Author has written 1 story for Lord of the Rings.

Wow I can't believe that after all this time of being on fanfic, I never bothered postiong anything here. Well here goes - I'm 20 and will be turning 21 in the next few months (not posting birthday here). I'm a sophmore in college, and I am hoping to get into costume design after i finish school. I was home schooled for most of my life, until I got to college. Even though it seems like home schooling was better than public/private school, it was still pretty lonely since I was by myself most of the time. I had to use my imagination to entertain myself - this is why I started to write.

I love love LOVE to read, and there is no one genre that I enjoy. I like everything from Stephen King (though most of his books are waaay to wierd for me. The Green Mile was really good thought.) to Narnia and The Lord of the Rings to Sherlock Holmes to Jane Auston's works. I perfer classics to recent works, though some (like the Inheritance Trology - can't wait for Bresinger!! - and King) I like. I personally fell that most of the books we get today just aren't on the same level as what people used to write. If anyone has any suggestions, I love fantasy novels - dragons, vampires, etc... let me know! I have already tried reading Twillight so please do not tell me how wonderful it is... It isnt anywhere as good as people make it out to be.

Besides books, I love films. I love movies that are based on litertaure, such as LoR, Narnia, the Jane Austin films. I also like the superheros, anything related to the theater (Cicago and Mulin Rouge), and cheesy things like Godzilla, Monsters, Inc., and other kiddie movies. I am hoping they hurry and make Ice age 3 and Toy Story 3!! I grew up watching The Neverending Story and the Wizard of Oz, and they are still favoriets. I am looking forward to the day I get to watch them with the little nieces and nephews and cousins.

Other than school, work, books, and movies, I really don't get to do much else. I like to craft though - I like to knit, and I scrap a lot with my sister. I love to shop, but I have to stik to shopping online for the most part. I enjoy board games, but I rarely find someone to sit down with me to play, since the games I like (Monopoly and Risk, for example) take a long time. My two favorite games are the Lord of the Rings and Star Wars versions of Trivial Persuit. I also like chess, though I am still pretty easy to beat.

I enjoy supporting my university's football team (though we seem to loose more than win) as well as the state's pro football team (same situation - we loose more than we win). I used to have 2 cats, both were mixed breeds, though one had to be put to sleep some time ago, and a dog, who is a miniature pinscer. She is fiesty but still precious - I love the facial expressions she has, they can melt your heart in a second.

Child of Gondor reviews
A pair of cousins are adopted by Denethor's family. Boromir and Faramir's story is told through their eyes. Not a Mary Sue. Will update soon. A sequel to follow. Chapter 9 posted. Please tell me what you think!
