Good grammar and spelling.
A supporter of NarHin, SasSaku, and MinKushi
Age: Around 200 years old, but 15 years in human years!
Weight: 115 lbs
Race: Inu Hanyou
Family members: Inutaisho (father), Izayoi (mother), Sesshomaru (elder half-brother), Zera (elder half-sister), Kenochi (elder half-brother), Megumi (younger twin sister), and Inuyasha (younger twin brother by four seconds, but in some of my stories she's younger than Inuyasha by four years in human and demon years)
Appearance: Looks like a female version of Inuyasha with long silver hair tied to a high ponytail and golden eyes that holds more hostility and harshness than Inuyasha as well as more narrowed than Inuyasha's. She wears a yellow kimono top made from a fire rate with a white kosode and yellow hakama pants. Unlike Inuyasha, she wears sandals on her clawed feet. Attached to her yellow obi are three Japanese katanas. She appears to have a slender, athletic, and voluptuous female figure with noticeable high D-cup bust. Melody's kimono top consists of pouches within inside to places bottles of her potions or poison.
Background: Melody is the oldest daughter of Izayoi and of Inu no Taisho, the younger half-sister of Sesshomaru, Zera, and Kenochi, the older twin sister of Inuyasha and Megumi, and successor of the Southern lands. As a hanyou child, Melody grew up to be hated by humans, except by her mother, and demons, especially her elder half-brother, Sesshomaru, except for her older half-siblings, Zera and Kenochi, and her best friends, Suzame and Korvo. Melody and her younger siblings grew up with other hanyou children that Zera kept in her village, especially her two fox hanyou best friends, Sonoko and Yukiko, and got into arguments with a black-haired dog hanyou boy named Renta, who later courts her as a future mate. Later on, Yukiko is murdered by a priestess, who believed that Yukiko had attacked three human boys, and in great anger, Melody uses her Iron Reaver Soul Stealer to slay her. One fateful winter night, in her early teens, she along with Renta, Inuyasha, Megumi, Sonoko, Zera, Kenochi, and Suzame, came back from the forest to make a fire and to everyone's horror, the bodies of the hanyou children living in Zera's castle and it made matters worse when another miko, who happened to be the young sister of the miko that Melody killed as a child, and Korvo came and revealed that they were the ones that murdered them. Korvo claimed that it was their faults that he couldn't properly mate with Zera, since she was taken care of them all the time and didn't have time for him. After the deaths of Renta, Sonoko, and Suzame, and the betrayal of Korvo, Melody along with Zera and Megumi begins on their slaughter of any miko that they could find calling themselves 'Priestess Hunters' and any human or demon that gets in their way after Sonoko gave Melody all of her powers as a fox hanyou. When Melody first met with Kikyo, Melody show great speed and spells to drive Kikyo into a counter and could have killed her if Inuyasha hadn't stopped her, but acting as a shield against Melody's attacks. When Inuyasha tells his sisters that he loved Kikyo, Melody and Megumi didn't exactly agreed with this and gave Kikyo a warning that if she betrays Inuyasha in anyway, then despite Inuyasha's wishes, they will make her suffer. Right after Kikyo sealed her and Megumi to a tree, Melody tries her final spell on Kikyo, giving her the Mark of Subjugation, a spell that will stay with her soul for the rest of eternity, incase anything happens to herself while sealed away.
Fifty years later, after Inuyasha was freed by Kagome Higurashi, Kikyo's reincarnation, and Sesshomaru's defeat and failure to take the Tetsusaiga, Kagome encounters Melody and Megumi, after freeing themselves from Kikyo's spell by pulling the arrow that Kikyo used on them and go in to kill Kagome, who they mistaken as Kikyo. After successfully almost killing Kagome, they go and find Inuyasha at Keade's village. Keade succeeds in placing the Beads of Subjugation that she made herself on them, but to her surprise and horror, Melody and Megumi easily tears off the Beads of Subjugation off of their necks. Melody then reveals that when Kikyo shot them, she then triggered their priestess spell and attack immunity while goading to Keade that they allowed Kikyo to shot them to activate it and goes in to kill the old miko, but Inuyasha comes in with Kagome in tow and saves Keade from his sisters' claws. When Melody sees the Beads of Subjugation around Inuyasha's neck, she then concluded that Kagome could control him, so she, to get even, reactivates the Mark of Subjugation, within Kagome's soul, since she's Kikyo reincarnated, rendering Kagome within her power, for whenever Melody says 'hi-ru'/'heel' Kagome's spiritual powers is then turned against her, giving her a very painful shock for five seconds for every time she says 'heel', which proves to be a real thorn on Kagome's side.
Personality: Because of the lack of loving and respectable humans and demons in most of her life, Melody harbors a huge grudge and generally low opinion of most humans and demon kind and doesn't seem to know anything else about them beside that. Melody shows great anger and distrusts to humans the most, seeing as they were responsible for most of the tragedies of her life. She considers humans physically, mentally, and emotionally weak, unfeeling towards them, and finds them untrustworthy and seems genuinely uninterested in romance. Melody has little time for anyone beyond herself or her family, except for Sesshomaru, who she generally hates as well, and is shown to be ruthless, cold-hearted, vindictive, and sadistic towards most of the majority of demons and just as cold-hearted and unfeeling towards humans making her a classic anti-heroine. While Inuyasha, himself, is at times short-tempered, self-centered, egotistical, stubborn, selfish, arrogant, violent, brash, and insensitive, Melody is like that, but at least five times as worse as her younger brother and twice as insensitive toward humans, especially Kagome's feelings, than Inuyasha has ever been or could, to where that the only one that could stop her from going too far and has the best results is ironically Inuyasha, himself. Because of this, Melody views Inuyasha to be too 'nice' or 'soft' when it comes to humans, especially Kagome, compared to her, which makes Inuyasha's human comrades at bit worried and thankful that Inuyasha considers them as "friends". Melody can be real easy upset, which would result with her punching or kicking people out of anger on more than one occasion, unless Inuyasha is around and able to stop her from going too far. She often was seen even hitting or threaten to kill little demon kids if they bothered her or her siblings more especially Inuyasha, which is often the case with Shippo. She is impatient by nature and can be very prideful, having much difficulty to admit she was wrong about something, even more so than Inuyasha. During her arguments with Kagome, she usually wins when she finishes the argument with either a furious 'heel' or a 'fist to the face' unless Inuyasha stops her from landing a punch onto Kagome's person.
In battle against demonic fighters, Melody likes to play with her opponent, torturing them little by little until they can hardly stand. This was shown in both the fight with first fight with Koga where she places paralysis potion onto her swords where she made Koga's movements slower for her to hit and many other demons. Melody also gets a pleasure in cold-heartedly torture demons to demonstrate her power against them and finishes them slowly and painful while unlike Inuyasha, who would rather finishes them off quickly. Also, Melody is known to attack demon fighters when their backs is turned, a trait that's often greatly annoyed by Inuyasha, Koga, and Sesshomaru. After being fused by her late fox hanyou best friend, Melody becomes a researcher and personifies the stereotype of the mad scientist. While fighting against human fighters, Melody isn't that sneaky and refusing to attack them when they are on the ground, calling it dishonorable of attacking a 'weakling' when weakened however, priestesses seems to be the exception.
When she was a child, Melody was a very kind half-demon girl, loving towards her mother, Izayoi, half-sister, Zera, and half-brother, Kenochi, brother, Inuyasha, and sister, Megumi, and respectful to Zera and Kenochi. She even was pretty respectable towards the human villagers to a certain extent, still had a bad temper that was often led her into fights with the human children and scolded by Izayoi, she played with her hanyou friends, and argued with Renta, a young black haired dog hanyou. Her mother, Izayoi, appears to be the only human that Melody has ever loved and cared for as well as a major part of her world as a child. After her mother's death, a seed of darkness appears in Melody's heart, making her becoming more stern and serious as to tell her younger brother and sister to never show emotions to anyone especially humans. Believing that emotions will only get in the way of their survivals and wanting to get stronger to protect her younger brother and sister from harm while never wanting to lose another loved one like she did with her mother. After years later and another hanyou, who was Renta's best friend, is killed by a priestess, she sees another side of Renta that she never knew existed, believing him to be an annoying jerk and after a few romantic meetings, Melody grew to love Renta and wanted to have a life with him and Renta wanting the same too.
This, however, changed when Renta was killed along with the other half-demon children as well as a few of her childhood friends and fellow half-demons by a priestess and betrayed by Korvo, a black haired dog demon and Zera's mate-to-be, which added to the death of her human mother, Izayoi, Melody's personality went into a radical change, becoming a cold, cynical, violent, and arrogant young woman, and with the next years of her life devoted to revenge against humanity, especially priestesses. After fusing with her dying best friend, Sonoko, Melody becomes devoted in killing priestesses with Zera and Megumi as well as killing any human that stands in her way and the ever-lasting darkness within Melody's heart grows in full into taking into her personality which leads her to forsake her humanity. Melody and Megumi went as far to going to the village that they've spent their childhood with their mother and kills every villager there while sparing the human children's lives while some ran off out of fear of them. For many years, Melody along with her sisters, Zera and Megumi, killed many priestesses and without Zera, killed any human that got in their way.
After Melody and Megumi find Inuyasha and first being introduced to Kikyo, Melody showed great detest and strong disgust to her much to Inuyasha's dismay and refuses to allow Inuyasha to give up his demon powers to 'priestess scum', even as to go and knock him out to ensure that he doesn't even go to Kikyo to make that wish as well to take him back to Zera to erase any memory of Kikyo, with the intent to kill Kikyo herself. After being sealed by Kikyo, Melody's hatred towards priestesses increased 10 fold.
After freeing herself from Kikyo's spell 50 years later, Melody refuses to cooperate with Kagome Higurashi, Kikyo's reincarnation, seeing her as another human or priestess much like Kikyo. Unlike Inuyasha, who is extremely susceptible to spells and trickery, Melody is known not to fall for any low class spells and trickery since being fused with a fox hanyou, gives her knowledge of tricks and spells and like Inuyasha, Melody has a blunt, almost brutal honesty about most things, which is why she often seems to be rude and disrespectful to others (which she often is to begin with).
Melody is also prone to being extremely ruthless to those who 'bully' hanyous or give her an impression of the said bullying, even if they may be an ally. Melody think very highly on hanyous more than human or demon, except for a few. If Melody is asked to help out the humans, she expects something with equal or more value in return of her service, depending on the favor. Melody also hates humans who gain powers of a demon to make themselves into hanyou, disgracing hanyous everywhere.
Like Inuyasha, Melody is offended when someone calls her a dog - especially Koga, a wolf yokai - or suggests that she is inferior to full yokai. Her arrogance and hostility can readily be explained by her upbringing, where she was raised from her birth by her human mother in her father's court with her younger siblings. She was ostracized and rejected by all demons with the exception of Zera, Kenochi, and Suzame, and humans except her mother, and she died while she was still a very young child and she was rejected by her elder half-brother, Sesshomaru and other full yokai and the human villagers alike. The deaths of her childhood friends and beloved had increased her anger and hate toward the human race, making her unable to let go of the past. All that she knows of her father is what she has been told by her mother and others such as old Myoga the Flea. All that she has from her mother are the yellow Robe of the Fire Rat and her memories. All that she has from her father are her yokai blood.
Melody's brash tendency tends to get her into situations that she deems as troublesome like when Feng, a Phoenix Demon, attacks Inuyasha when under the assumption that he murdered his clan without knowing that it was Naraku, and she kicks Feng's chin, knocking him down, while saving her brother and unintended getting a suitor. Even though Feng has shown his love for her, Melody refuses to acknowledge him believing that he is only doing this out of obligation of a law that should an outsider of the opposite sex hits a Phoenix Demon hard enough for him/her to hit the ground, that outsider is either their eternal slave or lover and Melody refuses to give her heart to another, especially a demon, since she acknowledges that her heart only belongs with Renta and Renta alone. Whenever Feng tries his flirts with her, Melody or Inuyasha usually either kicks or punches him in the face showing him their total amount of disgust of him.
Despite her cold-hearted, ruthless, short-tempered, and violent nature, Melody does have a soft spot for human and hanyou children, especially half-demon orphans, since she was once was and knows how it feels, and tends to hold back from hitting them unless they're at least teenagers. This is shown where Melody attempts to slaughter the human villagers of the bat hanyou child Shiori and her mother's village down to the last human adult while only sparring Shiori's mother, but Shiori pleads with her to spare the human villagers life and not wanting for Shiori to shed anymore tears for those who aren't even worth it, Melody grudgingly agrees not to kill them. Another example is when Inuyasha throws Kagome's younger brother, Sota, out of the house and orders him to not to come back until Sota tells Hitomi, a girl that he likes, his feelings for her, and Melody tells him that if he doesn't go through with it and if Sota even thinks about sneaking back, then despite what Inuyasha may say, she'll beat him up before he even reaches the stairs. One time, while on Horai Island and after Kagome 'sat' Inuyasha for hitting Asagi, she reprimands Inuyasha by electrocuting him although Kagome is also in the current for 'sitting' him in the first place. In InuYasha the Movie: Fire on the Mystic Island, Melody shows a kind and gentle expression mostly in a similar kind and gentle expression as Kagome's, surprising Inuyasha's comrades while Shippo is feeling a little envious with Melody's affections toward the hanyou children while the only affection that Melody has ever given him are indifference, contempt, and annoyance of his very presence. Melody is also extremely devoted and protective towards her younger twin brother and has risked her life for him on several occasions, in fact, even seriously injured, Melody finds a hidden strength within herself and rushes over to aid him.
Melody has a tendency of hiding her heart, while never openly accept Inuyasha's human friends as her own because of her past experiences with humans and demons and unwillingly to let go of her anger and hatred of them while fearing that one day that she might care and love them while making herself vulnerable and thinking the worst of them, but treats Sango slightly better than the rest even though she has attempted to kill the demon slayer during their own arguments, like she joins her into hitting Miroku, for any perverted action he may take.
Like Inuyasha, Melody's only weakness is that as a hanyou loses its power during a certain time period each month; Melody's time is the night of a new moon. Her hair turns black, her superhuman strength, speed and defensive abilities decreases a bit, and she loses her dog ears, claws, and fangs. In this form, all her dog yōkai powers are gone and she turns human; however, they returns to normal at sunrise. She prefers to keep it a secret because on that night she along with her brother and sister is vulnerable, and only Inuyasha's group and a few others know their secret, and protect it wisely, but even this does not stop some, such as Naraku and Sesshomaru. Unlike Inuyasha, Melody doesn't like the fact that her brother's group, who she views as 'full-breed scum', know this secret while believing that one day like all humans and demons will betray him when his back is turned, which Inuyasha disagrees totally.
Melody's known fear is not being able to protect Inuyasha from what she deems as dangerous or lethal to him or being too weak. Another fear that she may have is getting too close to Inuyasha's human comrades with her pride and hatred toward humans in the way.
In her early life, Melody uses the word watashi to mean "I" and had a soft-tone in her voice. After the deaths of her Renta and Suzame, she is dismissive in her manner of speech and her use of watashi changes to ore to mean "I" or in sometimes when she's arrogant ore-sama, like Inuyasha, when referring to people who she doesn't like or just plain hate, she uses the word temae to mean "you", in a rude way, or "bastard" or when she's extremely upset or pissed off with someone, who she hates, she uses the word kisama, when referring to people who she likes and cares for, she uses the word omae to mean "you".
Inuyasha: Melody tends to be a bit overly protective of Inuyasha to where she tends to interfere with Inuyasha's fights against his enemies, even his rivals, to help him out when he's about to lose. Often Inuyasha gets really annoyed with this trait even more so with the cruel, callous, and cold-hearted actions that his sister displays toward Kagome, even if it was for his sake. Melody views Inuyasha as 'soft hearted' when it came to humans, which is a real surprise for Inuyasha's comrades, and warns him not to be too close to them believing that one day they will betray him, which Inuyasha scoffs at the idea. Only Inuyasha is the only one, who could prevent Melody from going on a killing rampage or going too far with her abuses on Kagome since Melody is unable to willing hurt her brother in anyway. Before being sealed away by Kikyo's spell, Melody would go as far as to knock Inuyasha out before having him make the wish that would strip him of his demonic powers to live the life of a human much to Inuyasha's increased frustration. Despite being annoyed by his sister's comical callous actions, Inuyasha loves and cares for her and seems to understand her better as a hanyou himself which is why he can't bring himself to strike her or point his sword to her and Inuyasha, himself, wishing to pull Melody out of her quest of revenge. His human comrades are relieved that Inuyasha considers them as friends otherwise they would have Melody or Zera as dangerous enemies.
Izayoi: Melody's human mother was very special to her to where Izayoi was the major part of Melody's life as a child. Izayoi often scolded Melody when she gets into fights with human/hanyou children and lectures her to be more 'lady-like'. When Izayoi died, a major part of Melody's world was shattered to where she became stern and serious and never again to show emotions or compassion to any of her enemies. She loved her mother very much and the only human that she'll care for and love. When Izayoi died, a 'seed of darkness' had been planted within Melody's heart that would give root to her undying hatred toward the human race. Melody was extremely helpful for Izayoi, a typically mother/daughter relationship. She, along with her younger siblings, buried her and visited her grave quite often.
Sesshomaru: Melody hated Sesshomaru because of his cruel treatment towards her and her younger siblings and Sesshomaru holds the same contempt for her younger half-sister. She even went as far as mocking Sesshomaru for losing his left arm to Inuyasha and throws it in his face every chance she gets. Despite being half-siblings, Melody has never thought of Sesshomaru as her brother at all, stating that the only thing that connects her with that 'unfeeling bastard' is blood from her father and the feeling is mutual with Sesshomaru. Unlike his fights with Inuyasha, Sesshomaru is more careful with Melody since even if she's a hanyou, she knows many ways of catching Sesshomaru off guard by using Sesshomaru's nose against him and is often annoyed when Melody helps out Inuyasha against him, telling her to not to interfere. Over the course of the series, Sesshomaru and Melody come to care for one another, without any of them actually admit, and even help each other on occasion.
Zera: Melody looks up to Zera as a role model and cares for her greatly. Melody often follows Zera's orders to assist Inuyasha and his human comrades and with her distrust and hatred of Kagome, make sure that Kagome doesn't 'try anything' with Inuyasha. Zera has a better understanding of Melody and her hatred toward humans and priestess.
Megumi: Megumi is usually Melody's 'partner' when they are given assignments by Zera. Melody often scolds at Megumi whenever she does something that invokes her annoyance like joining Kagome with helping Miroku and Sango getting together, which she states that it's none of their business or acts so friendly with Inuyasha's comrades, mostly Kagome. During their childhood, Melody tends to usually take control over her younger sister, stating to her numerous times how she is both older and stronger. Often, Melody looks out for Megumi and like Inuyasha, Megumi understands Melody more than Inuyasha's human comrades.
