Author has written 18 stories for Doctor Who, Pushing Daisies, Sherlock, Psych, Supernatural, Gravity Falls, and Avengers.
I felt the need to revamp my profile so this is it now.
General relevant stuff:
I don't curse in real life, but the characters I write sure do. Generally the language in my fics is no worse in the shows for which I'm writing, with the exception of my Gravity Falls fics, in which things get a little saltier than you would expect to see on Disney. Emphasis on "a little."
I have vowed to myself to never start publishing a story on here unless I know for sure I will finish it. It might be very slow going, but don't worry about me abandoning anything.
I probably won't ever write any romance. Any relationships I do feature will be canon ones. I'm not really a big shipper. You absolutely will never see any slash, incest, or anything sexual in any of my stories.
The one fanfic-related desire closest to my heart is to inspire somebody to create fanart of any of my stories, even once. I can draw but nothing that impressive, so I hope that one day something I write finds somebody who has more talent than I. (Yes, that is an invitation. Though I'd still ask that you request permission first. :)
The quizzes consistently tell me that if I were born in Middle-earth I would have at least some Elf blood in me (it's always either "Elf" or "Númenórean"—okay it's not strictly Elf blood in the latter case, but you get the picture). That is important to note.
Doctor Who: My favorite Doctor is Ten but honestly I think I love Eleven just as much. Favorite companion is Donna. Don't know how relevant that is though, because I haven't had any ideas or inspiration for Who fanfics in quite a while.
Pushing Daisies: My love for this show is enduring but often I forget about it. Haven't written for it in about two years and I'd love to change that but it may be a while.
Sherlock: I find it weird that I've published only one Sherlock fic on here, but so it goes. At some point in the future I'm sure I'll get back to it; I find Sherlock's character absolutely fascinating but I don't have much confidence in my ability to write him well. One day, perhaps.
Psych (Spoiler alert for season 7) Yeeeah... Ronaldo has somehow become this huge thing and I'm shocked with how long it's become, especially considering how far it still has to go. I've worked really hard on the plot and making it make as much sense as possible, though I worry that it is too complex and has things that could be cut out. Anyway, Psych. Love the show, love Shawn's character. It kind of seems like Shules is my preferred ship out of all my fandoms because the only two non-Ronaldo Psych things I've written center around the breakup. Huh. Didn't realize that till now.
Anyway, I'm hard at work on Ronaldo and would really like to avoid starting to publish any more multichapter fics until it sees completion. For a while I was writing for it and On the Brink of Nothing at the same time and it was just too much.
Supernatural: Yep. Twelfth season and I'm still watching it. It has fallen so far but I'm seeing it through to the end. It's pretty likely that I'll write more for this fandom in the future. Probably Dean-centric stuff.
Gravity Falls: There is no describing the love I have for this show, and in particular Stanley Pines. He's truly an incredibly-written character. I go waaay overboard with exploring that in Everything I Care About but I am so happy with the end result. Stanley Pines is a treasure. Don't you forget it. Also, GF is kind of the thing I'm stuck on right now so most new fics from me will probably be for that fandom.
Avengers: I've seen only the movies and have never touched a comic book, just as a disclaimer. Writing for this fandom was probably a one-time deal. Tony is the only character I genuinely find fascinating (although I've had a couple ideas for Ant-man and Doctor Strange, but I guess they're not Avengers even though they're in the same universe) but I don't even have a lot of fic ideas for him. Maybe in the future when new info on him comes out I will be inspired again, but for now, assume that I'm done.
I like writing and I like reading and I like receiving and providing feedback, and... yeah. Those are the most important things. Go ahead and contact me with any suggestions or questions as long as they're relevant to fanfiction. Or if you want me to pray for you. I totally will.
Also, remember that you are valuable beyond measure and that everything is going to be okay in the end.
Ad maiorem Dei gloriam,
