his babies do, every little aspect of who they simply are. Everything. After a strain of negative life experiences, 18 yr old Tris has been suffering with anxiety, and the only person she talks to is her eccentric best friend Lynn. Things will start to shake up when Tris' mother decides she needs more social interaction, introducing her to the mysterious, and older man 'Four'. However, life always seems to get worse before it gets better. Modern day.

The sequel to Making a Memory. A complete story presented as a series of one shots that focuses on what happens after Tris and Tobias resume their normal lives and try to make a long distance relationship work.

This is my continuation of events after Allegiant. I don't like the ending (despise it, actually) so here is an addition that still follows the original book. By the way, I don't own any of the characters: they belong to Veronica Roth, this is just a fanfiction.

He got off the couch and walked right up to her, still drunk on her singing that last line to him, he knew it had to be for him from the way that she looked at him, that he dared to lean close to her ear to whisper what they, including her, all knew. Thankfully she falls in love with it there & meets lots of new friends, including one in particular that she is especially fond of (Four!). This story follows the everyday adventures of her life. Deviation is, as the title infers, completely AU from the very beginning chapter. During her Aptitude Test, Beatrice encounter's Four, a surly Dauntless instructor, for the first time and when her results are inconclusive he warns her to stay in Abnegation. Which of her three aptitudes will Beatrice choose and how will that one choice affect not only her future, but Four's as well?

Four/Tris. Rated T/M for language and mild adult themes. Tris has faced her fears and stopped a war, but can she over come the ups and downs of Dauntless life? Six and Four will have to find a way to make it work together, if they are ever going to become Ten.

How different will things be now that Beatrice Prior has decided to select Abnegation on choosing day? Will she fall in love? Will she find a new life for herself? When the war starts, It's finally time for Beatrice to be brave. But how will she handle it? Story includes character development, full plot, dual perspectives and an alternate ending to Allegiant.

A new program has been initiated to help those make their decisions before choosing day. Beatrice takes a chance on her partner in the program, and a bold move takes her further than she ever expected to go. All ideas and characters from Divergent belong to Veronica Roth!

THIS IS A SEQUEL TO RESURRECTION. I hate coming here. " I hate seeing him, but I know it's for the good of Tobias. It's for the good of everyone. Tris Prior was never supposed to be here in the first place. I am just ensuring that her presence doesn't ruin anything, that it doesn't ruin Tobias."

**As she closes the door behind her she lets out a sigh and thinks "this is it Prior, this is what you have been dreaming about. Time to be brave….." and although she is nervous as she descends the stairs of her dorm for the final time it is a nervous that she is secretly embracing.** Tris finds herself falling in love with a mysterious cowboy on a cattle ranch in Australia.

I do not own any part of Divergent and only use these characters with great respect to Veronica Roth. I have been told this is hard to follow. So, to explain, the flow or disjointedness, leaping forward and obscurity is all an artistic rending of Four's last fear in the fear landscape room. After escaping Erudite Four takes Tris into his fears again.

Even ten years after scattering Tris's ashes, Tobias is trying to figure out how to live life without her. He has professional success and still keeps his close circle of friends, but he still struggles with her ghost. Christina shows up at his apartment late one night, with Tris in her car, and he prays that it's a dream. Because losing her again could destroy him. Xpost from AO3.

Four/Tris. Tobias Eaton joined Dauntless, looking for an escape. But, things aren't always what they seem. He is going to leave and join the factionless, until she comes along. Divergent told from Four's POV. His side of things, might just surprise you.

Every conversation they had about kids ended in his saying 'someday, maybe' and really meaning 'no', and her nodding in agreement in a vague sort of way. But Tobias didn't miss the times Tris looked at Zeke's daughter like she was trying to imagine her with deep blue eyes and dirty blonde hair when she thought no one was looking.

I realize that if we had both chosen differently, we might have ended up doing the same thing, in a safer place, in gray clothes instead of black ones. Fourtris.

"It wasn't the kind of butterflies you get when your teacher is passing out your test and you're waiting to find out your grade, or moving to a new school in the middle of the school year. But it wasn't like those petty school girl crushes where your crush would accidentally brush your hand when you reached into the same bucket to grab a marker. It certainly wasn't that." Fourtris!

"Why did you stay?" "Why did you leave?" she shoots back. He scowls at her like he's sick of their little game and she smiles up at him like getting under his skin is just what she wanted. "What's your name? Or is that supposed to be a mystery too?" Her question only makes his scowl deeper, makes the lines around his mouth dig trenches into his skin. "Four." **AU**

SPOILER ALERT. It's been seven years since Tris's death and Four, in a desperate urge to talk to her, decides to write her a letter. The years go by and he ends up writing her four. "..but I wasn't meant to say goodbye to you because perhaps I'm not finished with you just yet, that perhaps you still have to See ME soon. It's a silly thought, but I like it and I'm holding on to it."