Kenochi: The two have a normal brother-sister relationship with Kenochi looking out for Melody and Melody does the same for him. Other times, Kenochi's face is also a target for Melody's fists for whenever he does something that pisses her off. Kenochi has a better understanding of Melody's actions, but she wishes that Melody wouldn't hide her heart from others who wish to help her namely Kagome.
Yukiko: One of Inuyasha's and his sisters' childhood friends who was killed by a priestess, after being accused of attack three human boys. Yukiko's death is what the 'seed of darkness' within Melody's heart starts to sprout.
Sonoko: One of Inuyasha's and his sisters' childhood friends and Yukiko's older twin sister. Melody viewed Sonoko has another sister and was real close to her than Inuyasha and Megumi were to her. After Yukiko death's, Melody, Megumi, and Sonoko are taken in to train under Zera to become strong. Sonoko teased Melody about her relationship with Renta before they admitted their feelings with each other. Years later, a priestess named Vitani, who happened to be the sister of the priestess who killed Yukiko, came wanting revenge against Melody, who was responsible for her sister's death, by killing every hanyou child in Zera's castle with the help of Korvo, Zera's former mate to be. During the attack, Vitani kills Suzame and Renta and mortally wounds Sonoko and Melody kills Vitani in retaliation. With her last remaining strength, Sonoko merges her spirit with Melody while giving her all of her powers and abilities in the process against the humans and priestess.
Renta: One of Inuyasha's and his sisters' childhood friends. When they were children, Renta and Melody hated each other to were Renta would call Melody 'ugly' and Melody called Renta like 'jerk' and 'poor excuse of a man'. After Hajji, a wolf hanyou, and Renta's best friend was killed by Vitani, Melody was there to comfort Renta and they sparked a romantic relationship while never wanting to be apart from each other in the process. Melody was often annoyed when Renta would try to surprising her by placing his hands on her waist, but it subsided when they started kissing, and later, Renta had asked Melody to become his mate, which she agreed. Their happiness ended when Vitani and Korvo killed every hanyou children at Zera's castle as well as Suzame and Renta and mortally wounded Sonoko. Renta's death is what sparked Melody's hatred toward humans more especially priestesses.
Kikyo: Melody met Kikyo 50 years ago when Melody found Inuyasha after he ran away from Zera's castle. Melody along with Megumi tried to kill Kikyo and even with Kikyo's skills, she was unable to catch Melody off-guard or even get a clean hit. Just as Melody is able to deliver the final blow, Inuyasha steps in to stop his sister's attack. It's hinted that Melody hated Kikyo more than she has with Kagome not that she's willing to admit it. Melody's hatred for Kikyo increases when Inuyasha declared that he was going to become a full fledge human for Kikyo, which Melody mostly protested against and argued Inuyasha is being extremely foolish to give up his demon powers for a 'disgusting priestess' even go as far to knock him out and kill Kikyo herself. After being attacked by Naraku while disguised as Inuyasha, Kikyo, finally catching Melody off guard, shoots a sealing arrow as well as Megumi, sealing them for 50 years. Of course, it was really convenient for Melody and Megumi since they needed an aura of a priestess into their bodies for their Priestess immunity spell, indirectly tricking Kikyo into making them immune to priestess spells. After Kikyo was revived, 50 years later, Melody was delighted to finally get to give Kikyo her 'thank you' for making her immune to priestess spells, which is an action that Kikyo majorly regretted knowing the kind of damage that Melody would cause to other humans, but it subsided knowing that Inuyasha is around to stop her, and a second chance in ending Kikyo's life without any interference and if she has to knock Inuyasha out again to do so, then so be it.
Kagome Higurashi: In their first meeting, Melody has tried to kill Kagome and later on flat out refuses to cooperative with Kagome, seeing her as another human or priestess much like Kikyo, dubbing her as stupid, weak, troublesome, worthless, a bully, and pathetic. Melody even blames Kagome for the destruction of the Shikon Jewel while stealing two of the shards that were found, refusing to give them to Kagome to purify it, and isn't above involving Kagome in one of her cruel pranks or ridicule as well as stealing Kagome's Biology books to read and blaming Kagome for her own kidnappings and being saved by Inuyasha. Melody often abuses the Mark of Subjugation's power on Kagome, causing the latter to be the common frequent victim of Melody's callous and violent tendencies like smacking her with one of her sandals, or electrocuting, purificating, kicking and punching her in the face as well as show her an obvious lack of respect of the reincarnated miko as well as anyone that gets in her way with the exception of Inuyasha or Megumi, who often shown to be an effective 'blocking team' for Kagome against Melody's ruthless attacks and violent wrath, often a reaction to Kagome's own bad traits or mostly what Melody deems as bad about the latter like her usage of the rosary, even when Inuyasha deserves it, when she's just in a bad mood, or tendency of misunderstanding Kagome's intentions towards Inuyasha which she sees as 'bullying', but also due to rampant willingness to generally believe the worst of the situations she finds her in. Only Melody could actually make Kagome regret ever using the rosary even for a good cause as Inuyasha isn't the only one in physical pain, but Kagome too, only by Melody's hands as well as anyone who happens to get in her way. With Melody around, Kagome couldn't protect Shippo or Koga from Inuyasha's wrath very well, knowing that Melody would finish up Inuyasha's work for him and believing that Melody is too dangerous without both Inuyasha and Megumi around to stop her. Both have common insulting nick names they call each other. Melody usually calls Kagome names like 'baka/idiot or fool', 'miko', 'dumb-ass priestess (ahou miko)', 'idiotic girl', 'clumsy', 'jackass', 'worthless wench', or 'Princess of Dumbass Kingdom'; whereas Kagome often calls her 'heartless swordswoman', 'mad woman', 'vindictive yellow rat', or 'lightning crazed psycho'. The only time that Kagome was actually brave enough to actually strike Melody in the face is when after Kikyo's third death, Melody was fuming and cursing Naraku for ending Kikyo's life before she even had the chance to kill Kikyo herself while saying that she's too insensitive to her own younger brother's grief and mourning. Though despite all their fighting, the two do help each other when the other needs it and the heartwarming moment ends with Melody coldly insulting Kagome, demanding who asked her to help her or when Kagome 'sits' Inuyasha, which sparks another argument between the two. Despite her callous actions toward her, Kagome, as an older sister herself, understands Melody's feelings in keeping Inuyasha safe, but wishes that Melody would learn to trust her and wouldn't view humans and priestesses as 'unfeeling monsters'.
Shippo: Shippo and Melody often argue with each other, but unlike with Inuyasha, Shippo isn't brave enough hit or prank Melody knowing that she won't fall for them, Kagome can't help him, believing that Shippo as a boy shouldn't start fights with girls, and he knows that he doesn't stand a chance against Melody in a fight. Melody is seen blasting Shippo, who rushes away from Melody's attacks and only goes to Inuyasha or Megumi for protection from Melody's ruthless attacks since Melody would blast away anyone else that gets in her way, hench he can't go to Kagome at all without putting her in the line of Melody's attack. Shippo hates it whenever Melody abuses the Mark of Subjugation powers on Kagome or her constant attacks or insults toward the reincarnated priestess. Melody isn't above 'conning' Shippo with these 'tests of bravery', which would led Shippo to mild-dangerous demon territories to much annoyance to Kagome and the others. Melody believes that demon children like Shippo should learn to be on their own at an young age and people like Kagome are only hindering his growth as a demon by 'babying' him.
Miroku: Miroku joins Inuyasha's group after Miroku reveals that Naraku is the man who killed Kikyo and deceived her and Inuyasha into believing they had betrayed the other. Of course, unlike the females he met, Melody would grab Miroku's so-called cursed hand before he even gets to her with a painful grip, but other times, Miroku's hand seems to get to Melody's behind and it results with Miroku having his face bashed by not only Melody's foot, but Inuyasha's fist and Sango's Hiraikotsu. Despite Melody's dislike of humans or Miroku's lechery, womanizing, and perverted actions, she seems to respect the monk for his battle skills, knowledge of yōkai, and other worldly skills (although she would never willingly admit it). Miroku seems to be one of those people who suspected that there could be a real reason why Melody is reluctant to even accept humans, even all the good that they've done for Inuyasha or his sisters.
Sango: Melody and Sango are often at odds with each other whenever Melody's cold-hearted or ruthless actions toward Kagome happens and Sango interfering even though, Melody has no problems blasting Sango away if she wasn't pushed away by Kagome for Melody's lightning based attacks to hit her instead. In their first meeting, having had enough of Melody's insults towards Kagome, Sango comes in and challenges Melody to a fight, which the others, especially Inuyasha and Kagome, whom they know Melody more than Sango has, telling her that unlike Inuyasha, Melody doesn't know the meaning of the word, restraint when it comes to humans or demons no matter how weak they may are. Melody views Sango as the first human to ever put her in such a 'work out' until she uses nearly all of her physical strength as a demon to really drive Sango to the ground, which took the combined efforts of Inuyasha and Megumi to hold her back from killing Sango. Despite her cold-hearted actions against Kagome, Sango understands Melody's feelings in wanting to keep Inuyasha safe, having a little brother herself, but wishes that Melody sees that not all humans or priestesses are as bad as she believes.
Koga: Melody's relationship with the wolf demon leader is more antagonistically than Inuyasha has for Koga. Whenever Melody is around, Koga gets extremely hostile towards her believing that she's going to hurt Kagome and Melody hates Koga for his blunt disrespect toward Inuyasha and his scent which she views as 'disgusting' and 'rancid'. Like Inuyasha, they're constantly fighting for any reason they can find and whenever Koga is near, Inuyasha and Melody instantly gets infuriated demanding he leave immediately. Melody isn't above in leaving Koga in a life-threatening situation not caring whether he lives or dies. Melody has a habit of insulting Koga when he's flirting with Kagome although, unlike Inuyasha, she doesn't care much about Kagome's relationship with the wolf demon, just as long as she doesn't forget about her loyalty towards Inuyasha. Melody also has a habit of making Koga into her unwilling lab rat for any new paralysis or poison that she may have created and when giving him an antidote, she just throws it without caring that the bottle would break. Koga tries to protect Kagome from Melody's ruthless attacks, but not as effective as Inuyasha can, since Melody is willingly to end the wolf demon leader's life in the process.
Higurashi Family: Melody would come along with Inuyasha to pick up Kagome from her family to bring back to the Feudal era. Sota views Melody as a older sister and Kagome's grandfather doesn't trust Melody that much after hearing about the constant insults and attacks that Melody has done on his granddaughter. Kagome's mother is one of the humans who suspects that there's a reason behind Melody's hatred toward the human race, which gets her to ask Inuyasha about Melody's past fearing for Kagome's safety against his sister's violent constant attacks and when looking at Melody's eyes, she could see not only the immense hatred in them, but the intense anger, lonely, cold, and turmoil that is not even normal for anyone to have. Inuyasha reluctantly agrees to tell her about their past as well as the fate of Yukiko, Sonoko, Suzame, and Renta under the condition that she doesn't tell Kagome anything or reveal to Melody that she knows about her past with Renta because if Melody ever finds out that Kagome knows about her past than Melody would accuse Kagome for either seducing or forcing it out from Inuyasha and would increase her attacks to where that she may actually kill Kagome in cold blood since Inuyasha had to promise that she, alone, would reveal her past. After hearing more about Melody's past, Kagome's mother has a better understanding of Melody's actions as well as detected that a 'tree of darkness' has been planted within Melody's heart that has been nourished by pain and suffering that she's dealt with all of her life and needed to be cut down so that Melody sees for herself that not all humans are unfeeling monsters as she proclaims to be. Unlike the humans she met or killed, Melody can't bring herself to actually hit Kagome's mother or hit Kagome whenever she's around, except that she can still 'heel' her and the fact that she remains Melody of her own human mother is enough to turn her stomach in disgust. Kagome finds it amazing that her mother could bring out the gentle 'human side' of Melody for a moment, but goes back into the Melody that Kagome is so familiar with. Kagome's mother once told Melody and Megumi that she views them as daughters to her, which is a shock to Melody, who is used to humans fearing and hating her with the exception of Izayoi. Even though Melody had said that she can say and do kind things for her, it will not change the relationship that she has with Kagome in the slightest and Kagome's mother understands Melody's reasons since Melody views Kagome to be the unfeeling villain as a priestess with her usage of the rosary and asks Melody to show restraint on her constant attacks on Kagome. Melody agrees only if Kagome shows restraint on her usage of the rosary which is enough. It is also a similar fact that Sota, Melody, Megumi and Inuyasha never met or knew their fathers because Sota's father was killed in a car accident while Mrs. Higurashi was pregnant with him and Inuyasha and his twin sisters were born right before their father had sacrificed himself for them and their mother.
Naraku: Melody hates Naraku the most out of every one that she's ever met. While she didn't care that he had to trick Kikyo, Melody didn't appreciate the fact that Naraku had to involve her and her younger siblings into his plans. There was one time that Naraku decided to use Melody's hatred towards priestesses to do away with both Kikyo and Kagome, but Melody refused to join forces with him, claiming to kill both of them at her own time. Melody's hate for Naraku grows when he kills Kikyo for the third time, saying that he took away the pleasure in 'sending Kikyo to Hell' from her.
Melody's three swords are real powerful swords which have used to combat Sesshomaru's Tokijin and used for one of Melody's experiments. Their abilities seemed to increase after Totosai remade them with one of Melody's fangs, after Melody, in a Sesshomaru like manner, threatened to 'claw him into pieces' if he refused. All three swords have the ability to absorb blood of a new fighter for Melody to create potions against them later on if the fighter happens to escape.
Techniques and Abilities
Strength: Despite her slender appearance, Melody is abnormally strong than most hanyou/half-demons even stronger than her younger brother, due to the training that she's received from her older full demon sister after her mother's death and Sonoko's demonic power. She's strong enough to stop Sango's Hiraikotsu and Bankotsu's Banryu with just her bare hand as well as punch a huge hole on a mountain sized ogre's stomach. Even as a human with the kitsune powers that she's gained from Sonoko after the merger, her strength is enough to knock a huge ogre demon out. Inuyasha has commented that Melody is one of the people that's even stronger than him.
Speed: Melody's speed has been shown to easily exceed that of a normal horse - faster than any normal land or water animal, any other half-demon even males like her brother, Inuyasha, the wolf demon princess Ayame, even greatly rivaling the jewel shard enhanced speed of Koga with her kitsune powers that she's gained from fusing with Sonoko, but not as fast as her elder half-siblings: Sesshomaru, Zera, or Kenochi. Due to the momentum she can accumulate in her runs, added with her incredible strength, she is able to cross great distances with a single jump, sometimes creating the illusion that she is flying. Melody can move fast enough that she appears to regular humans as nothing more than a brief, indistinct yellow blur and can apparently move fast enough to run over water. She can easily close tremendous gaps of distance in the blink of an eye while remaining undetected, even those with great spiritual senses. The full speed of Melody was revealed when she along with Megumi fights with Koga and surprising Koga and his men as well as Inuyasha and his group when she rivals Koga's enhanced speed, which hits Koga's pride hard when she uses her powers to badly paralyzed and injure him after Koga, himself nearly kills Inuyasha, while under the assumption that Inuyasha, himself, was responsible the massacre of Koga's comrades while didn't know about Naraku. Melody is so fast that an opponent does not notice when she replaces herself with a rubber dummy as a means of misdirection, further demonstrated when she used this tactic effectively against her enemies.
Utsusemi (Cicada, referencing their molting): It allows for a movement at great speed, leaving at least one tangible after-image behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage or can cause bodily damage as well. Because of Melody's speed, her opponents commented that it was like getting hit be multiple people, instead of just one.
Stamina: Like Inuyasha, Melody's stamina likewise far exceeds human standards, possibly derived from the fact that her yokai blood is that of a dog, dogs naturally having great stamina. She is shown to be able to run vast distances at extreme speeds with minimal effort, and is often seen complaining about how Inuyasha's comparatively weaker human companions always slow her and her brother down by needing to rest so much every day. She is also able to endure a great deal of physical pain. Although she does not like getting hit any more than anyone else does, she sometimes uses, as she puts it, the ability "to take a punch" in order to wait for an opening that she can most effectively strike back to win a fight.
Defensive Ability: While her yellow fire-rat robe provides additional protection, a power afforded to anyone wearing it, Melody's physique is capable of taking a lot of damage, more than the average human, or even most yōkai. She appears unaffected by severe blunt force trauma, able to withstand a direct blow from a wooden log that broke on contact, and unfazed by the tremendous impact of being thrown hard enough to shatter solid rock. She also possesses tremendous resistance to sharp weapons, and is able to withstand attacks that slice through trees. While she can be injured by more powerful yōkai, she appears invulnerable to priestess magic and attacks, able to catch normal arrows out of the air, negating holy attacks or spells from priestesses like Kikyo (hence the Beads of Subjugation won't work on her), and break steel swords with her bare hands. Even without her fire-rat robe, she has shown the ability to withstand direct contact with fire and tremendous heat, as well as corrosive substances like acid.
Immortality or Half Immortality: Being a half-demon and having demonic blood, Melody does not suffer from old age the way humans do. She appears to be a young girl in her fifteen to sixteen years. However, like Inuyasha, she has been around for at least over two hundred years.
Regeneration: When injured, Melody heals far more rapidly than a human, so much so that attacks powerful enough to severely injure her are rarely, if ever, fatal, as they would be to humans if they sustained an equivalent injury. She has also recovered quickly from numerous serious injuries, including a large fist-sized hole punched through her gut. Similarly, it seems that her internal physiology is significantly different from a normal human's, considering that she has been able to get up and fight despite having suffered injuries that should have resulted in her spine being severed, heart shredded and lungs destroyed had she been built anything like a human - occasionally all at the same time.
Senses: Melody's senses are highly developed, and in some ways, appear to be super-canine rather than superhuman. Her senses of hearing and smell are quite likely her most powerful — she is shown to be able to hear what people are whispering from great distances, as was the case when, while perched on a tree. Likewise, her sense of smell is shown to be extremely sensitive - she can smell hints of blood from kilometers away and can detect the presence of people by smell long before they can be seen and with the training that she received from Zera, the smell of anything raiding holy priestess magic like fragments of the Shikon jewel which is not as sharp as Kikyo's or Kagome's senses with Melody being a half-demon since she can't tell on how many or their exact location in bodies of those who have them (It wouldn't really matter once she destroys them). The downside to this is that she can be taken down by strong scents. Her nose is also her method of detecting yoki, and she has been also able to catch a whiff of Naraku's yoki from many miles away as soon as he lets down his barrier, with at least as much accuracy as Koga, despite the latter being a full yokai. On the other hand, her sense of smell seems to be notably inferior to that of Sesshomaru, Zera, and Kenochi. Since the sense of smell is also linked to taste, somewhat spicy curry is unbearably hot to her.
