AUTHOR ANNOUNCEMENTS

Went back to school two years ago (Spring 2015) and am currently a full-time student (12 Units). Unfortunately, I have two years to go before I can get a Bachelors in Linguistics as I have planned. Work on my stories will be very slow in coming during the semester if at all and will likely come in fits and starts during my Winter and Summer breaks.

Due to the fact that I have a large number of stories posted, you'll find that when you try to sort my stories by Category or by Title, a huge chunk of them will disappear. If you're having a hard time finding one of my stories, try doing a story search.

I've started translating my stories into Italian and Japanese using my rudimentary skills in both languages as a way of practicing both languages so I don't forget them outside of class. If you want to see how badly I've butchered both the languages and my stories during my translation attempts, they can be found on this site under the pen name Lucillia2.

My Profile:

I'm a 33 year old woman who lives in the San Francisco bay area. I like reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy and writing Fan Fiction as well as creating things with needles, thread, and yarn. If I put my full real name down in a story somewhere, I'd probably get a bunch of reviews commenting on how crappy a name that was for a Mary Sue and that a five year-old could come up with a better one. Thanks dad.

I seem to be better at the short story format, and the short chapters in my longer stories tend to reflect that.

As for my incomplete stories, I don't abandon them. I generally have an idea of what's going to happen, but I often get stalled somewhere between points A and B for days, weeks, months, or years. As soon as inspiration hits, I'm back on track and you get more of the stories you know and love. Sorry about the wait until then.

A Handy guide to the pictures by the side of my stories is:

For Naruto, the Naruto-Centric stories will be marked with the Uzumaki clan symbol (or what was shown as the Uzumaki Clan symbol on Narutopedia at one point before they changed it again) which is the thing which looks like a spiral in a target. All Uchiha-centric stories are marked with a Uchiha fan. Stories that focus on the Konoha Police Force will have their symbol on them (fan in shuriken). Stories that focus on Naruto and the Uchiha will have a combined Uzumaki and Uchiha clan symbol thing. Stories that focus on Konoha ninja who aren't Naruto will have a hitai-ate with the Konoha symbol, ones that focus on Kiri ninja with the Kiri symbol etc. The only exception to this is The Demon and the Dead man which has an illustration of Naruto and Izuna that was done in Microsoft Paint.

For Star Trek: Star Trek stories and cross-overs are marked with the Enterprise, unless they aren't centered around the Enterprise or its crewmembers or their families, in which case they will be marked with a blank starfield.

For Harry Potter: Stories with a Slytherin Harry will be marked with the Slytherin house symbol. Stories with a Ravenclaw Harry will be marked with a Ravenclaw symbol. All others will be marked with a flying Snitch on a red field.

For the A-Team: A-Team stories and crossovers are marked with a red A.

For Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z: All stories are marked with the four-starred ball.

For Doctor Who: All stories are marked with a TARDIS.

First Try 'Verse:

Main Stories:

First Try - Naruto graduates the Academy after he passes his first attempt at the Graduation Exam when he is ten, and ends up on a different team. Complete.

First Try: Team 7 - With Naruto's teammates having made Chunin and there being an odd number of graduates from the Academy that year, Kakashi uses the opportunity to steal an unwilling Naruto from his sensei and place him on his new Genin team. Complete.

Fist Try: Shippuden. - Three years after Team 7 broke apart, Teams 7 and 5 are forced to deal with a variety of domestic problems such as Satoshi's gambling addiction and the kidnapping of Sasuke's son as the Akatsuki goes on the move. In Progress.

Side Stories:

First Try: Team Tetsuo - Diverges from First Try Chapter 11. When Kakashi puts off a discussion with the Hokage to beyond the last minute, Shimura Tetsuo is allowed to keep Naruto and is given Sakura and Sasuke to fill in the gaps created in his team by Suzume and Satoshi's departures as the two new Chunin move on to bigger and better missions. Deciding to keep his promise to Naruto to not let him miss another Chunin Exam, Tetsuo decides to try his damnedest to get his team in shape in the two months he has left with Kakashi's assistance. Since he has the Rookie of the Year, and that year's Top Kunoichi, it shouldn't be too difficult, right? In Progress.

