welcome! i've been active on fanfiction.net for over 15 years. if you want to know about me, i enjoy autumn, decorating my house for halloween, reading and writing all sorts of nonsense, and listening to horror movie soundtracks on vinyl nonstop. i also study several languages and anthropology. most days you will find me at home with my husband, on the computer going down some rabbit hole, reading harry potter fanfiction. god, the desperate and complex relationship i have with that fandom...it's the one of the most constant things in my life.

HARRY POTTER » harmony, dramione

harry/hermione is my absolute OTP across all fandoms, this is not a drill ya'll! i have spent more cumulative hours of my life reading harmony fanfics than probably any other hobby which...my husband knows, and now you do as well. i was super active in the online harry potter community while the books were still being published, and i may have slight PTSD about all the shipping drama that went down during that time. harry and hermione should have been endgame, fullstop. but yeah, i'm always on the lookout for quality work so please feel free to message me if you have any recommendations.

draco/hermione was a stumble into another ship outside of harmony, and is my solid #2. a well-written and well-characterized dramione fic is like stumbling into a goldmine. i have the fallout downloaded on my phone for long subway commutes. enough said.

on that note, i'm incredibly anti-r/hr and h/g, but not necessarily fond of weasley-bashing unless it's extremely nuanced. despite his flaws and huge mistakes, i have a soft spot for ron weasley, and the trio in general, as a unit, so it's difficult to see that disrupted by relationship drama. regardless, it is glaringly obvious that hermione would never have been happy in a long-term relationship with ronald, that she deserved better and so did he, and by now, even jkr has come to see the light on that issue (lmfao, such sweet vindication...delusional who?). but yeah ginny was an underdeveloped glorified mary-sue with zero character development and this is a hill i will die on.

please keep in mind that almost all of my fics were written when i was in high school many years ago and are thus absolutely god-awful, so you will have to forgive me for that. i've kept them posted here more for nostalgic value than anything else.
