Hello everybody! In case you weren't aware of it for whatever reason, then let me just say it here. Thank you for taking the time to read and I sincerely hope you've enjoyed it so far.

Update 8/14/2020: To everyone who is a fan of my work, I apologize for how long it's been since I've written anything. I could come up with excuses from working full time, all the way up to my crippling reading addiction. When I get hooked on a new series I just can't seem to stop myself from binging every fanfic I can get my hands on from new to old in order to catch up. Recently this led me into branching out to other sites to read stories that people don't publish here for one reason or another.

But none of that should matter when it comes to my own writing. I made promises in the past that I wouldn't abandon any of my stories, and at the time, I had no intention of doing so. Then time just seemed to slip away from me, and it feels like a monumental hill to climb if I want to get back to where I was. I've lost a lot of what little skill I had in this form of art and it's as though I'm starting over from square one every time I try to start something.

At this point, I can't promise anything. I can't say for certain if I'll ever come back to writing, or if I'll even be able to continue the stories I've posted if I do. When I started writing, it was born out of a desire to give back to something that I got so much enjoyment out of. For awhile I wondered if people would even like it, if I could get even half as many favorites and follows as some of the other authors that I looked up to and followed myself. Well I got my wish, and I saw as the number climbed from from the teens, into the hundreds, and all the way into the thousands! It felt unreal and incredible all at the same time and I'm still in disbelief.

It's because of this that I feel every single one of you deserve the best I can give. I'm a bit reclusive by nature and so I've been neglecting using this site for anything other than selfishly reading other's stories.

Anyway, the reason for this update is to let anyone who wanted to know what's going on with me right now. All I can say is I'm getting closer and closer to catching up on all the new genres I've gotten into, and I hope it will inspire me to come back to writing. I don't know for sure if or when I'll get back to my previous stories, but if I do it won't be until I've at least gotten to the point where I'm sure I can do past me justice.
