Author has written 4 stories for Rise of the Guardians, Avengers, and Frozen.
"The best way to express one's true, inner feelings is through dance because the body never lies. Dances are choreographed with a story in mind. Every story the body tells is true, every emotion shown and felt is raw, and every time it's told is the same as the first, even if the technique improves. Dance brings a happiness and a freedom with it, a silent voice finally being recognized, finally being heard. True dancers don't stop dancing just because the music has been shut off, and a true dancer doesn't stop dancing even when it looks like they have. A dancer is always dancing and always will dance because dance sets them free, overcomes their fears, and puts them in control." -Me
"There are two kinds of anger: hot and cold. Boy and girls experience both, but as they grow up the anger separates according to the sex. Boys need hot anger to survive. They need inclination to fight, the drive to sink the knife into the flesh, the energy and initiative of fury. It's a requirement of hunting, of defense, of pride. Maybe of sex too. And girls need cold anger. They need the cold simmer, the ceaseless grudge, the talent to avoid forgiveness, the sidestepping of compromise. They need to know when they say something that they will never back down, ever, ever. It's the compensation for a more limited scope in the world. Cross a man and you struggle, one of you wins, you would adjust and go on--or you lie there dead. Cross a woman and the universe is changed, once again, for cold anger requires an eternal vigilance in all matters of slight and offense." -Gregory Maguire, The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West
MY FAVORITE FANFICTION EVER: Dance for Your Life by jacedesbff (This is an Avengers Clintasha So You Think You Can Dance AU and it's perfection! Seriously ya'll need to go read it like right now. Your life will not be complete until you do. It's in my Favorite Stories list. You will not regret it I promise!)
I'm a girl who knows how to read people, and my mind works very differently than most people's. (Seriously, my English teacher called me a paradox for two years because she couldn't understand me.) I like puzzles, mysteries, and challenges.
My favorite ship in the world is Clintasha, then Jelsa. Jelsa is the OTP that I can't ever mess with, while with Clintasha, I'm ok with putting Clint and Natasha with anyone. I can only see Elsa and Pitch getting along if Pitch isn't evil, because I feel like if Pitch is still evil, he is just using Elsa to gain power the same way Hans tried to use Anna, and that's not right.
Oh, did I mention I get attached quickly when I trust someone, and I connect to characters very quickly. I'm super protective of the people I care about, from my sister and two brothers to my best friends (even when they ignore me) to people I don't talk to very often but still trust, and no one hurts those people and gets away with it. I can stand up for myself, and like Elsa and Natasha, I am the last person in the world you want to make mad.
In case you haven't noticed, I tend to go off on tangents when I get really passionate about something (which is why my chapters are so long). I love details, which is another reason why my chapters are so long, and I spend a lot of time taking the movie playing in my head and adapting it into something adoring fans of ships can read (because we all know they aren't my adoring fans, or not yet, anyway).
My favorite body part to detail is the eye, because your eyes can show every emotion you feel since they're the windows to the soul. I feel like the eyes are special, and each person's eyes are different. People can fall in love because of eyes, and my favorite part of someone is usually their eyes. Take Jack Frost for example: I adore his eyes. I melt every time I see a picture that truly highlights just how deep and warm and caring and blue they are. It's beautiful. (Then again, he's beautiful, and I believe in him and I'd be his snowflake if he would just ask, so yeah...) (=*.*=)
I hate death and goodbyes because it makes me cry, but I love writing things that make people tear up. Typical, right? I do love writing the fun, fluffy moments, but every story needs some drama.
98% of the human population would defend themselves if someone called them weird. If you are the 2% who say "Why, thank you!" then copy and paste this onto your profile.
(Saw this on AirFireWaterEarth's profile and it's so true for me, so I did what it said to.) (=*.*=)
WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL??
Try it without looking at answers
1) Pick your favorite number between 1-9
2) Multiply by 3 then
3) Add 3, then again Multiply by 3 (I'll wait while you get the calculator...)
4) You'll get a 2 or 3 digit number….
5) Add the digits together
Now with that number see who your ROLE MODEL is from the list below :
2. Nelson Mandela
5. Bill Gates
7. Brad Pitt
10. Natasha Romanov
I know...I just have that effect on people...one day you too can be like me... :) Believe it!
PS. Stop picking different numbers. I AM YOUR IDOL, JUST DEAL WITH IT!!
Now copy and paste this into your profile, and change your name in #9. (P.S. Found this on AirFireWaterEarth's profile too.)

As for my stories, I will update each story as soon as I can. I can't promise weekly updates anymore, because life is crazy, but I try.
I love reviews! They make me more excited to keep writing! So keep reading, keep enjoying, and keep reviewing please! Seeing people review my stories really boosts my self-esteem, since I've been bullied for most of my life for being passionate about something, and I get kind of discouraged when no one tells me what they think of my writing. I want to know what you think, since I don't know who's reading my stories and can't read their reactions.
Snowflakes of love and fun to you all! ~Des (=*.*=)