Hand-to-Hand Combat: Melody has been trained in martial arts since she was a small child both professionally and by her elder half-sister. She has repeatedly shown great agility and coordination in her attacks. In addition to having powerful kicks and punches, Melody has also shown proficiency in counterattacks, takedowns, and body locks. She is able to catch an opponent's weapon strikes with a single hand.
Swordsmanship: After Zera's training as a child, Melody highly proficient in swordsmanship as she is a highly adaptable combatant as her two swords have allowed her to become ambidextrous, meaning that she is able to switch hands between the two swords.
Energy Manipulator: Melody can use her demonic powers into a weapon like making energy blasts.
Keen Intellect: Despite her short-tempered, brash, and arrogant attitude, Melody has shown herself to be analytical, perceptive, and deductive, although her intelligence is meant for mainly battle tactics than other things like recognizing or even acknowledging good in other people despite from being from difference races. Like Sesshomaru and Zera, Melody appears to be able to determine the pattern of her opponent's battle methods and correctly deduce a proper counter-strategy to defeat her opponent's attacks and she has a ability to pick up things to the smallest detail in her training, even as a child, when learning the Iron Reaver Soul Stealer technique, before Inuyasha could. It seems that after fusing with Sonoko, gave Melody's intelligence a considerable boast. It's because of this trait that people like Kikyo, Sesshomaru, and Naraku are real cautious about when fighting her. Even fighting with those who have a greater speed than she does, if she can memorize their attack pattern, then the rest is easy. Melody has a talent for being well prepared. She has also shown to be a very perceptive and analytical half-demon from how quickly she can analyze an opponent's power and attack patterns to ultimately make them useless against her. She easily outmaneuvers and tricks Kikyo by making her finish up her priestess immunity spell by shooting her and Megumi with the sealing arrow. Melody is also known to not to make the same mistake twice like underestimating Kikyo, after she was restored back to life by quickly destroying her bow with her claws. She takes various precautions before engaging in personal combat with an adversary, usually studying them through her various methods in order to gain a clear advantage. She seems to always have a contingency plan if something doesn't work out the way she expects. Melody can even anticipate her opponents moves before they can even make it as well as the actions that they may take hence even rivaling Koga in speed, can easily predict his movements and attacks. Melody is known to pick up how things work in Kagome's time better than Inuyasha could like dealing with computers as well as hacking into them, not as much as a computer geek, but slightly close.
Master Inventor: Melody is a talented inventor, having created a number of techniques to aid her in battle or otherwise. Her knowledge has led her to an innate understanding of the abilities of others as well as what happens when independent variables are entered into an equation.
Master Chemist: Melody has otherwise been shown to be an adept chemist. She's able to make very potent poisons to demons and antidotes which usually work. The poisons that she makes are armed with the knowledge that she's gained when reading Kagome's Biology books, which were very helpful for her.
Rubber Dummies: Melody learned this while observing Kagome's time as well as the creations like bubble gum and balloons. The dummy is from a small round gum and the dummy is made from the user's own saliva as the user chews and blows into it as it pops, the dummy is in the likeness of the one, who made it. This dummy can have many chemicals and potions into itself. The dummy has the same attacks and personality as the one, who's saliva is dumper and is known to self-destruct to the user's own choosing or attacked.
Nikubakudan (肉爆弾, "Flesh Bomb"): Melody has developed biological bombs that she has implanted into the bodies of other demons without their knowledge. By snapping her fingers, she can set off the bombs which use every biological portion of the body causing devastating explosions that can seriously damage the surrounding area.
Data-gathering Bacteria: She also implants opponents that escape from battle with data-gathering bacteria so as to monitor them afterwards. Using the information gleaned from the bacteria she had implanted within her past opponents through either her swords or fists, Melody is able to quickly conceive and carry out an operation to safeguard herself.
Healing Elixir: Green liquid that heal any injuries, even those that are life threatening and can restore energy.
Superhuman Drug: Melody has manufactured a "superhuman drug" that can slow down a person's perception of time. The drug is kept in a bottle by her, but also on the blade of her swords, which is blue in appearance. It is able to make one second seem like 100 years for the unfortunate victim to whom it is administered. An undiluted dose of the drug causes the senses to speed up trillions of times while the relatively "slow" body fails to keep up, resulting in paralysis; on the other hand, it is implied that a diluted dose of the drug can greatly enhance the user's reaction speed. She even stated that a single droplet would have to be diluted 250,000 times to be suitable for use.
Thought Inhibitor Drug: Melody concocts a special drug which can stop thought processes from occurring within the brain. Stored in a purple vial, it can be injected into an individual via Melody's sword. This drug restricts the individual's control over all motor functions and can cause the individual's emotions to go out of control. This drug causes the affected individual's eyes to glow with a purple tint.
Sankon Tessō (lit. Soul-Scattering Iron Claw) - Iron Reaver Soul Stealer: Like Inuyasha, Melody channels her yokai powers through her claws, and is powerful enough to tear apart iron, making it easy for her to rip her enemies in half.
Hijin Kessō (lit. Flying Blade Blood Claws) - Blades of Blood: Using demon power she can harden her own blood and, like a bladed projectile, throw it at her enemies. It's a surprise attack that catches enemies off guard who think she's weakened from battle. It is particularly useful when an enemy's movements are too fast for a direct attack or when enemies employ ranged attacks.
Time Travel: Like Inuyasha and Kagome, Melody can jump down the Bone Eater's Well and traveling back and forth 500 years to and from the future.
Big Bang Blast: This technique is formed when Melody cups her hands front of her yokai and holy power to them and unleashes it. This attack creates an enormous explosion upon contact and leaves a huge mushroom cloud, making it reminiscent of the supposed Japanese obsession with nuclear explosions.
Yokai Bakudan (lit. Demon Bomb): Melody gathers a lot of her yokai and demonic holy power into her right hand which turns into a huge planet shaped blast and causes massive damage. This rivals Inuyasha's Wind Scar.
Mark of Subjugation Activation: After chanting, Melody fires the spell through her right index finger at a priestess, causing the latter to be under her power with a dog demon shaped mark on the priestess's forehead. The priestess is practically immortal, with the priestess having an incredibly high level of endurance to pain that would kill a regular human, exception of getting hit by miasma or other holy powers. If Melody dies, then the body of priestess with the Mark of Subjugation will act like a potent bomb, destroying anything within a 10 wide radius as well as the priestess. The wearer's five senses are increased at the chanter's choosing. Melody uses this on Kikyo and Kagome happens to be born with it and Melody is the only one who can remove it, however, she chooses not to unless the rosary around Inuyasha's neck is removed. Melody could also increase the mark's power to the second level where the mark has the same functions to the Beads of Subjugation, which Inuyasha ABSOLUTELY forbids Melody to do knowing what his sister would do to Kagome with that kind of power, unless Kagome, directly or indirectly, forces her to do so. There's a third level to the Mark of Subjugation to where shackles made from the priestess's spiritual power is made around the priestess's neck and wrists, sealing away any spiritual power the priestess may have or negating any power of an object that the priestess may have control over.
Lightning Manipulation: By using her yokai powers, she can call forth natural lightning for offense and defense as well as increase her strength and speed even further against high speed opponents.
Storm of Demonic Purification: Uniting of lightning and demonic holy energy, Melody creates hybrid force to envelope anything with demonic aura into a series of extreme torture when hit. When it hits, the demonic victim has its own aura turned against him/her and depending on the amount of energy that Melody gathers could kill him/her. Even though the attack misses, the victim is caught in the lightning's current, paralyzing the opponent from the waist down. This attack is mainly meant for very fast opponents and it's first used on Koga when Melody first fought him. Melody mainly intended to use this technique on Sesshomaru since she mainly created this attack, just for him.
Priestess Purification: Melody gathers her yokai and demonic holy power into her right index and middle finger and hits anyone with holy powers belonging to a priestess nearby that her nose can pick up.
Clones: With the kitsune powers that she gain, Melody is able to create clone versions of herself up to fifteen with a snap of her fingers.
Appearance Change: With the kitsune powers that she gain, Melody is able to change into any person that she choses.
Illusions: With the kitsune powers that she gained, Melody can producing images to confuse her enemies.
Telepathy: Thanks to Zera, Melody is telepathically linked to Inuyasha, Megumi, and Zera.
Human: Like all hanyō, Melody turns completely human once a month. During the new moon her hair turns black, and she loses her supernatural powers as well as her demonic characteristics, such as her dog ears, claws, fangs, amber eyes and so on with the exception of her kitsune powers, speed and defensive abilities. Only Inuyasha's friends and a few others know her secret as Melody tries to stay hidden during the new moon. She returns to her regular form when the sun comes out — she regains all of her powers: claws, fangs, strength, speed, and defensive abilities.
Yōkai: Like Inuyasha, Melody's yōkai blood takes over anytime her life is in danger. When transformed, the sclera of Melody's eyes turn red, while her iris disappear and her pupils become slit, much like that of a real dog. Stripes appear on the sides of her face, and her fangs and claws lengthen. Once transformed, she gains a massive boost in all of her physical abilities, such as strength and durability, and becomes impervious to pain. She cannot, however, distinguish between friend and foe. If left in this state, Melody will continue killing until she is killed. Zera made created a powerful seal onto Melody's right shoulder to prevent her from becoming a killing machine and it will only work if Melody is a full-fledged demon. Only Zera, Megumi, and Inuyasha could activate it to subduing Melody when her yokai blood takes over since they are telepathically linked to her and if the Tetsusaiga is near, then Melody's yokai blood is subdued.
Melody's known fear is not being able to protect Inuyasha from what she deems as dangerous or lethal to him, being too weak or being too close to Inuyasha's comrades with her hatred toward most of the human and demon races.

Like Inuyasha, Melody would sometimes get down on her hands and knees to find scents, much like how a real dog does. Kagome is generally annoyed with this action as it usually attracts too much attention. Melody will sometimes sit down and scratch her ears with her legs like a dog.Being a dog demon, she has been seen growling like a dog at what seems to be a threat, when she's angry, annoyed, or frustrated. Melody begins to shake like a dog to dry herself and with her sandals off, she uses her claws and feet to dig.

Voice Actor if on show: Megumi Hayashibara (Japanese) and Venus Terzo (English)
Age: Around 200 years old, but 15-16 years in human years!
Weight: 115 lbs
Race: Inu Hanyou
Family members: Inutaisho (father), Izayoi (mother), Sesshomaru (elder half-brother), Zera (elder half-sister), Kenochi (elder half-brother), Melody (older twin sister), and Inuyasha (older twin brother by four seconds)
Appearance: Looks like a female version of Inuyasha with long silver hair tied to a high ponytail with two Chinese buns and golden eyes. She has large C to D-cup breasts, and a hourglass and curvaceous body. She wears a yellow short kimono in a style which is low cut that shows a moderate cleavage and it stopped towards the top of her kneecaps, which shows her slender and feminine legs. Wrapped around her slender waist was a red ribbon to hold her kimono in place. She had sandals on her clawed feet and her claws are the same size as Inuyasha's.
Background: Megumi is the youngest daughter of Izayoi and Inu no Taisho, the younger half-sister of Sesshomaru, Zera, and Kenochi and the younger twin sister of Inuyasha and Melody. As a hanyou child, Megumi grew up to be hated by humans, except by her mother, and demons, especially her elder half-brother, Sesshomaru, except for her older half-siblings, Zera and Kenochi, and her best friends, Suzame and Korvo. Megumi and her older siblings grew up with other hanyou children that Zera kept in her village, especially her two fox hanyou best friends, Sonoko and Yukiko, and often plays with them as well as her human mother. One fateful winter night, in her early teens, she along with Renta, Inuyasha, Melody, Sonoko, Zera, Kenochi, and Suzame, came back from the forest to make a fire and to everyone's horror, the bodies of the hanyou children living in Zera's castle and it made matters worse when another miko, who happened to be the young sister of the miko that Melody killed when she was a child, and Korvo came and revealed that they were the ones that murdered them. Korvo claimed that it was their faults that he couldn't properly mate with Zera, since she was taken care of them all the time and didn't have time for him. After the deaths of Renta, Sonoko, and Suzame, and the betrayal of Korvo, Megumi along with Zera and Melody begins on their slaughter of any miko that they could find calling themselves 'Priestess Hunters' and any human or demon that gets in their way after Sonoko gave Melody all of her powers as a fox hanyou. When Melody first met with Kikyo, Melody show great speed and spells to drive Kikyo into a counter and could have killed her if Inuyasha hadn't stopped her, but acting as a shield against Melody's attacks. Later, Melody and Megumi were sealed away to trees for 50 years by Kikyo at near death after getting unknowingly tricked by Naraku.
Personality: Megumi is depicted as cheerful, romantic, resilient, and clever. She is very versatile acting very elegant, intelligent, and refined at times and irrational, and over-ambitious at others. After her childhood friends, Sonoko, Yukiko, and Renta, were killed along with the other half-demon children within Zera's castle and betrayed by Korvo, a black haired dog demon and Zera's mate-to-be, as well as the death of her human mother, Megumi's innocence was corrupted, her ideals and personality changed severely, becoming cold, lonely, cruel, cynical, short-tempered, arrogant, and with the next years of her life devoted to killing priestesses with Zera and Melody, which caused Inuyasha to run away when he couldn't take the fact that his sisters were taking away human lives even when they had nothing to do with the deaths of their friends and fellow half-demons. For many years, Megumi along with her sisters, Zera and Melody, killed many priestesses and without Zera, killed any human that got in their way. After finding their brother, Inuyasha, again after he ran away over a hundred years ago, Megumi, along with Melody found him with Kikyo and tries to kill her. Even with Kikyo's skills, she was unable to defeat Inuyasha's sisters and when they were going to deliver the finishing blow, Inuyasha comes in and stops them. When Inuyasha tells his sisters that he loved Kikyo, Melody and Megumi didn't exactly agreed with this and gave Kikyo a warning that if she betrays Inuyasha in anyway, then despite Inuyasha's wishes, they will make her suffer.
50 years later, after Inuyasha was freed by Kagome Higurashi, Kikyo's reincarnation, and Sesshomaru's defeat and failure to take the Tetsusaiga, Kagome discovers Melody's and Megumi's bodies sealed away and just as she was going to set them free. Melody and Megumi awaken from the 50 year slumber and surprisingly freed themselves by pulling the arrow that Kikyo used on them and go in to kill Kagome, who they mistaken as Kikyo. After successfully almost killing Kagome, they go and find Inuyasha at Keade's village. Keade succeeds in placing the Beads of Subjugation that she made herself on them, but to her surprise and horror, Melody and Megumi easily tears off the Beads of Subjugation off of their necks. Melody then reveals that when Kikyo shot them, she then triggered their priestess spell and attack immunity and goes in to kill the old miko, but Inuyasha comes in with Kagome in tow and saves Keade from his sisters' claws. At first, like Melody, Megumi refuses to cooperative with Kagome, seeing her as another human or priestess, despite her brother's wishes, but after getting injured herself, Kagome offers her help, even when Megumi refuses it, Megumi begins to see Kagome in a whole new light while differenting Kagome from Kikyo and begins to give humanity a chance, little by little while still hates Kikyo and almost every priestess. Megumi also very stubborn and, like Inuyasha, hates it when Melody or Zera make Kagome's life more miserable while mostly tending to or healing Kagome's wounds that she may receive from her older sisters' violent actions.
Megumi is offended when someone calls her a dog - especially Koga, a wolf yokai - or suggests that she is inferior to full yokai. Her arrogance and hostility can readily be explained by her upbringing, where she, like Inuyasha and Melody, was raised from her birth by her human mother in her father's court. She was ostracized and rejected by all demons with the exception of Zera, Kenochi, and Suzame, and humans except her mother, and she died while she was still a very young child. Until her meeting with Kagome is that she was rejected by her elder half-brother, Sesshomaru and other full yokai and the human villagers alike. All that she knows of her father is what she has been told by her mother and others such as old Myoga the Flea. All that he has from her mother are the yellow Robe of the Fire Rat and her memories. All that she has from her father are her yokai blood. Megumi is known to Melody's annoyance, involving Melody in her romantic schemes with Feng, and is targeted by Melody's fists. Unlike Melody, Megumi respected Kagome's wishes to cease Koga's suffering in their first fight with him, but Melody didn't agree to it. Unlike Melody or Inuyasha, Megumi tends to open up to Inuyasha's human companions to a certain extent while adding '-chan' in Kagome's and Sango's names and '-kun' in Shippo's and Sota's names, much to Melody's dislike, not liking her sister to get too friendly with humans or demons, but hides the main reason why she, Zera, and Melody hates priestesses so much.
Like Inuyasha, Megumi's only weakness is that as a hanyou loses its power during a certain time period each month; Megumi's time is the night of a new moon. Her hair turns black and she loses her superhuman strength, speed and defensive abilities, as well as her dog ears, claws, and fangs. In this form, all her yōkai powers are gone and she turns human; however, she returns to normal at sunrise. She prefers to keep it a secret because on that night she along with her brother and sister is vulnerable, and only Inuyasha's group and a few others know their secret, and protect it wisely, but even this does not stop some, such as Naraku and Sesshomaru.
Techniques and Abilities:
Strength: Despite her slender appearance, Megumi is quite strong, due to the training that she's received from her older half-sister after her mother's death, but not as physically. Though not as strong as her older siblings, but she's strong enough to easily lift a boulder - with a diameter greater than the length of her body-over her head with one hand". She has also shown to be able to uproot trees and break through walls and fortress gates and has a punch feared by yokai many times her size. She is able to keep her enraged sister (Melody) from badly harming people for about a second until she's eventually overpowered.
Speed: Megumi's speed has been shown to easily exceed that of a normal horse - faster than any normal land or water animal, but not as fast as her older sisters, Entei, the yokai horse that served as Hakudoshi's steed or her elder brother, Sesshomaru. Due to the momentum she can accumulate in his runs, added with his incredible strength, she is able to cross great distances with a single jump, sometimes creating the illusion that she is flying. She can easily close tremendous gaps of distance in the blink of an eye while remaining undetected, even those with great spiritual senses. Her speed is enough to almost rival Koga's jewel shard enhanced speed and useful with Melody's speed to use combination attacks.