First Try Team 7: Divergence - Things go differently when Tsunade decides to go traitor rather than become Hokage. The Sannin are gone for good, and another of Jiraiya's students and Danzo agree that what Konoha needs right now is a second Yellow Flash. In Progress.

First Try: River Country Con - (Oneshot) Satoshi gambles away Team 5's traveling funds during a C-Rank, and the team is forced to use unorthodox means to recoup their loss. Complete.

First Try: Autumn Leaves - (oneshot) A Tetsuo who's just starting out with his team and uncertain about the whole teaching thing decides to take a favored D-Rank and pass down a tradition his sensei had passed down to him. Complete.

First Try: Tetsuo - (series of oneshots) Tales in the life of the Sensei of Team 5. Ongoing.

First Try: Zabuza - (series of oneshots) Adventures in the life of Momochi Zabuza, House Husband. Ongoing.

Izuna's Travels 'Verse:

Izuna's Adventure - An experiment with the Mangekyo Sharingan flings Izuna into what he's convinced is another world. His brother never would have flipped his lid like that, would he? Complete.

Izuna and Madara Hogwarts Professors - After returning from his adventure, Izuna and his brother travel to another world to get their hands on the inheritance the Sage of the Six Paths left his younger son, and end up being hired to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts. In Progress.

Naruto's BFF 'Verse:

Kushina's Boyfriend - Madara kidnaps Kushina when she's sixteen in order to release the Kyuubi early and gets more than he bargained for when he makes the mistake of complimenting her hair, as Kushina - who has broken up with her boyfriend Minato yet again - decides that it is love at first sight. In Progress.

Naruto's BFF - Madara once again gets more than he bargained for when he uses a cheesy villain line before attempting to kill Naruto, and the boy becomes convinced that the man is his Bestest Friend in the Whole Wide World. Complete.

'Til We Meet Again - (series of oneshots) In the eight years between Madara's death and his resurrection, Naruto lived a life in which he had a number of adventures and got into several scrapes. Ongoing.

Not Quite A Kage Killer 'Verse:

Minato and the Hyuuga Twins - (Oneshot) Jiraiya challenges Minato to a dare involving a certain pair of identical twins. Hiashi and Hizashi are slightly less than amused. Complete.

Not Quite A Kage Killer - (Oneshot) Naruto uses a variant of the Sexy Jutsu to take down Tobi. Complete.

Nidaime Jutsu Backfires 'Verse:

Sunshine - (Oneshot) Hashirama steals a Jutsu scroll from his brother that he should have left alone, and performs a jutsu that has...interesting effects. Complete.

Rainbows - (Series of Oneshots) Sasuke steals a certain Jutsu scroll of the Nidaime's from Naruto whom the Sandaime had given it to thinking that he'd appreciate it and uses one of the Jutsu against his opponents, believing it to be powerful, and unaware of its actual effects.Ongoing.

Transformation Technique - (Old Oneshot) Tobirama invents a technique that he's sure will allow him into the women's side of the baths, but doesn't have very much luck with it. Could be considered Canon if you accept the possibility that Mito might have been Hashirama's second wife. Complete.

Mizuki's Salvation 'Verse:

Salvation - (Oneshot) Mizuki meets an interdimensional traveler who sets him down a different path when he decides to prove that he wasn't "Beyond Saving". Complete.

Saving Mizuki - The Path from being a traitor to becoming a good man is not a short or an easy one. In Progress.

Time Mixup 'Verse:

Time Mixup - Four travelers from four different timelines travel back in time and find themselves in the same timeline. Later, an accidentally time traveling Gaara adds himself into the mix. Complete.

