Who am I? I don't think this answer would have satisfied Kosh's interogator but seeing as he isn't here I think the following will do nicely.
I am a twenty-one year old male, currently working at a theatre with the plan of getting money to pay off some college debts and going back to college to study architecture. I am not quite the stereotypical male college student living in his parents basement. As for my likes and dislikes the following list isn't all of them but it should giveenough of an idea as to my tastes:
Angel, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactic (the new incarnation) Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Cowboy Bebop, Dark Angel, Evangelion Neon Genesis, Firefly (may FOX burn eternally for cancelling), Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Highlander, Inuyasha (an occasional guilty pleasure), Lost, Pretender, Profiler (only with the blonde), Samurai Champloo, Stargate: SG1 and Atlantis, VR 5 (which was cancled a long time ago),X-Files (I mean come on it's THE X-FILES how could you not love it, except for the crap after Mulder left)
American Idol, Survivor, Pretty much any kind of "reality TV", The liberal news media (ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC)
2001: A Space Odessy (open the pod bay doors HAL), Dark City (you must concentrate), Ferris Buellers Day Off (it's not a question of what are we going to do today its a question of what aren't we going to do today), Firefly (I am a leaf upon the wind, watch me soar), Frailty (you thought no one saw that), O Brother Where Art Thou (I'm a Dapper Dan man), Office Space (I I I b b be believe you have m m my st st sta sta stapler...burn this place down) Shaun of the Dead (we aren't going to get through this by moaning), Snatch (I hate pikeys), Young Frankenstein (put ze candle back)
Dumb and Dumber, Mainly stupid movies along that vein
Just about anything as long as it isn't..
country, r&b, rap, and Irish I have had it up to here with Irish music
Advent Rising (looking forward to the sequels), American McGee's Alice (a truly disturbed game can't wait for the movie), Baldurs Gate I and II (a great RPG), D/Generation (an old DOS game that is fantastic), Deus Ex (one of the best games ever created), Empire Earth (good RTS), Freespace (a spectacular dogfighting game), Halo (who doesn't like Halo), Homeworld (in all its incarnations one of the absolute best RTS ever created), Max Payne I and II (poor poor Max a greatshooter), Oni (my favorite third person fighting/shooter games, look it up its awesome), Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (a spectacular Star Wars and RPB game), Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines (finally a good V:tM game)
Final Fantasy games and others like it, The Sims and other like it, X2: Wolverines Revenge (I mean I bought the thing for four bucks I got it just to cheat outrageously as wolverine but no the game won't accept the keys I hit to put in the cheat code)
The Pliocene Sage by Julien May, Just about anything by Tom Clancy, The big ones from Stephen King (The Stand, Shining, It), The Nights Dawn Trilogy by Peter F. Hamilton, Otherland series and War of the Flowers by Tad Williams, Slander by Anne Coulter, H. P. Lovecraft, The Harry Potter series especailly number four by J.K. Rowling
romance novels (ewe shiver up spine), beyond that nothing else comes to mind
There we are, not quite a complete listing but sufficient for what was lacking I think.