Stamina: Megumi's stamina likewise far exceeds human standards, possibly derived from the fact that her yokai blood is that of a dog, dogs naturally having great stamina. She is shown to be able to run vast distances at extreme speeds with minimal effort. She is also able to endure a great deal of physical pain, as was once demonstrated in a battle with her half-brother Sesshomaru, when she continued to fight even after being impaled in the stomach. Although she does not like getting hit any more then anyone else does, she sometimes uses, as she puts it, the ability "to take a punch" in order to wait for an opening that she can most effectively strike back to win a fight.
Defensive Ability: While her fire-rat robe provides additional protection, a power afforded to anyone wearing it, Megumi's physique is capable of taking a lot of damage, more than the average human, or even most yōkai. While she can be injured by more powerful yōkai, she appears invulnerable to priestess magic and attacks, able to catch normal arrows out of the air, negating holy attacks from priestesses like Kikyo (hence the Beads of Subjugation won't work on her), and break steel swords with her bare hands. Even without her fire-rat robe, she has shown the ability to withstand direct contact with fire and tremendous heat, as well as corrosive substances like acid.
Immortality or Half Immortality: Being a half-demon and having demonic blood, Megumi does not suffer from old age the way humans do. She appears to be a young girl in her fifteen to sixteen years. However, like Inuyasha, she has been around for at least over two hundred years.
Regeneration: When injured, Megumi heals far more rapidly than a human, so much so that attacks powerful enough to severely injure her are rarely, if ever, fatal, as they would be to humans if they sustained an equivalent injury.
Energy Manipulator: Megumi can use her demonic powers as a weapon like shooting energy blasts.
Great Holy Spiritual Power: Megumi has been noted to have a considerable amount of spiritual energy. Unlike Melody's holy spiritual powers allowing her to make multiple destruction type purification attacks, Megumi's holy spiritual powers are calmer allowing her to heal injuries or purifying misama. Her holy spiritual energy is green in color.
Senses: Megumi's senses are highly developed, and in some ways, appear to be super-canine rather than superhuman. Her senses of hearing and smell are quite likely her most powerful — she is shown to be able to hear what people are whispering from great distances, as was the case when, while perched on a tree. Likewise, her sense of smell is shown to be extremely sensitive - she can smell hints of blood from kilometers away and can detect the presence of people by smell long before they can be seen and with the training that she received from Zera, the smell of anything raiding holy priestess magic like fragments of the Shikon jewel which is not as sharp as Kikyo's or Kagome's senses with Megumi being a half-demon.
Sankon Tessō (lit. Soul-Scattering Iron Claw) - Iron Reaver Soul Stealer: Megumi channels her yokai powers through her claws, and is powerful enough to tear apart iron, making it easy for her to rip her enemies in half.
Time Travel: Like Inuyasha and Kagome, Megumi can jump down the Bone Eater's Well and traveling back and forth 500 years to and from the future.
Big Bang Blast: This technique is formed when Megumi cups her hands front of her yokai and holy power to them and unleashes it. This attack creates an enormous explosion upon contact and leaves a huge mushroom cloud, making it reminiscent of the supposed Japanese obsession with nuclear explosions.
Yokai Bakudan (lit. Demon Bomb): Megumi gathers a lot of her yokai and demonic holy power into her right hand which turns into a huge planet shaped blast and causes massive damage. This rivals Inuyasha's Wind Scar.
Priestess Purification: Megumi gathers her yokai and demonic holy power into her right index and middle finger and hits anyone with holy powers belonging to a priestess nearby that her nose can pick up.
Healing: With her demonic holy powers, Megumi can heal wounds that her even close to being fatal.
Telepathy: Thanks to Zera, Megumi is telepathically linked to Inuyasha, Melody, and Zera.
Healing: Megumi's power to heal extends beyond the victim's wounds. She is capable of restoring tattered clothes.
Human: Like all hanyō, Megumi turns completely human once a month. During the new moon her hair turns black, and she loses her supernatural powers with the exception of her kitsune powers, speed and defensive abilities as well as her demonic characteristics, such as her dog ears, claws, fangs, amber eyes and so on. Only Inuyasha's friends and a few others know his secret as Megumi tries to stay hidden during the new moon. She returns to her regular form when the sun comes out — she regains all of her powers: claws, fangs, strength, speed, and defensive abilities.
Yōkai: Like Inuyasha, Megumi's yōkai blood takes over anytime her life is in danger. When transformed, the sclera of Megumi's eyes turn red, while her iris dissapear and her pupils become slit, much like that of a real dog. Stripes appear on the sides of her face, and her fangs and claws lengthen. Once transformed, she gains a massive boost in all of her physical abilities, such as strength and durability, and becomes impervious to pain. She cannot, however, distinguish between friend and foe. If left in this state, Megumi will continue killing until she is killed. Zera made created a powerful seal onto Megumi's right shoulder to prevent her from becoming a killing machine and it will only work if Megumi is a full-fledged demon. Only Zera, Melody, and Inuyasha could activate it to subduing Megumi when her yokai blood takes over since they are telepathically linked to her and if the Tetsusaiga is near, then Megumi's yokai blood is subdued.
Megumi's known fear is not being able to protect Inuyasha and his group from what she deems as dangerous or lethal to them.

Age: Around 350 years old, but appears to be in 18 years old
Weight: 150 lbs
Race: Inu Youkai (Daiyokai)
Family members: Inu-no-Taishou (father, deceased), Inukimi (mother), Izayoi (step-mother, deceased), Sesshomaru (elder brother), Kenochi (younger brother), Melody (younger half-sister), Megumi (younger half-sister), and Inuyasha (younger half-brother)
Humanoid Form: Almost to Sesshomaru's height around his forehead to be exact with long silver hair to her kneecaps, a purple crescent moon on her forehead, dark violet colored lips, and piercing golden eyes, but unlike Sesshomaru's, it sparked liveliness and strength, and she has dark violet marks on her face similar to Inuyasha's when he goes full demon. She has claws around the same size as Sesshomaru's, she has her own slightly muscular, slender, and voluptuous feminine form that easily supports her large E to F-cup sized bust under her white kimono top and dark violet hakama pants with a fluffy tail similar to Sesshomaru's wrapped around her waistline. Wrapped behind her back was a sheath and sword similar to Norman from the cartoon series, Mighty Max.
True Form: Zera's original form is a giant white dog with markings similar to those she has in her human form. When she transforms, Zera surrounded in a bright dark violet aura or has a tornado circling around her. Like Sesshomaru, Zera's eyes then take on a bright red color and yōkai marks on her body widen and become more apparent; the stripes on her cheeks which are usually smooth become jagged and change into a somewhat fiercer color. Like Sesshomaru, Zera has acidic saliva and in her breath spreads poison in the form of mist that melts anything nearby.
Background: Zera is powerful dog daiyokai that is known, respected, and feared as Lady Zera, Demon Lady of the Southern Lands, Zera the Destroyer, Grim Reaper Zera, and Storm Zera. She is the elder daughter of Inu-no-Taishou, the former ruler of the western lands, younger sister of the ruler of the current western lands, Sesshomaru, the older sister of Kenochi, ruler of the Northwestern lands, and the older half-sisters of the half-demons, Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi. Zera is quite infamous because she is a known miko hater and would want her land clear of any priestesses or unwanted guests like dangerous demons that are either brave or stupid enough to challenge her for dominance. It is said that the instant that one miko comes near her lands, she attacks and kills the miko ruthlessly without remorse or compassion. However, when it comes to other humans, she leaves them alone unless they attack her or something, but even then she just knocks them unconsciousness at worse. However, it is only part of the reason that she is known as Zera the Destroyer. She has taken out so many other types of demons and plenty of them were among the worst of the worse. She is also known as 'Storm Zera' because when she attacks, she comes in like a huge storm and you don't know what hit you before it is too late. The reason why she's called 'Grim Reaper Zera' is that her death glares are enhanced by killing intent. Every demon knows her reputation at least somewhat well and knows not to get her mad because it is said that she can be very hot-tempered. Zera grew up under the upbringing mostly of her father than her mother, who didn't care much about humans, with childhood friends Suzame, a silver haired dog demon like herself, and Korvo, a black haired dog demon.
Later, Zera met Izayoi and took an immediate liking to her, seeing her as a second mother while vowing to her father to protect her as well as her unborn younger half-siblings to her last breath and beyond. After her father's death, Zera begins to take in orphaned half-demon children to give them a peaceful and good life with protection against those who hate them. During Inuyasha's and his sisters' childhood, unlike the other humans and demons, Zera along with Kenochi, Korvo, and Suzame, often played with them and protected them against those who would bully them, especially Sesshomaru as well as going as far as 'disowning' him as an older brother until he learns to be a good brother not to just to her or Kenochi, but to Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi and if her younger half-demon siblings forgives him for his cold-hearted actions. After Izayoi's death, Zera took up guardianship of Inuyasha and his sisters as well as teach them how to fight against stronger demons for the next eight years while being engaged to Korvo. Later on, Zera is betrayed by Korvo when he and a priestess named Vitani murdered every half-demon child in her castle as well as Suzame, Sonoko, and Renta, and Korvo himself revealing that the half-demon children were taken too much of her time. After the massacre, Zera along with Melody and Megumi became Priestess Hunters, basically killing any priestess that they've encountered believing that with priestesses around, no half-demon children is safe, and continues bringing half-demon children to her castle after bashing Korvo to exile.
Soon enough, she took part in the war against the Panther Demon tribe and fled after finding out that Inuyasha and his sisters were sealed away to trees by Kikyo and Inuyasha giving his heart to a priestess by Myoga to find and free them while killing any priestess and demon that got in her way and sparing human lives.
Personality: Like her reputation throughout the Demon World described, Zera is appears to be cold, aloof, witty, and ruthless to other people that she comes across. When it comes to her half-siblings, especially Inuyasha, she acts extremely protective of them and rushes to their aid when they are in trouble. Zera is quick to anger at the possible betrayal towards her or anyone in her family, especially Inuyasha, and can be quite aggressive in response to that as well as in combat. Despite her overly protective nature towards her younger half-siblings, Zera isn't above reprimanding or being stern towards them like thumping Inuyasha on the head after wasting his time with 'priestess scum' like Kikyo, who she really hates, or lectures him about seeing Kikyo, not for Kagome's sake, while tells him that Kikyo doesn't even deserve him if she wished for Inuyasha to become human for her and Inuyasha's reckless actions that would put himself in danger. Zera addresses strangers with "anta", people she does not like with "kisama," which, like "temee," is an offensive form of "you," though still more formal. She addresses himself with the polite "watashi". Other than "kisama," she uses "omae," to InuYasha, Melody, Megumi, and Kenochi. Thus she can be insulting while retaining the dignified speech pattern of a lady, as opposed to the rougher speech used by InuYasha or Melody.
Earlier on, Zera used to be kind-hearted and fair and unlike the many demons and her brother, Sesshomaru, she was kind to other half-demons, even her half-demon brother and sisters. Because of her love for her younger half-demon siblings, Zera went as far as to 'disown' Sesshomaru as her older brother until he learns to love his younger half-demon siblings like a real older brother should be and if they forgives him for all the cold-hearted things that he's done to them. Zera even allowed half-demon children and begin taken them in as her own. She even fell in love with a black haired dog demon named Korvo and he loved her so. It wasn't until after a priestess and Korvo killed the half-demon children in Zera's castle while Zera's best friend, Suzame. Afterwards, Zera developed an extreme hatred towards Korvo and the many priestesses that she's encountered. Zera becomes cold and cynical, and with the next years of her life devoted to killing priestesses with Melody and Megumi. This caused Inuyasha to run away when he couldn't take the fact that his sisters were taking away human lives even when they had nothing to do with the deaths of their friends and fellow half-demons. After Inuyasha's departure, Zera find out that Inuyasha gave his heart to a priestess named Kikyo from Jaken before battling the Panther Demon Tribe and what really sent her over the edge is that Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi were sealed to a tree. This caused Zera to go and search for them while killing troublesome demons along the way as well as the priestesses that she's encountered.
50 years later, after Inuyasha was freed by Kagome Higurashi, Kikyo's reincarnation, Zera is heard about killing a priestess, who under Miroku's protection. Even though, she had no quarrel with Miroku, Zera gave him a huge thrashing even Miroku's Wind Tunnel had no effect do to Zera's superior speed. Soon enough, Zera encounters Inuyasha and his sisters after hugging them, she then strikes them on the head while giving Inuyasha, three lumps on the head for giving his heart to a priestess. Melody then shows the Mark of Subjugation that she gave Kagome and sees it works when Melody uses her Priestess Purification on her, even though, the Mark of Subjugation doesn't allow Kagome to die, Zera finds it amusing. Even though Zera has a habit of siding with Inuyasha and Melody against Kagome, she doesn't approve of Inuyasha's and Melody's desires of being full-fledged demons, loving the way that they are. Zera also has little trust in Inuyasha's companions, and also views people like Koga as low-level yokai, scum, "bonkotsu" (mediocre), "make-inu" (loser), "uma no hone" (a nobody), and "zako" (insignificant person, weakling). Like Inuyasha and Melody, Zera also very stubborn and very short-tempered that it makes Inuyasha look like a saint in comparison, but mostly keeps her temper under wraps. Like Melody, Zera also loves to make Kagome's life more miserable even more so than Inuyasha does at time. Zera is prone of misunderstanding Kagome's intentions towards Inuyasha which she sees as 'bullying', but also due to rampant willingness to generally believe the worst of the situations she finds her in, due to being a priestess. Only Inuyasha is the only one, who could prevent Zera from going on a killing rampage since Zera is unable to willing hurt her brother in anyway. Zera is also not above blaming Kagome for her own kidnappings and being saved by Inuyasha. Zera also often blames Kagome for Inuyasha's injuries because of Kagome's judgments and actions.
It's known that Zera shows respect to demons who earn their own power through blood, sweat, tears, hard work, and dedication while not through 'borrowed powers' like Ayame, who in return shows fear and respect to her and even adds '-chan' to Ayame's name, even thought about her being a mate for Inuyasha, instead of two 'lowly priestesses' that he has his eyes on, but also respects Ayame's pursuit in gaining Koga after he made her a promise to her to be her mate while at the same time believes Ayame can do a lot better than some 'worthless weakling' like Koga. Another example is that Zera respects those who are kind and thoughtful towards her half-demon siblings like her late best friend, Suzame, but generally totally ignores Kagome's kindness towards Inuyasha, because of her status as a reincarnated priestess. Zera also has a soft spot for children, except for demon children, which she views them of needing to 'toughing up' on their own, stating that Shippo will grow up into a weakling, which angers Shippo a lot, but like Melody, Shippo doesn't dare use his pranks on her knowing that like Melody, Zera will not fall for them and won't hesitant to beat him down until he's unable to move for a good while. She mainly has a soft spot for half-demon children, who are orphaned, and brings them to her castle for shelter. In her fights, Zera is often picky while trying to fight gracefully instead of the wild and untamed fighting skills of her younger half-brother and his wolf demon rival, which is why she mostly holds back her true strength, knowing full well that she'll just end up fighting wildly.
Another trait of Zera that is noticeable is her honor in herself and her family, in which she would make promises that she, herself, could do and hates lying to people that she cares and loves, especially Inuyasha and her hatred, other than priestesses, towards dishonorable people or cowards like Naraku, which makes him the number one person to kill.
Inu no Taishou: Zera idolizes and respects her father and his beliefs to where she promises to him that protect Izayoi and her younger half-siblings, even though had left his wife (her mother) and fallen in love with a mortal woman named Izayoi; who became the mother of her younger half-siblings. Zera only seems to want to able to protect Izayoi and her younger half-siblings, something her father finds accepting. Sesshomaru has commented that Zera's love and respect for humans is an undesirable trait that she must have gotten from their father.
Izayoi: Zera thought of Izayoi as a second mother despite being a demon and took an immediate liking to her.
Sesshomaru: Even though they may be siblings, Sesshomaru and Zera don't see eye-to-eye about things and like her father, Zera doesn't believe that Sesshomaru should even hold the Tetsusaiga. Zera would even go as far to 'disown' Sesshomaru as her brother until he learns to accept Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi as his own siblings and act like a real older brother to them and as well as to kill Sesshomaru should he hurts or kills their younger half-siblings, especially Inuyasha. Zera states that the only bond that she has with Sesshomaru will be through their father.
Inukami: Like Sesshomaru, Zera and her mother never saw eye-to-eye about things in the past. After visiting her, Zera saw a hint of change in her mother's eyes, believing somewhat that she changed her attitude towards humans, while Inukami is concerned about Zera's hatred towards priestess, feeling her need to destroy ever single one of them, before they ultimately destroy everything that she cares and loves.
Inuyasha: Out of her younger siblings, Zera seems to be very caring and protective of Inuyasha to where it can be overbearing for Inuyasha's tastes like being called 'otouto-chan/baby brother', something that Inuyasha finds annoyance to. Zera loved to hold Inuyasha to her chest when he was a child and cared for him the most and always had that picture of him whenever she sees him. The only traits that Zera doesn't accept about Inuyasha is his reckless actions towards himself like when he's injured and his feelings for 'priestess scum' like Kikyo and Kagome. Zera doesn't even approve of Inuyasha ever going to see Kikyo, believing the dead miko to be a waste of his time and totally undeserving of his heart. When Zera plans to reprimand him, Inuyasha gets a fearful look on his face believing that he'd rather get 'sat' than to deal with his older half-sister's plans for punishment for him. Ironically, only Inuyasha is the only one, who could prevent Zera from going on a killing rampage since Zera is unable to willing hurt her brother in anyway. Out of any demon that he's encountered, Inuyasha knows and understands fully that there's no way that he can ever hope to defeat Zera even if he wants to, but he tries to make deals with his older half-sister in where he can have Zera to not to go too far with the suffering that she and Melody seem to cause Kagome. Despite these traits, Inuyasha really cares and loves his older half-sister and wishes that she wouldn't worry about him too much. Inuyasha also wishes that Zera would learn to rely on him to protect her and wishes that Zera along with Melody tries to be a little nicer to Kagome, while not seeing her as a punching bag or yelling at her a lot, even though he does the same to her at times.
Melody: Out of her younger siblings, Zera seems to be very less worried about Melody than she is with Inuyasha and Megumi. Zera trusts Melody to handle with protecting Inuyasha against things that would be a danger to him and 'punish' Kagome whenever she uses the rosary on Inuyasha even when he deserves it. Zera often sends Melody to Inuyasha's group to help them, mostly Inuyasha, out. Zera trusts Melody's skills since she was the one who trained her since she was a small child. As the elder sister, Zera has named Melody as her successor to the Southern lands if anything happens to her much to Sesshomaru's disgust believing no hanyou should be ruler.