The Exam- The story Gaara alludes to in Time Mixup when he tells Naruto about the time the Rokudaime Hokage entered the Chunin Exams. Complete.

Time Mixup: Time Snarl Thanks to a vengeful Kyuubi from a timeline where Naruto hadn't befriended Kurama, Naruto has ended up in yet another timeline where it's the time of the Uchiha Massacre. He's joined by Neji, Sasuke, and a few others. Meanwhile, the Hokage Naruto from Time Mixup has been mentally replaced by the twelve year-old self that the time travelling Naruto had replaced. Line A: is the young Hokage and most of the time traveling crew of Time Mixup, and Line B: is the world that Naruto has found himself shifted to. In Progress.

Consequences 'Verse:

The Consequences of Drunken Experiments- (series of Oneshots) Orochimaru does a series of experiments while under the influence of a variety of substances. In Progress.

Chickenzilla - Orochimaru's giant fire breathing chicken escapes, adopts Naruto, and derails the Uchiha Massarce. In Progress

Nature - (drabble) the clones Orochimaru made for himself are...slightly less than optimal. Complete

Companion Stories that start out nearly identical and then diverge:

Sharingan Rats - Naruto also awakens the Sharingan in Wave during the battle on the bridge. As he and Sasuke are getting used to being family, they discover that the rest of the clan has been reborn as rats that infest the Uchiha Clan Compound. In Progress.

Uzumaki and Uchiha - Naruto awakens the Sharingan in Wave during the battle on the bridge. Instead of getting a clan reborn as rats, he has to deal with a crazy several times great Uncle, and a rather possessive third cousin who acts like he's his mother or something. In Progress.

Karin and the Other Uzumaki - When Karin decides to call Naruto out about using the Uzumaki clan name, she discovers much to her surprise that Naruto is actually an Uzumaki, and therefore kin. In Progress.

A Blond and a Redhead Walk into a Chunin Exam - Karin calls Naruto out about the Uzumaki name and discovers much to her surprise that he is kin. In this universe however, Karin did not yet serve Orochimaru, and her family had not yet died. In Progress.

The Fett Twins 'Verse:

The Fett Twins - Boba Fett witnesses the birth of Luke and Leia when he goes to Polis Massa to get his broken arm fixed. He sits on the information of their existence for six years, until he decides to remove them from the Jedi's grasp and raise them himself. Leia is eventually stolen back by Bail Organa who has her memory of her time with her brother and their adoptive father Boba Fett erased. Things happen, and a pair of Skywalker twins who have been raised to be bounty hunters get caught up in the war between the Rebellion and the Empire. In Progress.

Growing Up Fett - Tales in the lives of Luke and Leia as they grow up in the care of the notorious bounty hunter Boba Fett. In Progress.

The Lena Fett 'Verse:

Daughter - (Oneshot) Jango adopts a custom made kid that some wealthy jerk shoved into his arms when he decides he doesn't want it. Boba is less than amused. Complete.

Little Sister - (Oneshot) Boba tries and fails to get rid of his little sister so it could go back to being just him and his dad. Jango is less than amused. Complete.

25 Almost Great Escapes - Lena is brought to the Jedi Temple after the battle of Geonosis. The order decides to keep the child, and she decides to escape. In Progress.

Tommy Black 'Verse:

A Small Tale From the Grand Epic Called History- Alastor Moody finds himself listening to a story about a future where Harry Potter went mad and destroyed the world. The one telling it? Harry's half-cousin, Thomas James Black. Complete.

Rewriting the Tale - Despite the fact that it has been tried a million times before and may very well be futile, Thomas tries to change the future. Moody hovers in the background waiting to either provide help or destroy Harry if he shows signs of the madness that caused the destruction of everything. In Progress.

Jareth Potter 'Verse:

Jareth Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone- During a chance meeting at the bank, Jareth, King of the Goblins, is reunited with his illegitimate grandson. In Progress. Sequels will be forthcoming.