Why does it have to be her? Because I am selfish. Because I want her here. Because she was the brave one. Because we need Four to be better than he is right now. There are so many reasons, but none of them would convince Cara. "Because she's divergent. And a Prior. Her blood goes back to the beginning. She can fix all this. It has to be her."

He has never noticed her before—that short blonde girl with the oversized headphones. She's dressed like she doesn't want to stand out, but the pins on her backpack and the loud music from her headphones are proofs of her desire for freedom, And Tobias find himself intrigued. A little pre-Divergent/Divergent story. What if Beatrice and Tobias knew each other in Abnegation? What happens on Tobias' choosing day? Will he choose to stay with Beatrice or go out on his own? Mostly original content. Slightly ooc. All characters belong to Veronica Roth.

Beyond these silly monitors, those people are real. Sure, they're part of some stupid fabricated universe of the experiment, but they're real people. Tris and Tobias are real, and even when they finally have privacy off of the cameras, like now as they ride the train to Amity, they exist. They cry and laugh, love and hurt, believe and persevere. It is time to let go. (Spoiler for Allegiant)

Several minutes later she emerges from the bathroom, holding another towel and still wearing the shirt from before. She tosses the towel carelessly aside and before he can berate her for her 'untidiness', her lips are on his, telling his inner voice to shut up. Her tongue caresses his, and his thoughts become muted. Rated for sexual content/slight language. One-shot.

Tris and Tobias' lack of self control is really going to get them into trouble one of these days. OneShot.

After the events in Allegiant, Tobias decides to return to the Dauntless Compound and face his fears one last time.

A little out of the story timeline that Roth set. Somewhere between Divergent and Insurgent. Tris wants to explore new intimacies with Tobias but doesn't know what those are. Tobias decides to teach her, and the result is delicious, lemony goodness. A one-off, just for fun.

He kisses my lips and then each of the four birds tattooed under my collarbone, lingering a little longer on the newest one; the one closest to my heart; the one that represents him. Post-Insurgent/Tris' fear of intimacy.

Post-Allegiant. Three and a half years later and Tobias is travelling city to city in order to explain the situations currently unfolding for them. On one trip to Baltimore things go wrong and he winds up running into a girl who looks identical to Tris. But could it possibly be her? Or is this girl merely a stranger?

I wasn't satisfied with Roth's cop-out, so I created an alternate for Tris and Tobias and Caleb. M for an end lemon.

Coming home to someone is many things. It is a choice, a promise, a declaration. It is a return, not as a person to a place, but as oneself to another. It is one individual saying to another: 'You are the one I choose'. *Allegiant alternate-ending*

Blindly, he reaches out for her hand, willing her to come back. For just one more kiss, one more word, one more glance from those eyes were that were always so alive. He doesn't care if she doesn't remember him, he just needs one more second chance. *Allegiant alternative ending - Tris survives the death serum & being shot, but falls victim to the memory serum*

Tris got dosed with Amity's peace serum, and Tobias tries to stay frustrated with the result. but happiness is contagious, you know, and true love can be patient with pretty much anything. Oneshot. T for language. FourPOV.

This story is set at the end of Divergent, without any of the war or simulation. It is just a happy ending to Four and Tris after she becomes a full member. The Dauntless have a party to celebrate and this is my take on it. It does get very explicit and has language so please be mindful of the rating.

AU! After her parents are killed in a break in shooting, Tris has to cover the funeral and last expenses costs. She starts waitressing at a bar, Divergent, to make ends meet. Soon she acquires a regular customer, who never says more than four words to her but tips very well. Perhaps actions do speak louder than words...

SPOILERS! This is how I believe Alligiant should have ended. I am all for a twist but now what happened in the last story of this series. I thought of this while listening to "Say Something" by A Great Big World. Feel free to play it in the background as you read. I believe this song would also fit to the actual ending of the book.

I know there are several out there, but I wanted to know how I would write it if Tris and Tobias decided to stay in Abnegation. I'm hoping to stray from what others have written and breathe some new life into this story. Let me know what you think!

Okay, I know some of you liked the end to Allegiant and were happy with it. I'd like to say that I wish I could have your perspective and though I have mucho respect for Veronica for doing that and making such an incredibly strong end to an amazing story...I need closure. I need a happy version so for those of you who share my pain, this is for you. **ALLEGIANT SPOILERS***