Megumi: Like Melody, Zera sends Megumi to assist with Inuyasha and his group to deal with Naraku and find jewel shards and trusts her skills.
Kenochi: Zera is stern and serious towards Kenochi to where his antics like calling her 'Sissy' would seriously get him a few lumps on the head. When younger, she entrusts him to teach Inuyasha mostly on how to fight and defend himself.
Kagome Higurashi: Because of her hatred for all priestesses in general, Kagome is extremely disliked by Zera to where that if not for Inuyasha and the Mark of Subjugation spell, Zera would have killed her. Zera has a very low opinion on Kagome, dubbing her as stupid, lowly/low-level scum, weak, troublesome, worthless, and pathetic, as well as an idiot and fool and doesn't approve of Inuyasha's relationship with the latter at all and someone, who isn't worth Inuyasha risking his life as well as also views Kagome as an immature little brat/girl with disgusting fashion sense and a troublemaker with her usage of the rosary, even when Inuyasha deserves it. Zera also loves to make Kagome's life more miserable even more so than Inuyasha does at time. Zera is prone of misunderstanding Kagome's intentions towards Inuyasha which she sees as 'bullying', but also due to rampant willingness to generally believe the worst of the situations she finds her in, due to being a reincarnated priestess. Zera is also not above blaming Kagome for her own kidnappings and being saved by Inuyasha. Zera also often blames Kagome for Inuyasha's injuries because of Kagome's judgments and actions like when Zera found out about Koga after meeting with Inuyasha and his group after Inuyasha's second transformation to a full yokai, that she also found out that Koga had two jewel shards which she blames Kagome for allowing Koga to escape, even for a good cause, and believing that the reason why Koga had almost killed Inuyasha was because of Kagome allowing him to escape on their first encounter. There are times that Zera does save Kagome's life, but Zera claims that it's Kagome's loyalty towards Inuyasha that makes her save her and should Kagome ever betrays him, then Zera would save her anyways, but that will be when she causes the young reincarnated miko extreme bodily harm. Even though she does stand up to Zera, Kagome seems to be very afraid of Zera's wrath upon her or her friends the most. Even though her extreme dislike towards Kagome, Zera seems to rather have Kagome near Inuyasha than Kikyo since she appears to be the first human that loves Inuyasha as a hanyou and is tough on her is that she just wanted Inuyasha to be safe and happy.
Miroku: When she first met Miroku, he was protecting a priestess against Zera. However, with his skills, including the Wind Tunnel, Miroku is quickly overwhelmed by Zera and if not for Inuyasha, then Zera would have killed him. Even though, Zera has little trust in Inuyasha's human comrades, Zera learns to respect Miroku's intellect, but finds his lecherous habits towards every female in the series, very annoying.
Sango: Out of Inuyasha's human comrades, Zera treats Sango with little respect as sympathized with her situation with Kohaku and often tried to give encouragement that he could be saved like Inuyasha does. Other times, they argue with Sango empathizing that Zera could try to be a little nicer to Kagome as a fellow female and like Inuyasha, hates it when Zera insults and hits Kagome with more force than necessary. To add, she doesn't like the fact that Zera has a tendency of trying to control Inuyasha's life, but understands that she loves for Inuyasha as she does the same for Kohaku.
Shippo: With her reputation as 'Zera the Destroyer', Shippo is really afraid of Zera and tries to stand up to her, but his sudden courage has him running behind Inuyasha or Megumi whenever Zera gives him deadly glares. Like Inuyasha and Melody, Zera often bullies Shippo like kicking him, punching him on the head, and zapping him and usually does those things to him as punishment for getting Inuyasha in trouble with Kagome, which in turn gets Kagome into trouble with Zera or Melody.
Kikyo: Zera thinks of Kikyo as a lowly dirty priestess and a fool and even though, Naraku is the blame for what happened to Kikyo and Inuyasha, Zera still blames Kikyo for firing the arrow that sealed Inuyasha and his sisters away to trees. In her eyes, Kikyo is the betrayer towards Inuyasha not the other way around and for that doesn't believe that Kikyo deserves him. While Zera views Kagome as scum, Zera views Kikyo even lower than scum for wanting to change Inuyasha into human while liking the way that Inuyasha is already. Zera is actually glad that Naraku had set both Inuyasha and Kikyo up, because she would rather have Kagome to be with Inuyasha than Kikyo did and like Kagome, Zera would also rather prefer that Inuyasha stays a hanyou/half-demon. Zera seems to be the only demon that Kikyo is basically afraid of.
Koga: When Zera first heard about him, she ordered Melody and Megumi to show Koga, who believed Inuyasha killed his comrades, had almost killed Inuyasha was because of Kagome allowing him to escape on their first encounter, a vision of a nightmare beyond the Horrors of Hell, but wanted the honor of killing him when Inuyasha wasn't able to do so himself due with Kagome's interference. After meeting Koga, unlike the many demons as well as Ginta and Hakkaku, who are extremely afraid of her, that she's encountered, Koga isn't afraid of Zera, calling her to be a 'half-breed lover'. After hearing that Koga knows of Inuyasha's secret of weakness, Zera believes that Koga is too dangerous to be kept alive while believing that Koga would one day kill him in his human form, so Zera decided to kill Koga before that day comes. Of course, even with his enhanced speed, Koga is totally outclassed by Zera, making the fight between the two, like child's play for Zera and nearly kills Koga. Kagome begs Zera to spare Koga's life, crying out to her that Koga would never attack Inuyasha in his state of weakness nor tell anyone else about it too. Of course, Zera doesn't listen to Kagome's pleas or even Inuyasha, while believing that Kagome forced him to telling Zera to spare the wolf demon's life. Kagome went as far to place her hands and knees even her face on the ground to beg Zera to spare Koga's life and if Koga does attack Inuyasha and his sisters in their state of weakness or even reveal to anyone else their secret, then Kagome will gladly give her life to Zera and Zera, herself, can do with her as she pleases. Zera even adds to the deal that should Kagome break her promise, then she would take the lives of Keade's village as insurance, since she doesn't trust Kagome at all, despite Inuyasha's pleading for her not to touch them. Of course, that didn't stop Zera from killing Koga, just prolonging his death after Naraku is slain since she believes Koga to be too dangerous to be kept alive for the sake of her younger half-demon brother. Koga then swears to kill Zera, Kenochi, Megumi, and Melody before getting to Inuyasha. Of course, this doesn't stop Zera when she constantly insults Koga for using outside means, namely his jewel shards, to increase his power and refers it to 'borrowed powers', which makes him truly a weakling compared to Inuyasha, which gets Koga into attacking her in anger, but Zera still gives Koga a very thrashing beating, when getting bored of overpowering the wolf demon prince, by easily dodging his attacks. Zera also views Koga as an 'insect' or 'punching bag' for her own use when she's angered and needs something to 'take her anger on' and finds it more amusing when she does it in front of Koga's men to show her terror towards them. Zera also claims that no matter how many jewel shards that Koga gets to increase his power, he'll never reach her, even if he were to gain all of the jewel shards. Koga, himself, hates Zera more than he does with Inuyasha, believing that Kagome isn't safe with Zera or Melody around even if she has Inuyasha's protection, which is mainly fueled by Kagome's loyalty toward Inuyasha by Zera's standards.
Powers and Abilities
As a full blooded demon, Zera is overwhelmingly powerful, being a match for almost any opponent she encounters which makes her slightly powerful than her older brother, Sesshomaru. She has exhibited senses much more powerful than that of humans and even many demons and a plethora of powerful techniques at her disposal. Many of Zera's innate abilities are a result of her lineage, being the daughter of two extremely powerful demons.
Tail: Zera uses her tail as an extension of her body, trapping people with it and often uses the victim as a punching bag.
Dokkasō (Toxic Flower Claw): Zera's claws release deadly acidic poison which can melt flesh and virtually anything else very quickly and she can also spray the poison from her claws. They can fire large blades of energy similar to Inuyasha's "Sankon Tesso". She is also shown to transfer poison into her punches.
Whip of Light: Zera can generate a thin, whip-like strand of yellow-green energy from her fingertips that can slice through almost anything.
Sankon Tessō (lit. Soul-Scattering Iron Claw) - Iron Reaver Soul Stealer: Zera channels her yokai powers through her claws, and is powerful enough to tear apart iron, making it easy for her to rip her enemies in half, and she can add her poison into them to make them even more deadly.
Yokai Bakudan (lit. Demon Bomb): Zera gathers a lot of her yokai and demonic holy power into her right hand which turns into a huge planet shaped blast and causes massive damage. This is more powerful than Inuyasha's Wind Scar.
Priestess Purification: Zera gathers her yokai and demonic holy power into her right index and middle finger and hits anyone with holy powers belonging to a priestess nearby that her nose can pick up.
Memory Reveal: Zera uses this technique to look into the memories by places her hand onto the person's head. She can even throw them into the sky for people around to see.
Memory Eraser: Zera uses this technique to remove a selective memory or knowledge that she chooses making the person to forget it.
Flight: Like Sesshomaru, Zera has the ability to float in the sky.
Immunity: Zera is immune to diseases, poisons, and gases that can paralyze or kill both humans and other normal creatures as well as weaker yōkai. Her greatest resistance seems to be toward holy and divine powers; her resistance to any holy spiritual based spells or attacks from a priestess especially purification powers was so strong that she was able to enter Mt. Hakurei's purification barrier, by far the strongest of its type in the series, without being purified. In another instance, Zera catches one of Kikyo's purification arrows barehanded and to no ill-effect; any other demon would have been severely injured, if not outright purified.
Super Endurance: Zera is able to resist pain better than most demons.
Super Speed: Zera appears to be the fastest demon within her family, even more so than her older brother, Sesshomaru, and her younger half-siblings. She leaves behind a fast-moving blur and in some cases, after-images. She can also instantaneously close long distances without being detected by others. The full extent of her abilities remain unclear, but she is capable of easily keeping up with the jewel shard enhanced speed of the wolf-demon, Koga, even when the latter goes to full power, with minimal effort. In her full canine form, her speed gains an increase, making Koga, who's fought with her in her full canine form, after receiving his Goriishi claws, comment 'as big as that poodle has become, she moves like a rabbit'.
Utsusemi (Cicada, referencing their molting): It allows for a movement at great speed, leaving at least one tangible after-image behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage or can cause bodily damage as well.
Super Strength: Despite her slender appearance, Zera possesses physical strength far beyond that of a normal demon, able to stop a huge powerful demon's fists and Koga's jewel shard enhanced kicks with one hand with minimal effort and nearly rip Koga's left arm out of his sockets and break his right leg in their first fight. Her punches and kicks are known to cause serious damage to many demons. Her strength alone even rivals of that of her older brother, Sesshomaru. It's because of her strength that Inuyasha fears and would rather go through Kagome's 'sits' than to face Zera's wrath at a certain anger point.
Senses: Due to her lineage, Zera exhibits extremely heightened senses, particularly her sense of smell.
Exceptional Reflexes: Zera, with her heightened senses, also possesses astonishing reflexes, as shown when she was battling Koga; she easily manages to dodge every one of Koga's punches and kicks.
High Intelligence: One of the most fearsome trait of Zera is her tremendous intellect. She is well-versed in the history, strategy, tactics of the demon world and is privy to knowledge previously unknown to many. It is her brain that Naraku wanted to possess as well as Sesshomaru's strength and power before he revived the Band of Seven. She's able to find a way for any one of her family members could be immune to priestess spells and attacks. She's even more resourceful than Melody and her brain power is a trait that people like her brother, Sesshomaru, and Naraku are very fearful of.
Master Manipulator: Zera has shown herself to be a very crafty and cunning demon. The most noticeable trait is her ability to deceive and manipulate others around them, with the exception of her younger half-demon brother and sisters. She has a great talent for analyzing and observing everything in her presence, allowing her to quickly understand a person's pattern of thinking and better manipulate them. She is also a powerful strategist, capable of formulating well-thought-out plans several steps ahead of others which makes other demons or fighters believe that she can see into the future while considering that she's psychic. These plans are incredibly involved and detailed, and are planned-out with the long term in mind, making them seem slightly convoluted, a great accomplishment given that it required moving people around like pieces on a chessboard, as well as making sure they played the role she had planned out for them. She is masterful when it comes to "plans within plans," such as after Sou'unga is defeated, knowing that Kagome would place the Beads of Subjugation back onto Inuyasha's neck, while getting Kagome trapped with the Mark of Subjugation, bringing her back into Melody's power, after Kagome activates the rosary again, much to the latter's chagrin.
Master Tactician: Zera has also shown herself as a powerful and flexible tactician, capable of adjusting seamlessly to any given combat situation, if not plan out events well in advance. Zera is a highly perceptive fighter, being able to almost immediately determine an opponent's attack patterns and weaknesses as well as understands the strengths mannerisms of her enemies and creates strategies to achieve victory. She could even teach the attack patterns and weakness to others, for an example, she could teach Inuyasha and his group about the attack patterns of Naraku. Zera can quickly think at least twenty moves ahead of her opponent with over a hundred strategies ready to be used, but chooses the best one. When she does this, she considers everything that has taken place in the battle up to that point, even discerning how an opponent's techniques work.
Teleportation: Zera can morph into a ball of energy and move herself, as well as others, over great distances in a short amount of time.
Psionics: Though Zera's psionic capabilities have never been specifically quantified, she has demonstrated exceptionally strong and powerful feats of both telepathy and telekinesis.
Daiyōkai: As the daughter of a daiyokai, Zera has inherited similar levels of power and thus is a daiyōkai in her own right — endowed with heightened senses, intelligence, strength, and a myriad of yōkai powers. While she appears to be an elf-eared slender looking human most of the time; she can transform into her true form at will, which is that of a gigantic, acid-breathing, crimson eyed canine with white fur.
Vast Holy Spiritual and Demonic aura: Even by daiyoukai standards, Zera has shown to have tremendous holy demonic energy and has a great deal of control of it when she's fighting at 25 percent. It's this kind of power that most people like Naraku are more cautious to approach. The force of Zera's demonic aura is so strong that as if the presence of death is nearby which causes people like Kikyo, who is usually calm and collected, go into complete shock with great fear and literately go down to her knees, since Zera's demonic aura has natural killing intent. Inuyasha has noted that Zera holds back a lot of her demonic aura and strength when fighting people weaker than her hence that she was using 20 percent of her true strength against Koga when fighting him. Inuyasha and Zera also states that whenever Zera uses 50 percent against anyone that she considers to be weak against, she tends to get 'carried away'. Zera has commented that it takes a lot for her not to "crush an ant" (referring to Koga) in her path. Zera hates it when she has to go to full power or at least at 50 percent, because she can't fight elegantly at all. Her demonic aura are blue.
Energy Manipulator: Zera can use her demon energy to form energy blasts which are very powerful and in her true form, she can fire blasts from her mouth.
Immortality: Being a yōkai, Zera does not suffer from old age the way humans do. She appears to be a young woman around 18 to 19 years, but has lived for hundreds of years longer than her younger half-siblings. When her younger half-siblings were born, she appeared to be a young girl around 10 to 11.
Healing: The ability to heal wounds. Zera's power to heal extends beyond the victim's wounds. She is capable of restoring tattered clothes.
Hand to Hand Combatant: Zera demonstrated highly capable skill in hand to hand combatant. An example of this is when she's reprimanding Inuyasha for one of his reckless approaches in battle with Inuyasha getting away with it with a few bruises and a lump on his head, noting that Zera was going easy on him, and Kagome whenever she uses the rosary against Inuyasha even when he deserves it while getting away with multiple bruises and lumps. During various of scuffles with Koga, Zera was able to easily counter the wolf demon's wild strikes and find an opening to quickly and mainly badly pummel him hard. Zera often uses a combination of her speed and strength to totally outclass Koga and do it in a very humiliating way like a small child (Koga) trying to take on an adult (Zera) in a fight.
Swordsmanship: In melee combat and like Sesshomaru, Zera showed superb skill in her ability to fend off and strike down opponents with deadly speed and accuracy in her attacks. She is also able to effectively block projectiles with her blade.
Zera carries a sword on her back that has huge amounts of holy spiritual power that she's collected from the priestesses that she's slaughtered in cold blood.

Race: Dog Youkai (Daiyokai)
Family members: Inutaisho (father), Izayoi (step-mother), Sesshomaru (elder brother), Zera (older sister), Melody (younger half-sister), Megumi (younger half-sister), and Inuyasha (younger half-brother)
Humanoid Form: Long silver hair that is tied into a ponytail with bangs similar to Adult Trunks from Dragonball GT, a dark violet crescent moon on his forehead, piercing golden eyes, and his hands has claws that were also slightly larger than Inuyasha's and his sisters'. He has on a red kimono with a purple honeycomb and flower crest at the collar and sleeves and orange sash around his waist with purple designs with a Japanese style katana similar to Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga, in weaker form. Over his kimono, he wears an orange haori that goes down to his ankles.
True Form: Kenochi's original form is a giant white dog with markings similar to those he has in his human form. When he transforms, Kenochi surrounded in a bright dark violet aura or has a tornado circling around him. Like Sesshomaru, Kenochi's eyes then take on a bright red color and yōkai marks on his body widen and become more apparent; the stripes on his cheeks which are usually smooth become jagged and change into a somewhat fiercer color.
Story and Personality: Kenochi is the older brother of Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi and the younger brother of Sesshomaru and Zera. Like Zera and Sesshomaru, Kenochi is a Daiyokai and has many followers and is a charmer with young female demons, which annoys his siblings, especially Inuyasha and Sesshomaru, but keeps it away from lecherous. Like Zera, Kenochi would do anything to protect Inuyasha and his sisters, but doesn't do it as much as Zera does it with Inuyasha. The relationship that Kenochi shares with Inuyasha is that they get along like regular brothers do and he somewhat looks up to Sesshomaru, even though, he doesn't share in his disgust towards humans and half-demons. Like Zera, Kenochi is quick to anger when someone insults his younger half-demon siblings that relates to 'mutt' or 'half-breed'. Kenochi doesn't share in Zera's hatred towards priestesses like his sister does and hates it whenever Zera or Melody treat Kagome worse than common trash. Unlike Sesshomaru, Kenochi is actually glad that Inuyasha was given the Tetsusaiga, feeling that he's truly deserving of it. Kenochi uses polite Japanese while he addresses strangers with "anta" or people he does not like with "kisama," which, like "temee," is an offensive form of "you," though still more formal. He addresses himself with the polite "watashi", signifying his high rank and power. Other than "kisama," he uses "omae," to his family members and InuYasha's comrades. Thus he can be insulting while retaining the dignified speech pattern of a lord, as opposed to the rougher speech used by InuYasha.
