Let's see, this is the part where I talk and introduce myself right?...well here goes nothing. (Takes a deep breath):

I am a dude. So, sorry guys, take the sausage fest somewhere else.

I like video games and am fairly adept at playing them. Though I have a well-sized collection, I've kinda gotten in a lull on what I want to play. Whatever I'm playing pretty much changes weekly, mostly I just cycle through old and ancient games in my collection though many of them have fallen into their own states of disrepair and such.

I like to play my Acoustic Guitar; I often play classical pieces, but I guess I change it up once in awhile whenever a good muse comes along.

As of writing this, I'm of legal age, and only getting older.

I also like to spend my time reading...usually it's fanfiction, other times its articles and such.

I would like to go skydiving one day...

For music, I guess I like the rapcore stylings of P.O.D., the progressive metal rumblings of Mastodon, the wailing guitar playing of Steve Vai, the quick shifting playing of 331 erock a.k.a. Eric Calderone, the synchronous vocals and full-spectrum rocking of LittleVMills and the vocalized covers of Jonathon Young on Youtube. Etc, etc...

I've been reading fanfictions for years and in the beginning I didn't really have any preferences whenever it came to starting a new reading, so I never knew what I really liked for awhile and just read ignorantly. But, I finally understand where I stand in what I want to read, filtering undesirable topics and features of stories that I have come to particularly dislike. (Not a fan of harems, since often seem to uphold women as nothing more than objects of sexual tension in concerns to the story or to the main character; Also, not a fan of yaoi. If you don't know what it is, don't look it up, and in the case that you do look it up... I'm so sorry for ruining your innocence. T_T) I am also a big sucker for a good romance story, but certain things can spoil it for me so I often appraise the stories I think about reading beforehand.

I have, up to this point, read a great deal many fan-fiction stories and I only follow those that I feel I can be truly invested in. And, I hope to someday make a story, or a few, of my own unique take on them. I plan to do this not just to appeal to fans who have similar tastes to my own, as well as being able to grow as a writer, but also in the pursuit of accomplishing this: to make stories that will give form to my thoughts, opinions and understandings. I know what I want to make, but the part I'm worried about is how I'm going to go about it. But, I guess that's all part of the writing process. I just have to start and see how it takes off and branches from there.

AN-Yes, I did post this on a lark...and no I don't think I'll regret putting it on here; If not at least for the message it presents unto others who may see it. I didn't create this, but I did edit it a bit just to make it an appropriate stanza for those who like this sort of thing. So don't sully your lives with noncommittal relationships. Make them worth your while and into something your partner and you can be truly intimate and loving in.
