You once told me not to despair,
That paths have a reason to cross.
With a world’s worth of wit you declared:
Not all those who wander are lost.
A man who wanders alone,
And the beasts that ravage his nation.
Their unyielding duel is postponed.
Is there more that awaits than damnation?
From the ashes shall a fire awaken.
The shadows yield an omniscient light.
Take hold of the blade once forsaken.
Your eyes are too shrewd to lose sight.
A king who relinquished his throne.
A ghost of a land torn asunder.
To take in hand sword justly honed...
For what do I fight now I wonder?
Reluctance will dull best of blades.
But swung with ample will we are stronger.
Stand tall and I’ll come to your aid.
But retreat and I’ll serve you no longer.
To wander is not to be lost.
To be rogue is to walk without course.
To abandon them or to pay the cost?
To hold true is to return to the source.
Imbue me now with your conviction.
I am far too old to fear death.
But enough for one final infliction?
I am Lost, but I’ll fight to last breath.
Hi there! I'm a 23 year old anime/manga enthusiast from Massachusetts. My favorite series include Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Naruto, but my favorite western animation series is by far Avatar: The Last Airbender. I mostly just write whatever comes into my head, but as you've probably noticed, I have a strong inclination towards time travel stories.
Stories I'm working on:
Second Wind (One Piece time travel AU) - Ongoing
Nindo Reborn (Naruto time travel AU) - Ongoing
Whirlpool Saga (Naruto AU) - Ongoing
Roar of the Pride (Dragonball Z AU) - Ongoing
The Lone Warrior's Absolution (Dragonball Z time travel AU) - Ongoing
Avatar: Flare of Redemption (Avatar: The Last Airbender time travel AU) - Ongoing
Recommendations (by fandom):
Avatar: The Last Airbender:
My Hero Academia:
I thought I'd spread some of these around as a way to promote new story ideas. These are mostly pretty broad ideas, so have fun and get creative with them. If you happen to be reading my profile and decide to try your hand at one of these, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll take a look!
One Piece:Any story in which Luffy's main source of inspiration is Mihawk instead of Shanks, or perhaps both. Preferably, the story will have changes to accommodate this that don't involve Mihawk visiting East Blue instead of Shanks for some reason. Play around a bit, try to make the ripples realistic.
Dragon Ball: A time travel story in which one of the main cast is sent back from the Super era to the early Z era. Preferably this story will combine concepts from both Super and Z, since the two are quite different.
My Hero Academia: A story in which Izuku is still quirkless, but never let it discourage him, training his mind and body for 10 years to prepare for the hero life regardless, before finally receiving One For All and being that much stronger for it.
Harry Potter: A story in which one of the Hogwarts Professors other than Dumbledore goes back in time to better prepare Harry for the Second Wizarding War. My top choices for this role would be either Snape or McGonagall, but that's up to you. The time travel and ripples aside, try to keep the story as true to canon as possible.
Avatar: The Last Airbender: Any story in which Zuko is a prodigy like Azula, but still keeps his morality and conscience like in canon. The rest of the details are up to you.
Danny Phantom: I have yet to see a single Peggy Sue fic in this fandom, and you guys know how fond I am of those, so if you feel like being the first to write a story where Danny Fenton must relive his hardships since the day of the accident, you'll already have my interest piqued.
Avengers: Basically same as above. Pick one of the Avengers (Tony Stark, Thor, Steve Rogers, etc), and send them back from Infinity War to the early stages of the MCU (The Infinity Stone of Time is an easy way to manage this, but take your pick). Props to you if you decide to start this before Avengers: Infinity War comes out in April.
Crossover: Take a character from any of the above fandoms and insert them into another (cause and circumstances are up do you). Here's the catch: the character has to be traveling from their own universe to another that is generally considered the more powerful or advanced of the two. So you could take a character from Avatar: The Last Airbender or and insert them into One Piece, or you could take one from One Piece and insert them into Dragon Ball. The end goal is for said character to experience growth that they never could in their original universe. If you want, you could even have them return to their own universe at the end of the story and show off a bit, because why not?
Like I said, there are a lot of possibilities, so have fun with these!