When Zera, Melody, and Megumi started killing priestesses, Kenochi was on Inuyasha's side about him leaving, unable to bear his sisters killing innocent people, who has done nothing to deserve it. After learning that Inuyasha has given his heart to a priestess, Kenochi was worried what would Zera's reaction to the news will be and what send him over the edge was that Inuyasha, Melody, and Megumi were sealed to a tree. This caused Zera to go and search for them while killing troublesome demons along the way as well as the priestesses that she's encountered.
50 years later, after Inuyasha was freed by Kagome Higurashi, Kikyo's reincarnation, he greatly thanked her, which was a surprise to Kagome, who believed that everyone within Inuyasha's family that's alive had one thing in common: they all hated her at the first glance. Unlike Melody and Zera, Kenochi thinks highly of Kagome even go as far to try to prevent Melody from going too far with her pranks and torments towards the latter and even adds '-kun' to Kagome's name, which the latter finds it somewhat disturbing. Like Zera, Kenochi also believed that Koga was too dangerous to be kept alive and Kagome had a very hard time convincing him into talking to Zera into sparing his life, in the end, after Kagome went as far into bowing and begging Zera to spare Koga's life, Kenochi tells Zera that he may hate the wolf yokai, but he agrees with Kagome that he wouldn't kill his younger half-siblings in their human forms. Of course, like Zera, Kenochi also views Koga as yokai scum, unworthy to call himself a man or a warrior. Kenochi isn't above insulting Koga's abilities while views them as 'borrowed powers' and weaker than Inuyasha, which he could kill anytime that he wishes unless Kagome isn't 'holding his hand' through his fights with his half-demon younger brother like a little pup, angering him greatly to where Koga attacks him, but like Zera, Kenochi is too fast for Koga to hit, angering him further that another 'half-breed lover' is beating him, and would merciless beats the wolf demon prince within an inch of his life. Even though he respects Kagome, unlike Melody and Zera, he even warned her that should Koga does do anything too far with Inuyasha, then he will not hesitate to kill him after he easily defeats the wolf demon prince.
While Kenochi can be grim and serious at times, he typically acts in a goofy, energetic and fun-loving manner to where he's willing to make a fool out of himself. Kenochi's usual comical antics includes attacking Inuyasha to make sure that the latter is kept on his toes, flirting with any young female demon, trying to hug his brother while in public, calling his siblings nicknames like 'Bro-Bro' for Sesshomaru and Inuyasha and 'Sissy' for Zera, Melody, and Megumi. These antics are usually followed a severe thrashing by the hands of Inuyasha, Zera, and Melody.
Powers and Abilities
As a full blooded demon, Kenochi is very powerful, being a match for almost any opponent he encounters. He has exhibited senses much more powerful than that of humans and even many demons and a plethora of powerful techniques at his disposal. Many of Kenochi's innate abilities are a result of his lineage, being the second son of two extremely powerful demons.

It is particularly useful when an enemy's movements are too fast for a direct attack or when enemies employ ranged attacks.
Flight: Like Sesshomaru, Kenochi has the ability to float in the sky.
Immunity: Kenochi is immune to diseases, poisons, and gases that can paralyze or kill both humans and other normal creatures as well as weaker yōkai. His greatest resistance seems to be toward holy and divine powers; his resistance to purification powers was so strong that he was able to enter Mt. Hakurei's purification barrier, by far the strongest of its type in the series, without being purified. In another instance, Kenochi catches one of Kikyo's purification arrows barehanded and to no ill-effect; any other demon would have been severely injured, if not outright purified.
Super Endurance: Kenochi is able to resist pain better than most demons and can take severe physical punishments from his brother, Inuyasha, to his sister, Zera. (e.g. fighting with Inuyasha, who generally hits and kicks him on a daily basis and Melody kicking him on the head)
Super Speed: Kenochi can move faster than the eye can see, both on land and through the air. He leaves behind a fast-moving blur and in some cases, after-images. He can also instantaneously close long distances without being detected by others. He is capable of easily keeping up with the jewel shard enhanced speed of the wolf-demon, Koga, with minimal effort, but he's not as fast as his older siblings, Sesshomaru and Zera.
Super Strength: Kenochi possesses physical strength far beyond that of a normal demon, able to stop a huge powerful demon's fists and his strength slightly lower than of that of his older brother, Sesshomaru.
Senses: Due to his lineage, Kenochi exhibits extremely heightened senses, particularly his sense of smell.
Exceptional Reflexes: Kenochi, with his heightened senses, also possesses astonishing reflexes.
Intelligence: Kenochi is well-versed in the history, strategy, tactics of the demon world.
Psionics: Though Kenochi's psionic capabilities have never been specifically quantified, he has demonstrated exceptionally strong and powerful feats of both telepathy and telekinesis.
Daiyōkai: As the second son of a daiyokai, Kenochi has inherited similar levels of power and thus is a daiyōkai in his own right — endowed with heightened senses, intelligence, strength, and a myriad of yōkai powers. While he appears to be an elf-eared human bearing splendid clothing and armour most of the time; he can transform into his true form at will, which is that of a gigantic, acid-breathing, crimson eyed, canine with white fur.
Immortality: Being a yōkai, Kenochi does not suffer from old age the way humans do. He appears to be a young man around 17 years.

Background: Hiromi was born as the daughter of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, and Kurama's second jinchūriki, Kushina Uzumaki as well as the older twin sister of Naruto Uzumaki by five seconds. Kakashi brought the name 'Hiromi' from the name of his late mother to name his sensei's first born, thus making Kakashi the godbrother of both Naruto and Hiromi. Prior to Naruto's and Hiromi's births, their parents and Hiruzen Sarutobi knew that the seal that kept the Nine-Tails within Kushina would be in danger of breaking during childbirth. To prevent that threat, Kushina was taken a short distance outside of the village to give birth in a secure, secret location with Biwako Sarutobi and Taji as her midwives, a few ANBU as security, and Minato to keep the seal in place. However, immediately after Kushina gave birth, Tobi appeared and took Naruto and Hiromi hostage, demanding that Minato step away from Kushina or he would kill the newborn children. He then used a clever diversion that forced Minato to transport the babies to a safer location, allowing him to escape with Kushina. By the time Minato could intervene, Tobi had already succeeded in releasing the Nine-Tails.
Fortunately, Kushina (who survived the extraction thanks to her strong vitality) was saved by Minato and brought to Naruto and Hiromi, leaving the weakened mother to care for the sleeping children while Minato went to combat Tobi. To save the village, Minato sacrificed his life to seal the Nine-Tails within Naruto, believing that his son would someday have need of the beast's power to defeat Tobi and Minato spoke to his infant daughter to look after her little brother, before he died. Suddenly orphaned, Naruto and Hiromi were left to grow up knowing nothing of their parents, receiving only their mother’s last name because the Third Hokage thought that it was best that nobody knew that they was related to the Fourth Hokage.
Despite Minato's final request to Hiruzen for the villagers to see Naruto as a hero who had helped defeat Kurama, only the Third Hokage and a few of the villagers honoured his request. Everyone else instead not only resented Naruto for containing the monster that had destroyed their home, but Hiromi as well because of her relation to Naruto, considering her 'tainted' by the Nine-Tails. Furthermore, Hiruzen created the decreed to prohibit any mention of Naruto's nature as a jinchūriki in the hope that the other children would not resent him. However, even without knowing the reason, most of the children followed their parents' example and ostracized Naruto and Hiromi. The social isolation would cause Hiromi to develop a need to be acknowledged through the fights with the other boys even older ones because of her immense strength. Through, this action the villagers and most of the villagers' children views Hiromi to be a violent delinquent.
The Uzumaki twins later enrolled at the Ninja Academy as students, where Hiromi had gotten into many fights with her peers. Like her mother during her childhood, Hiromi was often picked on for her red hair and round face while earning the nickname Tomato and would protect her brother from other boys their age and like her mother, could beat them senselessly or half-way to death after classes and it didn't stop at just the boys, she would just beat up the girls, thus nicknaming her the Red Hot-Blooded Boss Girl (Akai Chishio no Sukebancho) or the Second Red Hot-Blooded Habanero (Nidaime Akai Chishio no Habanero) by many of those who were in Kushina's Academy year class.
One day, after training, Hiromi found Naruto with a mysterious child looking at him, believing him to be a threat, Hiromi charges in and punches him the face, scaring him away. Later, Hiromi finds the child again and goes in to attack him, but Naruto along with Kiba and Choji manages to stop her with Sakura and Ino as a blocking team for Yota from Hiromi's wrath. Immediately taking a liking to Yota, Hiromi begins to play with him along with other the Konoha children that knew about Yota. One day while playing, Yota became very said from a misunderstanding with Naruto and caused it to rain, which alerted the ANBU. As they took Yota captive, Naruto and the others tried to stop the Anbu, but to no success. Determined to save her first ever friend, Hiromi and the others staged a plan with Naruto acting as a diversion. Despite finding Yota, the ANBU easily foiled their plan. Seeing how much Hiromi and the others cared for him, Yota summoned bolts of lightning to knock the Anbu out. Greatly weakened by the act, Yota was carried out of the village, determined to bring him to freedom. Upon reaching a river, unable to walk over it yet, they chose to swim. Their attempts proved futile and nearly drowned, only to be saved by Yota. Having overtaxed himself, Yota felt his life fading. Happy to have had friends, Yota didn't want them to suffer with this sad memory and erased all knowledge of him from their minds.
The Uzumaki twins became the students of Iruka Umino and met their class mate, Sasuke Uchiha in the Ninja Academy, Hiromi saw him spar against Naruto and unlike the other girls her age, she didn't cheer for Sasuke. In fact, she thought of the youngest Uchiha as a ‘stuck-up jerk’ and ‘prick’ and had hoped that Naruto would defeat Sasuke, but instead Sasuke defeated him easily. Later, Hiromi was also set to spar against Sakura Haruno, who vowed to defeat Hiromi to impress Sasuke as well as to pay her back for and disrespecting Sasuke, but Hiromi easily defeats her. When Iruka told them to make the reconciliation seal, Hiromi flat out refused to do so with Sakura, declaring that she will never see the latter as a comrade or equal while declaring Sakura as a weakling, further angering Sakura, and it was the same for every one of her fellow female peers that she's defeated with the exception for Hinata Hyuga.
When it came to Sasuke and Hiromi to fight, the fight ended to a tie to every student and teacher's surprise, because of Hiromi's speed and strength and Sasuke's speed and agility and because of Hiromi's dislike and disrespect to Sasuke's person, Hiromi was very disliked by most of her female peers, especially Sakura and Ino Yamanaka, while wanting her gone from the Academy at all costs and Hiromi view them as nothing more than an eyesores. The only female student that Hiromi could have tolerated was Hinata, because she wasn't apart of Sasuke's 'fangirls' or even once as disrespected her or Naruto. In fact, Hiromi has also protected Hinata from a few bullies that would pick on her because of her being a 'Hyuga' and formed a friendship with her while her other peers were either afraid of her or generally dislike her and Hiromi didn't care about them. Iruka is often annoyed from not only Naruto's pranks, but Hiromi's violent treatment to her peers and at the same time, impressed that she manages to stay at the top of her female peers. Apart from the Hiruzen and Iruka, Hiromi also found a surrogate family with the owner of Ramen Ichiraku: Teuchi and his daughter Ayame to some extent. While cleaning up her wounds from her fights, Ayame would often scold Hiromi for these actions, saying that it's unbecoming of a lady while understating her situation.
One day, seven-year-old Hiromi was doing one of her laps, she encountered one of her classmate and her older brother and his friends, who were Genin, telling her that she was picking on his younger sister. Despite hearing her reasons, the older brother and his friends knocked her down multiple times and she was saved by an eleven year old ANBU, Itachi Uchiha, who easily defeated them. Despite being the older brother of the one that she hated, she found herself to like and admired Itachi and Itachi saw her as a younger sister that he never had. Unknown to their younger brothers, Itachi and Hiromi spent a lot of time with each other with Itachi and his best friend, Shisui Uchiha, coaching Hiromi in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu, and Hiromi caught on real quickly as well as perfecting the Shadow Clone Jutsu and learned the Kenbunshoku Haki to some extent. Itachi also taught Hiromi on how to see through things in detail like a detective while getting her into Sherlock Holmes amusing and it was through Itachi that Hiromi was introduced to Underground Taijutsu matches from the public's eye to hone her skills in Taijutsu.
Later after Itachi left the village after slaughtering the Uchiha clan members, except for Sasuke, Hiromi would never actually believe that the one who she looked up to as a hero and older brother would mercilessly kill of his own clan after giving her a pendent and she met up with the Genin who knocked her senselessly, but unlike the other time, Hiromi mercilessly beat down the Genin group with her Shadow Clones and Kenbunshoku Haki, even thought it was not perfected, to a point where the Genin group’s chance of continuing their ninja career would be no more. After that point, because of her use of the Shadow Clones and her strength, Hiromi’s age mates were more afraid of her to where she was nicknamed as the Red Firestorm (Akai Kōgi no arashi). One day, after class, Hiromi was approached by Sasuke Uchiha and with nasty words coming from Hiromi towards Sasuke’s person, Sasuke wanted to fight Hiromi. During the fight, Sasuke was frustrated that Hiromi knew every move that he would do against her and Hiromi was irritated that Sasuke and herself were mentally and physical equal to where the fight ended in a tie. After knowing about this the next morning, Hiromi had encountered Sasuke’s ‘fangirls’, refusing to believe that Hiromi would fight Sasuke as an equal seeing her as a good-for-nothing delinquent, so they challenged her to a fight, but one by one, Hiromi won the fight, where Hiromi used her nearly perfected Kenbunshoku Haki and telling them that they’re too weak to defeat her and pathetic to do this for just one guy, who will never see them as any worth to him. Hiromi also tells them that she would never date or have anything to do with Sasuke Uchiha even if he was the VERY last boy on earth and she also told them that she would never acknowledge them while saying that even someone like Hinata has more worth than they do, put together. Two years before she graduated, Hiromi found out about her brother's burden as the Jinchurriki of the Nine-Tails and instead of shunning him, her desire of protecting him had increased and she had started to hate the one responsible for sealing the Nine-Tails inside of Naruto, her own father.
Personality: Growing up with a few parental figures, Hiromi is short-tempered, violent, and heedless to formality or social standings. He would end sentence with "Dattebano!" when excited or frustrated. She had a major disrespect for authority, loved to intimidate those afraid of her and would solve things with just her fists against her peers and a few villagers during her childhood.
The traits that Hiromi inherit from her father are his superior intelligence, calmness in combat, collect nature and never breaking promises attitudes and from her mother are her stubborn nature and short temper that scare people like Naruto and Kiba. Unlike her brother, Hiromi is also extremely intelligent, and even from a young age was very intuitive and observant as well as an incessant and persistent reader, especially of mystery novels like Sherlock Holmes. She often uses what she's read from book on her missions and the workings of enemies jutsus. Like Minato, Hiromi has a tendency to come up with names for techniques that are not even good, which her teammates, Naruto and Sakura, saying that she sucks in naming jutsu.
Despite being really smart and the oldest sibling, Hiromi has moments that she's even more immature or blunt as Naruto when involving her temper and violent outbursts. Like Naruto, Hiromi loves and eats ramen almost more than Naruto, himself, and whenever her ramen gets tossed to the ground or interrupts her 'reading time', she gets extremely angry at the person that it's almost scary and it takes someone to get her a new bowl of ramen to calm her down. Another example is when she is reading a mystery novel and gets interrupted by something trivial or when the book is thrown out of her hand. Like her brother, Hiromi is heedless and has a habit of giving people she meets nicknames or without appropriate honorifics, as shown when she offended the Second Hokage by not calling him "Lord Second", calling Tsunade 'grandma/baa-san', or Jiraiya 'ero-ossan'. Whenever Hiromi starts on one of her 'violent impulses', mainly the targets are Naruto and/or Sakura, an image of her enraged late mother appears behind her and like Kushina, Hiromi's hair moves in nine separate strands, similar to Kurama's tails, and eyes glowed silver, a trait that even Hiruzen, Jiraiya, and Kakashi are often fearful of as well as her reincarnated father, when seeing Hiromi declaring that after the war to 'severely punishing' her brother for charging in against Obito while forgetting about Obito's new ability to negate ninjutsu, believing that Hiromi is her mother reincarnated.
Hiromi also had a very warped sense of humor as a child like starting a rumor about Sasuke Uchiha like girls with long hair and finding it amusing when most of female peers actually follows through with the rumor by growing their hair.
Beneath her violent, twisted, and intimidating personality as a child, Hiromi was often a kind and overly-protective sister to Naruto and took it upon herself to protect Naruto from those who would hurt him and would beat anyone senseless who would mock his dreams of ever being Hokage causing her age mates to not to do it when she’s not around. With the exception of her brother, the Third Hokage, the owner of Ramen Ichiraku: Teuchi and his daughter Ayame, Iruka Umino, Shisui Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, Mikoto Uchiha, Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, and Hinata Hyuga, Hiromi hated her fellow villagers for the cruel treatments towards her brother. While Naruto, who wanted to be praised and accepted by the villagers, Hiromi would rather wanted to be respected through other's fear of her. It was because of her short temper and physical strength that most of her peers at the academy were afraid of her. When people tend to get annoyed with Naruto, Hiromi tried everything that she can to have people annoyed with her twice as much to protect her brother from their misplaced hatred of him.
Despite her desire to protect Naruto and his dreams, Hiromi is often annoyed of Naruto’s semi-perverted actions like his usage of his Sexy Jutsu making it a point that should he ever uses it in public, she'll 'pound him into next week', his stupidity-based actions, or hates her brother’s infatuation with Sakura Haruno, whom she hated or think less than dirt while preferring that he goes with Hinata, who has feelings for Naruto with her brother’s oblivious ways, much to her dismay, and even teaches his Sexy Jutsu to Konohamaru. Nevertheless, she encourages Naruto’s desire to surpass Sasuke Uchiha, whom she also hated with a white heart passion. During her punishments on Naruto, Hiromi would either punch or kick him multiple times to ‘punish’ him. Even after Naruto returned from his two year and a half training trip with Jiraiya, Hiromi made it a main point to 'beat the pervert' out of Naruto to where it would be second nature for him to get a dark and scary picture of his sister's enraged face should he pull a perverted stunt, even when Hiromi wasn't around.
