Aw geeze. I went and posted the whole series. Enjoy. :)
Folks, sorry to say, but life is not allowing me enough time to rewrite the Tough Love story. It was 3 years ago I started the new edit, and I clearly didn't get very far. It started branching into a direction that was becomming a different story, and that's not fair to the fans of the original. This version is also not entirely fair to those of you who are new to the story and need to start over. But at least this is the version that is done. So...I posted the original in its 56,000 novella-length entirety including the epilogue in one enormous chapter. It's possibly not as refined as I'd like it to be, but it is, if nothing else, complete!
Feel free to print it or save it to your computer or what have you if you would like to keep it permanently. It's not posted anywhere else online anymore but here on, so it's an EXCLUSIVE! :D Enjoy and thanks for all the support. :)
And what the hell...I posted this one too since I got a recent request to. Only one more left to post and the "Tough Love" series (as it is so far) will be complete!
With a little bit of prodding, I have decided to post Tough Love on Fanfiction.net again. It's been some years since I've hosted it here back when ff.net banned mature works for a while...and then brought them back again. So I'm giving it another shot. A/lso, I'm giving it a new edit as well. Nothing significant will change, just tighten up the dialogue and rambly bits some. Enjoy. :)
My name is Teri Stearns and I have been writing fanfiction for a long time. I live in Denver, CO. My favorite fandoms to write for have included Final Fantasy VII, Silent Hill, Harry Potter, and Stargate SG-1, but I'm probably best known for my Final Fantasy portrayal of the Turks in such fictions as Tough Love, Dressed to Chill, and Final Offer (here on fanfiction.net), and the Harry Potter fanfic Get Sirius (also here on fanfiction.net). I have also begun to branch out from fandom to pursue some original work.
About Critiques / Reviews:
I take writing very seriously and I'm committed to helping authors wherever I can. I appreciate your honest feedback and strive to provide the same. I firmly believe that honest criticism is vital to developing an author's skills, but that does not mean I wish to hurt anyone's feelings. If you would like more in-depth help with something, or if you feel I have given you an unfair review, please PM me and let's discuss in private. I will do my best to be fair and courteous, if you do your best to maintain a positive attitude toward self-improvement.
Have fun and keep writing!
