Progress status as of January 21, 2018:
Entries are sorted by the time of last update. When I move something forward, I move its entry to the top. The chapter progress format is %Russian/%English.
Dance, Dance, Rumble: Change of strategy. I created some polls and my readers' unanimous decision was to postpone the big reveal flashback for later (3 votes against 0).
Ch.10 at 30/0
Deliberately tiny chapters, planned length of ~70 K words.
Crafting an unconventional portable computer out of desktop parts.
I bought a giant soldering iron and am now literally tinkering, heh.
Undisclosed NSFW OF:
Stalled at 23 K words / 3 chapters. English only.
This idea jumped me completely out of the blue right in the middle of having fun writing DDR's Ch. 8. I tried resisting but it was no use. My muse was already rabid, frothing at her mouth. I guess I had lots of suppressed desire to design my own characters.
On the plus side, this should help me give DDR the touch of innocence it must have - because this project will absorb all the gore and adult themes I was suppressing because Shantae is so sweet and light-hearted and not what I usually write at all.
Sorting through my hoard:
I'm almost done bringing it to order. I now know I have a shoeboxful of thermionic valves, one and a half kilograms of Germanium transistors (most of them in mint condition as they were already obsolete in 1978..85 when they were produced) and lots of other stuff, now all counted for and labeled. Isn't that nice?
Cheb's Game Engine: Nothing to see here yet, 200 to 300 man-hours away from an early alpha
Test #21: I'm weeding out coding horror after coding horror. And reworking the GUI/fonts architecture. This will be the final great cleanup of the basics before moving from the eternal rotating cube to real stuff. Includes full support of Linux and Raspberry Pi 2 and 3 with full-screen and mouse capture working (I'm too awesome for mere SDL2, it's all pure X11 pain), all rendering refactored to be GLES2 compatible, with any immediate mode bindings removed altogether, and exception handling / backtrace line info working properly on all platforms.
Annulled Destiny II: Wild Wasteland:
Temporarily on hold until I finish DDR.
Ch. 6 at 03% / 0
Further world building: at 32%. Doing research. Making Fallout world deep. And meaningful.
Overall plot: at 35%
Final chapter at 5% / 0
Mourning my pet pigeon:
Despite him trying insistently for Darwin awards through all 12 years of his life, it still hurts. What to say? He finally succeeded.
Your Destiny Is Annulled v1.5:
AU sidestory 1 at 0%
This story's main selling point is unpredictability, with as little asspulls as possible. It's a Thriller/Adventure. Mind you, this is not a lemon and was never intended to be. I gave it the M rating because it sometimes skims the edge of safe territory, but mostly for occasional violence. As my inspiration came from various sources including DB & DBZ, this fic could get quite dark at times. Well, the life in general has its share of shadow -- you don't think that would faze Ranma, don't you?
Steam - Library - Shantae, Risky's Revenge: 3 hours played
Playing Fallout: Nevada
Just started, played a couple hours.
I am already liking this fan game based on the FO2 engine. It adds such concept as highways. Faster to travel, but high probability of highwaymen. Takes place before FO1, you can meet Harold who tells you about the Cathedral being built. Vault City where you start is top left of the world map, so I can't expect many familiar locations. I suppose Vegas may be off the map as well.
Your Destiny Is Annulled: Deleted, see the newer version.
Sailor Ranma: Stalled :( Damn you, writer's block.
Ch. 1 completed, withheld
This here is my take on Fire's brilliant Sailor Ranko, my own version that is aimed to be fanon-free, based purely on the mangas, for both the Ranma and Sailor Moon continuities. But don't think I'm just randomly making things Darker and Edgier. I just use the SM manga setting, which is quite dark by itself (or should I say everything we are feed today is hopelessly watered down so the SM manga just looks dark in comparison?). The Sailor Moon most of you know wasn't created by Takeuchi Naoko, it's a heavily modified AU crafted by at least five different anime directors the most prominent of which is Kunihiku Ikuhara. The original SM fights nigh-Lovecraftian monsters and rivals DragonBall Z in its powerlevels.
An Unsuitable Person: Dead. I'm sorry. Bleach was great, but I grew sorely disappointed with it.
Russian translation for Mark MacKinnon's "On A Clear Day You Can See Forever": stalled after releasing the completed Ch.6.
Sailor Ranko: Dive into the Unknown: Removed due to a massive rewrite going out of control. Partly smelted and reworked into pieces of "Your Destiny is Annulled", mostly chapter 21 onward. Including some unfinished parts of it that were never released.
The Fatal Dream: On hold since 2008. I do want to continue it. If I only had enough strength.
Russian translation for "Just Add Water" by Rebecca Ann Heineman: Dead since 2007,