Even though Hiromi was feared by most of her peers and severely disliked by almost all of the villagers, like her brother, she was generally misunderstood. Naruto, Hiruzen, Teuchi, Ayame, Itachi, Shisui, Mikoto, Iruka, and Hinata are the very few who knows that Hiromi is actually kind and Hiromi is often protective of both Naruto and Hinata. Later when she met with Itachi Uchiha, she was surprised that he wasn’t anything like his younger brother, Sasuke, and later starts to look to him as an older brother and she was even devastated that Itachi had left the village and didn’t believe that he would slay his own clansmen without a good reason. When she learned the truth behind Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox, being inside of Naruto’s body, Hiromi was even more desired to make Naruto’s dream of being Hokage coming true and resented her father for sealing it into Naruto's body. Throughout the story, Hiromi developed an almost soft spot for those who were often mistreated for something they couldn't control, (though she insults Sakura based on physical appearances almost on a daily basis). This is shown during the Chunin Exams, when Neji Hyuga displays his past blatant disrespect and hatred toward Hinata, because she, a weakling as he called her, was born from the Main House of the Hyuga Clan, vowing that should he happen to defeat Naruto, then she'll personally break every bone in his body where he'll never be a ninja ever again.
When she was first put in Team Seven, she was overjoyed that she was with her brother, but most annoyed that she was placed at the same squad as Sakura and Sasuke, two of the people that she hated the most. At the start of the series, Hiromi arrogantly proclaimed herself as the 'strongest Genin' and believed that her fellow female kunoichi's beside Hinata as 'weak and unworthy of her time'. Due to her prideful nature in her early Genin days, Hiromi absolutely refuses to be seen as weak even when injured and is often annoyed when her teammates, especially Naruto and/or Sakura, tries to help her, believing that it's the big brother/sister is the one that defends the younger sibling, refusing help from a 'weakling' like Sakura, and/or a 'jerk' like Sasuke.
Hiromi’s relationship with Sakura changes from before where she thought of Sakura, nothing more than a weakling, Sasuke’s number one ‘fangirl’, a great eyesore, a total disgrace to women/kunoichi, and violent bully for Naruto. Sakura's view of Hiromi was no better, believing her to be a good-for-nothing delinquent/mystery freak, often annoyed and inwardly jealous of Hiromi's talents and well-developed appearance, and viewed her a rival for Sasuke's affections even if Hiromi has no interests in Sasuke, even offering to 'gift wrap him to her in a bow'. Sakura always calls Hiromi names like 'Tomato', 'Flame-Head', 'Ox', 'Sherlock Geek', and 'Gorilla Monster Girl' (commenting on Hiromi's abnormal strength and temper) and Hiromi always mocked Sakura while calling her names like 'Weakling Haruno/Haruno-yowai', ‘Flatchest Haruno’, ‘Billboard Brow’, ‘Forehead Girl’, ‘Uchiha loving mutt’, ‘Forehead Freak’, and ‘Pinky’ and has more than one occasion insulted that even someone like Naruto, a ‘Dead Last’ has more useful than she does. Later on, Hiromi learns to get along with Sakura as Sakura tries to warm up to Naruto. An example with this is when she joins Sakura into punching Naruto, who tries to show off his new perverted jutsu to Konohamaru. When Sakura found out about the hardships that Naruto faced with being Kurama's jinchuriki and Akatsuki, Hiromi trusted Sakura to where she would let Sakura get away with hitting Naruto almost on a daily basis. However, the two still get into physical and verbal fights with one another and it would take Kakashi, Yamato, and/or Tsunade to break them up as well as Naruto, even though he may be punched away by the two girls half of the time. Despite their comical fights and rivalry, they have a sisterly trust and care between them they would never admit to.
Her relationship with Sasuke, at the start, was antagonistic to where Hiromi would often insult Sasuke by calling him 'Stupid Uchiha/Uchiha-baka', 'Ahouchiha' and 'Kamo Shiri/Duck ass'. Despite his arrogance, Sasuke found Hiromi to be worth his time more than Naruto and wanting to beat her while thinking of her as an obstacle in defeating Itachi. Hiromi hatred towards Sasuke only slows down, but she does trust Sasuke’s skills as a ninja as Sasuke does for her although, she doesn't think that Sasuke’s skills are at Itachi’s level, much to Sasuke’s chagrin. When Hiromi found out the Curse Mark given to Sasuke by Orochimaru, she was even more concerned for Sasuke and wouldn't accept that he would ever go as far as to go to someone like Orochimaru for power to defeat his older brother. However, Hiromi’s fears were confirmed she was informed by Shikamaru that Sasuke, willingly, abandoned Konoha to go to Orochimaru and joined up with Naruto, Choji, Kiba, Shikamaru, and Neji Hyuga with Shikamaru and herself in charge of the squad since both of them were Chunin ninjas after being promoted. After failing to bring Sasuke back home, Hiromi grudgingly admits that she was weak and like Sakura, goes to Tsunade to be her apprentice for the next two and a half years while Naruto had gone with Jiraiya.
During the Chunin Exams, Hiromi had immediately saw through Kabuto's deception after the latter gave out the stats of Rock Lee and Gaara of the Desert, knowing those to be confidential records and the disguised Orochimaru's skill in sneaking up on Anko Mitarashi while giving her a note to look into the information on Kabuto and the grass Genin, believing them to be potential dangers of the village.
When she along with Jiraiya and Naruto went to bring Tsunade back to the village, she was real excited to actually meet with her number one idol. However, when they found her and Jiraiya revealed that Tsunade was next in line to become Fifth Hokage and Tsunade declined with an insult to the role of Hokage and to other Hokages before as well as Hiruzen, Hiromi was disgusted and discouraged by the woman that she has looked for inspiration all of her ninja career. Later, she heard the conversation between Jiraiya and Tsunade about her encounter with Orochimaru as well as heard that Orochimaru was responsible for the death of the Third Hokage, which was another fuel to Hiromi’s anger to Tsunade to where she confronted Tsunade on her way to meet with Orochimaru about her decision and tells her that she’s not even considering to take Orochimaru’s offer to heal his arms from his fight with Hiruzen. Hiromi also tells Tsunade that ever since she was a small child, she wanted to be a strong ninja like Tsunade, but when she heard her making snide remarks toward Naruto’s dreams and Hiruzen, she was really disgusted about her. Hiromi then tells Tsunade about the hardships that Naruto had to endure during his childhood which got him to wanting acknowledgement by being Hokage and she would go as far to stop Tsunade by force if she has to keep the Leaf Village safe as well as the dreams of her younger brother, Sannin or not.
When duty calls, Hiromi has a strong moral compass and sense of commitment towards her comrades. Because of her superior strategic skills and commitment toward her comrades and fellow Leaf Village ninja, like Shikamaru, Hiromi was promoted to Chunin and a year later was promoted to Jonin. As a Jonin, Hiromi still respected Kakashi Hatake, despite being the same rank as he is, while still calling him ‘Kakashi-sensei’ and is assistant leader to Kakashi and Yamato in Team Kakashi because of her rank.
In Part II, Hiromi’s temper has gotten even worse which she’s gotten from spending too much time with Tsunade and is more violent with her punishments involving Naruto, which is demonstrated when she hears from the twelve year old, Konohamaru Sarutobi, about a 'new sexy pervy ninjutsu' that Naruto had developed where Hiromi proceeds to 'beat the pervert' out of Naruto by bashing him all around the village, which lasted for about an hour, causing him to have an even greater healthy fear of his sister's 'punishments' in case that he even thinks about doing anything perverted. Another example of Hiromi's temper in Part II is whenever Konohamaru pulls off his 'perverted jutsus' to Naruto, Hiromi attempts to send him off 'flying', but Moegi beats her to the punch. When Hiromi felt Jiraiya eying her with a perverted intent for his next novel after the time skip, she gave him a death glare that would almost rival Tsunade’s death glare, which was enough to scare him and get him to back off while reminiscing the last beatdown that Tsunade gave him in his younger years after catching him in his usual act. Even the reincarnated Minato is terrified of Hiromi's temper after seeing his daughter punch out his son after a clueless mistake on Naruto's part and calling Hiromi 'Kushina Jr.' in that respect.
Even with her resentment to her father, Hiromi was still willing to learn Minato's techniques, the Rasengan and Flying Thunder God Jutsu, and to surpass Minato by completing the Rasengan by adding her natural elements. Upon returning home after Pain destroyed the village and succumbing to rage of her Kaio Chakra after Hinata's apparent death, the twins met and spoke with their father, Minato, who explained to them the cycle of hatred and entrusted them with the duty of saving the ninja world from its hate. Minato also apologized to Hiromi for putting the burden of sealing the Nine-Tails to Naruto and doesn't expect his daughter to forgive him for that after he revealed what happened after the twins' birth with their mother, Kushina, explaining it in more detail. Minato and Kushina are indeed proud on how Hiromi looked after her brother, even though, Minato stated that she could try to do without punching people that even looked at the twins wrong which Hiromi is slowly forgiving them. During the Fourth Shinobi War, Hiromi is finally accepted her parents and even going as far as hugging Minato and telling him that she loves him as he leaves to join his wife, Kushina, in the afterlife.
In adulthood, Hiromi has become a calm and composed woman and is pretty sensitive about her older age when she punches her nephew, Boruto, on the head when referring her as 'Hiromi-ba-chan' and insists him calling her 'Hiromi-san'. She is shown to have to be a strict loving and caring mother, wife, and aunt. She gives the same reprimand to her son, Ren, when he and Bolt defaces the Hokage Mountain as she did to Naruto, in their younger years, and gives Naruto a tongue-lashing about making time to make a schedule for his personal life and his Hokage duties, so Bolt won't feel the need deface the Hokage Mountain.
Due to her upbringing, Hiromi uses "ore" (俺) when referring to herself (supporting her tough girl attitude), a pronoun that is predominantly used by males and very seldom used by females (who are most likely tomboys in nature) and when using an arrogant tone "ore-sama".
Appearance: As stated by Jiraiya and Tsunade, Hiromi bears a striking resemblance to her mother, having Kushina’s fair skin, the shape of her face, and long bright red hair tied in a high ponytail. From her father, Hiromi inherited Minato’s jaw-length bangs framing either side of her face, the shape and color of Minato’s eyes. Also stated by Jiraiya, Hiromi has also inherited her mother’s well-known beauty, both in mind and body. At the time, Hiromi appearance to be slender with a few centimeters over Naruto in height and seems to be more well-endowed than most girls her age with her busts larger than Hinata's at a low C-cup (one of the traits that she's made fun of Sakura for her lack of bust). As a young child, Hiromi's hair had grown to her chin with a round tomato like face and Yota commented that Hiromi had a 'mean and scary' face.
During the Introduction Arc, Hiromi’s outfit consist of pink sleeveless shirt that had an orange symbol of the Uzumaki clan on the back and red skirt that stopped at her kneecaps along with red open-toed sandals on her feet as well as a red headband over her forehead. She also wears a long white scarf and red shark-finned arm-guards.
During the Land of Waves Arc, Hiromi wore her ninja headband around her forehead with her red headband underneath, a dark pink Chinese style sleeveless buttoned blouse with the Uzumaki clan symbol on the helm of her blouse, red skirt that goes down half way to her kneecaps, and red open-toed sandals. She also wears a long white scarf and red shark-finned arm-guards.
During the Chunin Exam Arc, Hiromi wore a short-sleeved, pink kimono-like blouse with a red embroidered border, held closed with a dark red colored obi, a red skirt and stockings that stopped at her thighs and red open-toed sandals. Her hair is in a ponytail ponytail, but wears it down to her behind. In this outfit, Hiruzen could mistake her for her mother when she was thirteen. She also wears a long white scarf and red shark-finned arm-guards.
In Part II, Hiromi is taller, but not as tall as her younger brother after the timeskip, her long red hair getting even longer to her hips, and her body has developed into that of a beautiful young slender, yet curvaceous woman that with noticeable well-endowed DD size cup busts and well-toned legs which has gotten her perverted remarks from Jiraiya to use her in his next novel which has gotten him hits from the Uzumaki twins and gets her hit on by many other young man which annoy Naruto, Kakashi, and Sakura for Naruto and Kakashi fueling for Hiromi's protection against 'lecherous' young men and scaring/threaten them away and Sakura, who is annoyed by Hiromi's sexy appeal.
Hiromi’s outfit, now a Jonin, consists of a dark blue tank top that shows moderate cleavage of her bust, and the top goes down until only one-quarter the way to her navel, which was covered by a dark green opened Jonin vest, dark red fingerless gloves over her hands, exposing her red painted fingernails. She was also wearing a red shorts that only goes up to the bottom of her navel, leaving major mid-drift, the shorts goes down to the middle of her thighs with matching black belt across her waist with two pouches attached to her right side with a Chūnin’s tantō (which she wears above her medical pouch). The cloth of her forehead protector has also changed to pink in color while longer and her red hair is tied to a high ponytail. She also now wears long heeled red open toed boots.
When she's not on missions, Hiromi wears a more casual attire, which consists of a pink spaghetti shirt with a red ribbon in the middle and a short red skirt that reaches to her kneecaps as well as her hair no longer in its ponytail style. In this outfit, she still wears her boots.
During the fight with Pein and to the Fourth Shinobi War, Hiromi briefly sported a short-sleeved pink coat with a red flame pattern along the hemline. Underneath she wears a pink kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, held closed by a pink obi, her blouse is closed quite low, revealing her sizeable cleavage. She wears an open leaf green flak jacket, dark blue pants, open-toed sandals with high heels and red polish on both her fingernails and toenails with her hair tied into two loose ponytails. Hiromi looks similar to Tsunade with a mixture of her own version of her father's coat in this outfit. During the fight with Kaguya Otsutsuki, Hiromi tore off her wore out blouse to reveal bandages covering her breasts, so it won't get in the way of her fighting.
Two years after the Fourth Great Shinobi War, a now 19 year old Hiromi has her hair tied in a single braided ponytail and moved the metal portion of her forehead protector to a simple black elastic headband. She now wears a pink short sleeved kimono blouse with a red sash around her waist. She also wears dark red pants with blue long heeled boots that are open toed. She wears a red armband with an Uzumaki crest on her left arm and dons her old white scarf and red armguards that she had back in the academy as well as a crimson newsboy cap with gold goggles. When she's not on missions, she wears a purple floral low cut shirt, blue jeans, and pink boots. Hiromi becomes slightly taller with her figure becoming more hourglass-like.
Years later as a member of the ANBU, Hiromi wears the standard uniform, consisting of black suit with a grey armour, her old white scarf and red armguards from her academy days, and strapped up sandals. Along with this she wears plated gloves that went all the way up to her arms with a bandage wrapped around the right one. Along with this, Hiromi carries the repaired White Light Chakra Sabre, which she receives from Kakashi upon joining the ANBU, on her back and her mask is fashioned to be a hummingbird (It was Minato's mask from the the Lost Tower). In addition, Hiromi has the signature ANBU tattoo on her right shoulder.
Abilities: From a young age, Hiromi is hailed a brilliant kunoichi, showing an undeniable prodigious talent and keen intellect to excel at all that she does from early childhood. From this, she excelling at all that she does and finding little difficulty in more challenging tasks, which earned her the title 'Kunoichi of the Year'. The Third Hokage has commanded that Hiromi's good marks in the academy were similar to her father's, during his time as an Academy student. Her abilities have been compared to various remarkable individuals like Kakashi Hatake, who was also hailed as a genius since childhood and has commented that with the proper training, Hiromi can be just as skilled as her father once was. During her academy days, Hiromi showed great strength and fierce barehanded fighting skills, able to swing around and pummel several kids "half to death" for teasing her or her brother and break apart boulder with a dozen punches. At max, Hiromi can carry twice her own weight. During her academy days, Hiromi was able to fight and tie against Sasuke Uchiha and able to knock him down with just one slap during the Land of Waves arc. This comes from the many years that she had to play the mother to Naruto by disciplining him for his pranks and after meeting with Itachi Uchiha.
After Itachi and Shisui Uchiha's training, Hiromi's skills increased to where she had made a group of Genin unable to continue their shinobi career after bringing extreme bodily harm towards them and she was even able to knock down three jonin level shinobi from Kumogakure while saving Hanabi Hyuga at the process with a combination of her speed, agility, and strength. Scoring the highest in the performance tests and one of the highest in written tests, she easily graduated at the top of her female peers in the Academy. Her physical strength is considered to be very abnormal by female standards where she's able to break apart huge boulders with just five punches and sand normal bandits flying, which is only fueled even further by her anger and willpower, that she overpowers her opponents and may catch those within Zabuza Momochi's caliber off guard.
Sasuke has commented that Hiromi's strength is close to rival a monster and believes that he needs to surpass her in order to be ready for to kill his brother, Itachi, Naruto commented that he would never in any circumstances purposely cross her and stated that Hiromi doesn't need to put chakra into her fists since it's just pure natural strength, and Sakura has considered Hiromi's destructive strength that would rival an ox or bull, considering that she, like Naruto, have been on the receiving end of Hiromi's fist in more than one occasion. Hiromi's scarf is filled with weights and her arm-guards are about 2 kg each and when she removes them, her strength and speed increases. During the first part of the Chunin Exams, it's been noted from her classmates that Hiromi has gotten a lot stronger and faster since her academy days, which Kiba Inuzuka and Shikamaru Nara prayed that they would never want to face her and frustrates Sasuke even further now knowing that he has to watch out for both of the Uzumaki twins with Naruto's growth as a ninja lingering in his mind.
After two and half years of Tsunade's training, Hiromi's strength takes a graduate increase to where after meeting Sasuke again, is able to send the young Uchiha hurling into the air with a single kick. According to Kakashi and Tsunade, Hiromi would not only surpass them, but the Fourth Hokage. Even while she was still a genin in Part I, Hiromi was among the few shinobi who detected and dispelled Kabuto's sleep-inducing genjutsu and, like Shikamaru, was offered a position in the Twelve Guardian Ninja and turned it down in order to stay in Konoha and protect it as well as realizing Naruto’s dream to become Hokage.
After two-and-a-half years of training with Tsunade and Kakashi however, Hiromi's abilities greatly increased to the point that she could hold her own against powerful enemies such as Sasori, Kabuto, Kakazu, and Pein and nearly outsmarting and overpowering someone like Kabuto Yakushi. It’s because of these traits that Tobi/Obito Uchiha, Orochimaru, and the Akatsuki believe that Hiromi is a dangerous foe, next to Tsunade, Kakashi and Yamato, and Sakura Haruno greatly envies about her. It’s also her intelligence that Naruto, Kakashi, and Tsunade trust on and have also earned praises from her trainer, Itachi, and her father, Minato, and having finally surpassing him during the Fourth Great Shinobi War.
