Author has written 1 story for Collateral.

Oh wow. It's been such a long time since I've signed in with this account.

I'm not even sure what to put here: for a long time, I thought my fanfiction writing days were over (Not that I ever wrote much anyway)). But I've been haunting the site again for some time now and I feel the itch to post some of the things I've been writing.

The need to read (and write) good fanfiction is stirring in my veins...

I am, however, rather disappointed with the fandoms that I go to for stories. The quality of fiction on this site has deteriorated so badly I wonder if there is any point to coming back at all. But I don't want to give up hope just yet and I want to put my own stories here to up the quality. I don't know if my writing is anything close to some of the amazing stories I've read here in the past, but I want to try. Hopefully my writing has improved since my last posting days. (Yeah, one story and that one never got finished :-() And, at the very least, I can improve the quality with the fact that (for the most part) I know how to spel (Yes, that was done on purpose for irony's sake. I know there's two e's. Lol)

Ok, now here's the part where I write some stuff about myself, because I know you guys are just dying to know these things, right? It's ok. Please feel free to tell me how knowing these facts has improved your life...

And that's it for the personal stuff.

Now for the favorites

Favorite books:

Lord of the Rings and the Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien,

The Father Brown Stories, by G.K. Chesterton

The Thrawn Trilogy and the Icarus Hunt by Timothy Zahn

(Actually, pretty much anything by Tolkien, Zahn or Chesterton)

Shinsengumi: The shogun's Last Samurai Corps, by Romulus Hillsborough

And Then There Were None and The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, by Agatha Christie

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin (seriously, I could read this a hundred times and never get bored. Oddly enough this is the only Jane Austin book I like. And I absolutely hated Emma: both the book and the character)

The Phantom of the Opera, both the original book by Gaston Leroux and the one by Susan Kay (Poor Erik... he just needed a hug...)

Battlefield Earth by L. Ron Hubbard (Not the movie... *shudders* never the movie... nightmares...)

I have more, but these are the ones I seem to read over and over again.

Favorite Movies:

Anything by Pixar (With the exception of Wall-e. Damn it all, but I hated that movie! The character was cute, but the movie was just awful)

Red Eye

Batman Begins

The Dark Knight

Pride and Prejudice (The one with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle. Not the monstrosity with Keira Knightly)

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (the others just went downhill after that, though I liked the maelstrom scene in the third one. I never saw the fourth)

North and South (The one set in England, not the Civil War series)

Favorite Manga/Anime:

Rurouni Kenshin

The Dreaming

Naruto would be on here as well if it weren't for Naruto and Konohamaru's sexy jutsu usage. I get tired of seeing that crap in anime; the anime is good enough without constantly inserting naked girls into it! Enough already! The same goes for Inuyasha. Awesome stories, but damn it with the naked people!

Favorite characters in Manga/Anime:

Rurouni Kenshin

Shinomori Aoshi

Hajime Saito

Seta Soujirou

Itachi (Coolest BAMF on the planet!)

Sasuke (Yes, I do think he's cool. Yes, I also think someone needs to slap the crap out of him. Preferably Itachi.)

Hinata (In my opinion, she's the only female character who shows any kind of growth)

And now for my dislikes (for any category)

Twilight (My I.Q. dropped just thinking about it.)

Sakura (She's annoying and she's useless.)

Kagome (She's annoying. And no, I don't dislike her because I like Kikyo, I just find her personality to be rather obnoxious.)

yaoi/yuri (So disgusting)

Ok, I think that's enough for now
