Author has written 12 stories for Pokémon, Legend of Zelda, and Doctor Who.
Hey, friends! My name is Eclipse, and I've been an author on this site for about ten years, now. Due to work/uni, updates to my stories will be relatively sporadic, but I try to work on what I can where I can.
I have a Tumblr! It is an art blog that you can follow! Sometimes I post thing there.
OTPs (no particular order): Olympicshipping (Petrel/Proton), Cometshipping (Brodie/Tabitha), Burnedupshipping (Brodie/Blaise), Shadowlandshipping (Tabitha/Blaise), Fieryshipping (Blaise/Courtney), Aquaadminshipping (Shelly/Matt), Rocketshipping (Jessie/James), Hotpocketshipping (Proton/Blaise), Hyenashipping (Petrel/Tabitha)
Slowpoke Tails and Koffing Fumes ~ Originally intended as a dump fic for random one-shots, somehow it gained a plot of its own. At forty chapters, it is the longest work I have ever sat down to write, and I am amazed I actually managed to finish it. While it does hold a special place in my heart and apparently played a relatively decent role in the sudden emergence of physician!Petrel in things I've seen around Tumblr, I do not consider this to be an accurate representation of my current writing skills, and also it makes me cringe. A lot. But people still seem to like it, so what do I know?
STUFF I'M ACTUALLY WORKING ON
Bigger on the Inside— A Doctor Who/Pokemon crossover, set after the events of Angels Take Manhatten but before The Snowmen. Heartbroken over the loss of Amy and Rory, the Doctor strikes out on his own for a while for a little bit of a vacation, but the TARDIS has other ideas and takes him to what seems to be just a simple asteroid field—but the rend in space and time proves differently. Falling through the rend, the Doctor crashed into a strange planet and finds himself stranded with no TARDIS, and no sonic screwdriver. With only his wits and charm, he'll have to find his screwdriver, a companion, and the TARDIS, all the while saving the world along the way
Zelda: Time's Apocalypse- This story takes place in Hyrule in the year 2012, where Castle Town is a bustling city hub and Goron, Kokiri, and Zora are extinct. Link, a punk and adopted son of a Hylian guard, was named for the Hero of Legend, and yet there's something odd about him- he doesn't believe in the Goddesses, or in anything spoken of in Hylian Lore. His best friend is the risk-taking Gary Dragmire, a Gerudo who has more run-ins with the law than he really should. When things take a turn for the worse at Castle Town's annual Festival of Time, the two friends are dragged into an adventure they'll never forget. Celebrating 25 years of Zelda in America. Formerly known as Zelda: 2012. This is one I really want to finish, but it's being put on the backburner for now because I'm still working out how many and which dungeons to use, as well as how to display the aging of the dungeons.
STORIES THAT WON'T BE UPDATED OFTEN
Drowning in Sand - The title is a work-in-progress, but much in the vein that Slowpoke Tails and Koffing Fumes attempted to explore the background story of the Executives Proton and Petrel, Drowning in Sand will explore the path chosen by a boy who joins Team Magma, claws his way to the top, and watches helplessly as everything he has worked for is torn away from him by nothing more than his team's own schemes. Follow the story of Tabitha as he learns to accept himself, searches for love, and ultimately lends a hand in the destruction of Sootopolis- only to learn that nothing truly lasts.
Advent of an Executive - Climbing the ladder in Team Rocket can be hard enough, but when you're the eldest son of one of the most prestigious members of the organization, things tend to be that much more difficult, especially when you're also well-known as the problem child. Follow Lambda's journey through Team Rocket, from lowly trainee all the way to his days as Executive Petrel, as he struggles to find his place in an organization where your best friends are just as likely to slit your throat as your worst enemies. Prequel to Slowpoke Tails and Koffing Fumes. Lambda/OC, eventual Olympicshipping. Based in the STKF universe, but retcons a lot of the canon because STKF makes me cringe. Petrel/Lambda-centric and it actually already has a plot in progress! Who would have thought?
