So this is after season four finished, but without the wedding at the end. It's going to be a MerlinxArthur story and it will contain what I'm sure you've all been waiting for, for four seasons like I have, Arthur finally finding out about his best friend and manservant's magic. But of course an adventure has to go along with the confession.

Arthur Pendragon has been studying history for almost 400 years. He's memorized all the lessons and all the books. Apparently his cheeky student Merlin Emrys disagrees. He can't possibly know more than Arthur, right?

Merlin is simply of the opinion that Arthur has awful timing, and needs to work on how he says things when his servant is exhausted beyond words. "What... do you... mean?" Merlin asks slowly, carefully, still half sure that he is hearing things, but half going along with Arthur's words anyway just in case he isn't.

"If you are ever caught by a mortal, then you are bound to them until the day you die." Merlin had always known that if he left the druid camp, there was a chance he would be hunted, but he never gave much thought about it until the day he was.

In the darkness of bereavement, Arthur needs a hand to hold M/A

Merthur- I got up at 2 am to get some snacks at the convenience store down the street and opened my door to find you trying to sleep on the floor of the hallway because your roommate has his fiancée over so i guess I'll lend you my couch for the night AU

During a hunting trip gone wrong, Merlin is forced to save Arthur with his magic, despite being injured. Arthur reacts badly, and takes Merlin captive back to Camelot to face trial - Or, he would have had they not run across bandits. They ransom the king, but Arthur wants nothing to do with the sorcerer, who suffers the abuse of the bandits. Merlin whump abound. Two-shot. Complete.

Merlin's done pretending that he doesn't love Arthur, and so he prepares a plan. Then, all of a sudden, Arthur receives flowers. Who might be his secret admirer? - Merthur, oneshot, starts with the scene in 2x03 The Nightmare Begins, when Merlin brings Morgana flowers, except the flowers are not for her and she isn't in the fanfic :)

Merlin is forced to become a girl in order to save Camelot (surprise, suprise). However, what will ensue when Prince Arthur Pendragon meets this beautiful, strangely familiar female character? Cheeky bit of Merthur for you all. Enjoy!

It's hard to watch them beat him down, without knowing what they're doing. It hurts so much sometimes that he can hardly bring himself to get out of bed, so when that happens, he had nights like this to hold himself together. / Merdred

Morgana is fed up with the nobles of the court fawning over her as they do every year on the day of her birth and she goes out riding and reflects on life when she suddenly comes upon a druid camp with a certain manservant and there is much that is revealed to her.

Sweet dreams but instead of Arthur/Vivian, Merlin/Arthur. Gwen is not in love with Arthur, there is absolutly no gwencelot. Hope it makes you laugh.

Arthur is cursed by a warlock to feel what it's like to not fit in. He remembers Camelot, but no one else does, and he doesn't understand modern society. Can he break the curse? There is an enchantment on Camelot and while Uther is angry, he thinks that he may just be able to use it. The enchantment causes all magic users to have terrible nightmares, resulting in screaming fits. For someone who has magic, and lives and works in the castle, like Merlin, this is very bad news.

When the Doctor is looking for a name he stumbles upon a town called Roverhaven hopefully getting the answers he requires while Skulduggery and Valkyrie are not so sure about him as the sensitive's have branded him the thing that could end all life as we know it. Merlin decides to travel in order to understand himself and his relation with Arthur and ends up in another country. After being almost killed and saved by a man named Robin Hood, he decides to stay with him and his group of merry men. No slash.
