Author has written 19 stories for Crossing Jordan, David Eddings, Harry Potter, House, M.D., and Stargate: SG-1.
Well, I'm a 20 odd year old girl from Wombat-land, who is a qualified Integration Aide. I love Stargate, Lord of the Rings, David and Leigh Eddings, Crossing Jordan, Harry Potter, House, Andromeda, Music, playing my trombone and violin, reading and writing fanfic. I also play World of Warcraft, as well as some other games, but WoW is the main game I play. I'm more into the more 'retro' side of gaming, and own a NES, SNES as well as a PS2 and DS, so I can safely say I'm not up with the latest and greatest.
I suck at writing bios. I also have a habit of rambling a lot. And foot in mouth disease. If something's going on in my life, I'll say it, so be careful if I say something's been going on, and you ask if everything's ok... you might end up with the full story.
I used to be known as Silver Snape Silk, but I found it a mouthful, so I changed my name. My name is still a mouthful, but out of the four syllables, you can break it down to one, and just call me 'Lue'.
My Stargate stories can also be found on www.samandjack.net under the penname Neferlue. As you can see the similarity of the names...
I like the SS/HG pairing, because of it's unusualness, Sam/Jack, Dan/Jan in Stargate as well as a few others. My favourite Harry Potter character is Snape. I guess I have a thing for tall, dark haired, slightly reclusive men with high levels of intelligence... maybe why I married one :P My favourite Stargate characters are Sam Carter, and Daniel Jackson, as they are a tie for me. The kick arse bright, take no crap chick, and the archaeologist. I nearly went into archaeology. LOTR is Aragorn. He's just awesome. I love all the Eddings characters, love Nigel and Jordan in Crossing Jordan, House too, and Tyr in Andromeda.
I am currently in the process of writing a fic about Snape, and a very special Defence Against The Dark Arts teacher, who happens to have a secret, and a special relationship concerning Dumbledore...Three guesses what it is and you can have an apple if you guess right...I'm out of leeks. I'm not sure how old the apple is though...oh, wait, it'll have to be a kiwi fruit, I threw out the apples a couple of weeks ago...two months was too old. Come to think of it, I'm not sure how old the kiwi fruit is either.../evil grins. I started it when I was 17, and am still writing the damned thing. One day I might actually get the first chapter finished that isn't handwritten in a book. One hint: the DADA teacher is a reference to a people in Eddings' books, with a few twists, and will be filling in a few things we know exist, and may come across as a bit of a Mary Sue, but she's not intended that way. Ever wondered how people discovered some things? Her heritage explains it. It's called "The Half-Blood", and is set... well, during HBP, so canon until then, as when I started HBP wasn't out yet. As chapter 3 is now up (finally got somewhere!), I think I've given away a bit more than I meant to. Meh. Those who haven't read my bio won't know, and I have a spot in mind for when people finally have things explained and/or confirmed.
I rewrote my story "Oh no! It's a Fanfic!". I wanted to tidy it up a bit, and make it longer, and into a one shot. There's some mild sexual references towards the end (Minerva can't keep her mouth shut), but it's still quite tame.
I have recently got into the House M.D. fanfiction... my first fic is evil and dark...and I hadn't slept for 29 hours when I started it...took me two hours. You do the math. I was very tired, but it seemed to be ok. The song the fic features and is based on is called "Inside" and is by a lovely woman called Helen Trevillion. Go to her website!! Go!! Now!! (Google her. Her site is down as I write this due to a hacker... but should be up soon)
Also, everything I write is not mine. Sometimes I forget to put in disclaimers. So I'll put one here, which should hopefully cover any mishaps. If I own anything, I'll generally say it. Otherwise, it ain't mine.
So, if you're interested in learning more, need a beta, whatever, drop me a message in my inbox and give me a happy little glow.
P.S. To people who write Harry Potter... Brits and Aussies alike have milk in their coffee or tea. If you've read the Da Vinci Code, you'll recall it was a trick question "Cream or sugar?"... at least, I think it was the Da Vinci Code... :P The only time I have cream in my coffee, is when it comes from the whipped cream can... Milk, people, milk...

For me, crazy is a loose term. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you what you are doing that is so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you have an hour-long sob fest, and then start singing and dancing when your favorite song comes on. Crazy is when you do or say a completely random thing, like "Do you ever wonder where the eraser bits go?" or having a thumbwar with yourself. If you're crazy, copy this onto your profile.