Life Force and Chakra Control and Prowess
Because of her Uzumaki lineage, Hiromi's chakra reserves are naturally large and resilient, granting her tremendous stamina and vitality as well as an exceptionally long potential life-span, allowing Hiromi to recover from fatigue in a fraction of the time. Her early poor performance in the Academy was because she lacked the proper control of her reserves, leading her to allocate chakra insufficiently. Because of how large her reserves were, this does not cause her immediate problems, but Itachi and Shisui nevertheless taught Hiromi how to use his chakra more efficiently. At age 7, she was able to perform the advanced clone jutsu, the Shadow Clone Jutsu, and a few fire and water nature based jutsus like Water Gatling and Fire Ball.
Despite the natural size of her chakra reserves, her Kaio Star Chakra is far greater; Kakashi estimates that Hiromi's chakra reserves are four times greater than his own without her Kaio Star Chakra and a hundred times greater with it, however, because she's not a jinchuriki like her brother, Hiromi's chakra reserves with her Kaio Star Chakra active, a quarter lower than Naruto's with Kurama's assistance. Like Naruto, Hiromi's chakra has been mixing with the Nine-Tails' since the day she was born, due to her mother being a jinchuriki, amplifying her already large reserves. Due to this symbiosis, Hiromi can perform so many chakra-taxing jutsu and in so rapid a sequence. After fully mastering her Kaio Star Chakra, Hiromi can increase the power behind her jutsu in a great scale and uses it to aid Naruto and Sasuke's the final strike against Obito.
During the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Hiromi was able to keep fighting the army of White Zetsus to get to her weakened brother after having Kurama extracted, despite the amount of chakra that she used for her own Flying Thunder God Jutsu in wiping out an army of White Zetsus and helping Naruto and Sasuke against the Juubi powered Obito.
Due to being the daughter of a jinchuriki, Hiromi has Kurama's chakra residue in her chakra coils as a baby increasing her already huge reserves of chakra, but not as much as Naruto's with Kurama's assistance of course. Of course, like Naruto, Hiromi has huge amount of stamina and can perform chakra-taxing techniques without feeling fatigue. Hiromi's first rampage with Kurama's chakra was after Naruto's transformation to Version 1 form had triggered the pieces of chakra within Hiromi's chakra network that got her to transform to her own two tailed Version 1, but was later dispelled by Yamato.
After the fight with Pein, Hiromi along with Naruto sought out Killer Bee, Gyuki's jinchuriki, to learn how to control her latent powers. With her mother and Bee's help, Hiromi was able to control Kurama's chakra to where she's given a similar cloak as Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and mixed it with her Kaio Star Chakra. Thanks to Naruto mastering Kurama's chakra, doesn't have to worry about going on a rampage anymore since it's linked to Naruto's influence. In this state, Hiromi's speed, power, and chakra increases massively as well as her Haki abilities take a huge increase in power.
After Naruto and Kurama finally reached an understanding and cooperation, Hiromi's Tailed Beast chakra cloak transforms to match her brother's and father's, but unlike Naruto, Hiromi is able to share her Tailed Beast chakra with her comrades.
Kaio Star Chakra
This chakra is known throughout the Uzumaki clan that only female members could use it. It’s known that Kushina Uzumaki may have gotten this power, which gave her the nickname 'Red Death' or 'Red Storm' during her Kunoichi career. Signs for Kaio Star chakra is that the physical strength of the Uzumaki female is larger than the avenge person, even has a child. The Kaio Star Chakra is red while surrounded by yellow electricity and can increase the user’s strength, chakra levels, and speed into incredible levels. The chakra is brought out when the user has experience great anger and rage and there’s a downside, if unmastered, the user becomes more colder, arrogant and merciless that she would not be satisfied until she destroys everything or anyone around her and the only one that could stop her is a blood male relative like a father or brother, which Naruto comes into play. Hiromi had signs in having it during her infancy which was the main reason why Minato couldn't seal the Yin half of Kurama within her, because her infant body couldn't handle the strain of half of Kurama's chakra and could explode, killing her at the process. In Part II, Hiromi learns how to control her Kaio Star Chakra to a certain extent. After the near death of Hinata Hyuga, Hiromi's anger took a point to where she unconsciously unlocked her Kaio Star Chakra and with her brother's enraged Kyuubi state, attacked Pain with great gusto while creating more damage than necessary which was why with Naruto, Minato had another seal in place of Hiromi with his and Kushina's blood to get her to calm down. After meeting up with her children again in their mind-scapes, Kushina had offered to train her daughter on how to control her Kaio Star Chakra so she wouldn't loss control and hurt or kill her comrades, in time of the mid-point of the Fourth Ninja War.
Despite her punkish attitude, Hiromi has a keen talent for observation and is analytical, perceptive, and deductive, which she can use to overcome most forms of deception, coming from her photographic memory, the many years of reading Sherlock Holmes novels, Detective Conan manga, and Itachi coaching her through her younger days even though she can be fooled by the likes of Kakashi and Hiruzen as well as slightly outsmarted by Shikamaru Nara and Neji Hyuga. In her academy class and despite many instructors trying to fail her because of her association with Naruto, Hiromi's grades are at the top of her class with Sasuke Uchiha and Ino Yamanaka coming from behind. Aside from that, Hiromi can determine the pattern of her opponent's battle methods and form a proper counter-strategy to defeat her opponent's attacks. Hiromi is very familiar with the village clan's jutsus and style, which comes from the training from Itachi and Shisui.
Hiromi is able to easily learn various advanced techniques or utilize basic ones for crafty manoeuvres, like Sasuke, Hiromi already became a stand-out before graduating the Academy. She already had possessed early Jonin level intelligence at the start of her Genin years. She is a proficient strategist, observing her opponent's skills and deducing their workings with ease and accuracy while remaining calm and composed. She then chooses the most effective means and ninjutsu to counter them. Her resolution enables her to pick strategies in which she requires getting injured in order to defeat the enemy, showing tremendous endurance and willpower. Even her reincarnated father and her estranged teammate, Sasuke, noted Hiromi's ability to calmly assess and analyse the given situation. Some have noted Hiromi to be even smarter than Sasuke, but not as intelligent as Shikamaru, since not once that had she ever beaten him in a game of Shogi.
Moreover, in the first phase of the Chūnin Exams, like Sakura, Hiromi was able to answer all the questions on the paper test quickly, even though the examiner Ibiki Morino later commented that this feat could not be accomplished by a genin, which was one of those traits that earned her the rank of Chunin at the age of thirteen.
Hiromi knows the workings of the Sharingan and Byakugan as well as their weaknesses, which she found out through a quick spar with Neji Hyuga, who soon found out that he needs to watch his back on her. At the start of the Wave mission, Hiromi manages to pick up that Tazuna may have hidden more information beforehand while believing that both the Demon Brothers and Zabuza Momochi were following her and her team.
During the Chunin Exam, Hiromi was skilled enough to note the speed and skill of Rock Lee when he easily defeated both Naruto and Sasuke. She was also skilled enough to pick up on Kabuto's innocent act when she first noticed on how he managed to get information on the Genin participating in the Chunin Exams, after revealing that Kabuto 'failed' the Chunin Exams several times, and wrote a small note to Ibiki to warn the Third Hokage about Kabuto. Also, she was able to deduce Orochimaru's identity after he managed to sneak behind Anko Mitarashi as she stated that no normal Genin could be that skilled get the drop on a Tokubetsu Jonin.
Her intelligence also allowed her to develop many powerful techniques on her own and adapt her fighting style with medical jutsu that she's been taught during the time-skip. She has should some high level manipulation on many of her enemies and can pick up behavioral habits of others, especially her brother to where she can completely fool those around where when pulling a transformation jutsu. For example, she can impersonate someone like Naruto from his personalities down to his verbal tick.
Hiromi has extraordinarily broad and deep knowledge of many subjects and trivia that help her solve puzzles and cases, something she acquired from incessant reading as a child. There are only few people alive like, Shikamaru, Hiruzen, Kakashi, and Tsunade, who are as intelligent or more as Hiromi.
Hiromi's natural control of her chakra had been taken to new heights over the time skip, an ability utilized to its fullest by the training she had done with Tsunade. With her excellent chakra control, Hiromi had turned into an excellent combat medical-nin, and had shown herself to be able to heal fatal injuries with relatively little effort, even when more experienced medics would deem it a lost cause. She also has shown extensive knowledge of poisons having been taught by her senior pupil Shizune— learning how to imbue weapons such as kunai, with poison. She also has an extensive knowledge of herbal medicines, surpassing even the knowledge of Chiyo as well as other chemicals such as powerful sleeping gases taught to her by Tsunade. Her knowledge was great enough to help Sakura and Chiyo to withdraw Sasori's advanced poison directly from Kankurō's body, and use that as a base template to create multiple antidotes swiftly afterwards. During her fight with Sasori, she was able to start healing herself even with a poisoned sword still lodged in her abdomen, a feat Sasori remarked at.
At the end of Part I when Tsunade observed Hiromi, along with Sakura, successfully heal a fish with the Mystical Palm Technique, Tsunade remarked that they had come so far, and she hadn't seen such talents since Shizune. At Part II, Hiromi had already perfected on how to counter the effects of the Mangekyo Sharingan with Tsunade’s assistance and invented the Healing Beans, which when eaten, the consumer's energy and physical health are restored to their fullest; the effects are typically almost instantaneous for the recipient, making these beans a great asset at both in and out of battle. Their texture is said to be a cross between an uncooked (or under ripe) bean and a celery stalk. Hiromi stated that one bean could keep a person full for ten days as well as bring those back from the brink of death, but it doesn't counter diseases, poisons, and effects of the Four Symbol Seal. Also, she can only grow only fifteen of them once every three weeks.
As a result of Itachi and Shisui's training, Hiromi had awakened the ability known as Haki and is one of the few known people able to use all three types. During her childhood, Hiromi rarely uses her Haki, unless to opponents that's worth her using them and was identified by the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, when she used it to knock out many of the villagers who had tried to attack Naruto.
Hiromi is able to use Haoshoku Haki, a type of Haki possessed in one in a million people. Hiromi used this ability several times during her childhood, as it was the type of Haki that manifested the earliest. The first time Hiromi was identified to have possessed this type of Haki was when she stopped the villagers from attacking Naruto, before training with Shisui and Itachi.
With this training, Hiromi has demonstrated the ability to focus her Haoshoku Haki, knocking out a small group with a quick glare without affecting anyone else. A possibility of Hiromi's Haoshoku Haki is that she can tame large animals as she was capable of taming all the animals in the Forest of Death.
Hiromi uses this ability to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this power to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. Although, more skilled users can predict future moves whether there are ambient murderous intents or not. In Part I, Hiromi had nearly perfected this technique to where she would sometimes able to predict moves of her opponents, which was first used in her sparring with her trainer, Itachi, even though, he was going really easy on her, the sparring against her teammate, Sasuke, and enemies like Kabuto. In Part II, during her fight with Sasori, Hiromi has mastered this technique to where she tells Sakura about Sasori’s movements.
With her Busoshoku Haki, Hiromi is able to add this to her already immense strength when she used it to punch Orochimaru hard, taking him by surprise. Hiromi is also able to use any of her kunai to break apart trees and huge rocks.
Hiromi is a very skilled taijutsu fighter with her trademark attributes being her immense strength, speed, and instantaneous reflexes where she impressed Kakashi, who is an elite jonin and was held a super genius during his youth, and Sasuke, who happened to the best in his graduating class. Despite her slender appearance, Hiromi is deceptively strong, smashing a man's head through a concrete road with a single kick at the age of 12 and have sent her three teammates flying to the sky with one punch with Busoshoku Haki, during Part 1. She has repeatedly shown great agility and coordination in her attacks while using Kenbunshoku Haki. In addition to having powerful kicks and punches, Hiromi is proficient in counterattacks, takedowns, and body locks. She has repeatedly caught an opponent's weapon strikes with a single hand and effortlessly defeats multiple bullies and gangsters on a regular basis, during her academy days. Hiromi’s taijutsu skills mainly come from the days that Itachi sparring with her and teaching her counter steps and attacks as well as 'punishing' Naruto for his stupidity. At a younger age, when Hiromi went to save Hanabi from abduction, she managed to swiftly defeat four Kumogakure shinobi in closed ranged combat, all of them almost twice her size.
At the age of 12, during Team 7's first bell test with her sensei, Kakashi, Hiromi was skilled enough to hold her own against the elite ninja with Kakashi, himself, couldn't read his Icha Icha book and watch himself from getting hit by Hiromi's fists, because of her great physical strength. With Sasuke, she was able to outmaneuver two chūnin-level Kirigakure missing-nin and manage to break apart Meizu's spine with an elbow drop when he tried to attack Naruto. With Sasuke's help, Hiromi managed to completely demolish Zabuza's Water Clones and managed to kick Haku away when the latter decided to attack Sasuke from the back with great speed that even Sasuke couldn't defend or dodge.
During the Chunin Exams, Hiromi was able to knock out a huge man-eating tiger while saving Sakura and Ino in the process and manage to slam a Sannin like Orochimaru with a hard punch in the face after knocking out Naruto. Her Kaio Star Chakra only increases her power behind her attacks and after two years of Tsunade’s training, she’s learned her Chakra Enhanced Strength to where Naruto and their age peers like Kiba and Shikamaru are really on their toes with Hiromi while trying to never get on her bad side and Sakura and Ino, now comparing her to a 'rhinoceros' instead of an 'overgrown ox'.
After the two-year timeskip, Hiromi's strength has increased to where she's able to catch Sakura's Chakra Enhanced Punch with just one hand in their usual brawls. Thanks to Tsunade’s training, Hiromi invented her own Chakra Enhanced Speed to where she uses her chakra control to send chakra to her legs to increase her speed, shown to catch up to Kakashi, during the second bell test, Kabuto, and Sasuke in their first and second encounter after Sasuke’s defection from the village. While in Sage Mode and using her Kaio Star Chakra, she’s even faster and stronger with Kakashi commenting on how she's was in par with her father in speed and reflexes and her mother when it came to brute strength. While using her Kaio Star Chakra, she's able to knock resurrected Yugito Nii and Fuu, in their Biju forms down with Kakashi and Guy's assistance, during the Fourth Ninja War. Sasuke has commented that Hiromi's physical strength has no sealing whatsoever, comparing her strength from a monster to a gorilla monster.
Since early childhood, Hiromi has displayed great skill and use of various ninja tools which has grown and diversified over time. During childhood, Hiromi had shown great skill and accuracy when throwing a barrage of shuriken at a single target, impressing Iruka Umino. When using Busoshoku Haki, Hiromi is able to break apart small trees and boulders with just a throw of her kunai and shuriken.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
After being taught how to do this jutsu by Itachi, Hiromi uses this technique for the planning of her attacks and spying and like Naruto, Hiromi can use the larger version of this jutsu with her Kaio Star Chakra. The Shadow Clone Technique takes advantage of the massive chakra reserve Hiromi possesses due to her immense chakra from her heritage from her clan, being the offspring of a former jinchuriki, and Kaio Star Chakra, but Hiromi is able to create upwards of seven hundred clones and retain a decent amount of chakra in each of them. Because of this, Hiromi can, like Naruto, use her shadow clones for virtually anything, from straight combat to speed training.
Hiromi along with Naruto was first taught how to use the Summoning Technique by Jiraiya. After allowing the Uzumaki twins to sign the summoning contract with the toads of Mount Myōboku, Jiraiya took Hiromi and Naruto through the execution of the technique in order to provide them with allies in future battles. Additionally, Jiraiya's other motivation to teaching Hiromi how to summon was to help her to realize and take advantage of the Kaio Star chakra. The type of toads that Hiromi can summon at any time is proportional to her chakra and skill, as when she first started out she could only summon tadpoles. At first, Naruto had a hard time getting any specific toad, as she, like Naruto, summoned either Gamakichi or Gamatatsu. But when she used the Kaio Star chakra, Hiromi was able to summon the toad boss, Gamabunta's older sister, Gamasaka.
Created by her father, Minato, and taught to her by Jiraiya, the Rasengan is one of Hiromi’s strongest signature technique. Unlike her brother, Hiromi learned how to form it with one hand and has used the Rasengan effectively in almost every one of her fights after mastering it. The Rasengan holds an advantage over its counterpart, the Chidori, in only requiring chakra control to form, while the Chidori uses so much chakra that it can only be used a few times a day. Hiromi has mastered the Rasengan to a degree that she can do it almost instantaneously. She is now able to create larger Rasengan without the use of natural energy or the Kaio Star chakra. With the Rasengan, Hiromi has managed to create the Wind Style: Rasengan and Wind Style: Rasenshuriken.
Under Itachi's teachings, Hiromi went through her first part of her nature training. Her natural affinities are Fire, Water, and Wind. Itachi decided to train her using Fire based jutsus, where he trained her into using Fire Styles: Fire Ball and Phoenix Flower Jutsu and during the timeskip, performed Fire Styles: Great Fiery Meteor and Fiery Meteor Gatling Jutsu. During the timeskip, Kakashi has been teaching Hiromi how to use Water style Jutsus. By incorporating their wind affinity with the Rasengan, which was originally intended to be combined with a nature element, she would greatly increase the technique's power and range. By focusing her wind chakra, Hiromi can go as far as cutting objects with just her chakra.
After the timeskip, Hiromi had shown great Water Release prowess that would rival the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, by performing water technique at any time, even in areas that lack a pre-existing water source, by spewing considerable quantities of water out of her mouth, then use the water produced to follow up with another technique, a skill that impressed Tobirama.
Hiromi was introduce this to her after the deaths of Kakuzu and Hidan in order for her to get synchronize with a toad and her brother, and develop a collaboration technique. The Uzumaki twins eventually managed to synchronize with each other and would use each other with creating the Wind Style: Fire-Ball Jutsu, Wind Style: Fire Meteor Gatling Jutsu, Wind Style: Great Fiery Meteor Jutsu, Wind Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu, and Wind Style: Rasenshribomb. Kakashi would call this style unique considering that their twin siblings. During the Fourth Shinobi War, Hiromi is shown to perform Lightning style: Water Pressure Cannon and Wind Style: Black Water Cannon with the combination of her water chakra, Sasuke's lightning chakra, and Naruto's wind chakra.
Before the Chunin Exam finals, Kakashi gives Hiromi a scroll for the Flying Thunder God Jutsu after noticing her incredible speed and reflexes in her preliminary match and figured that it was time for her to learn it. While trying to master it, Hiromi couldn't use it often without throwing up afterwards. After Hiromi was able to master the Flying Thunder God Jutsu without throwing up, but not to the degree of that of her father or the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, but it was impressive, stated by Kakashi. She manages to perform it while using her Kaio Star Chakra to increase her speed to mainly save her comrades, especially Naruto after performing his usual brash actions that may get him killed. She also incorporated this seal formula breath the hair of her brother at the back of his head so she could always come to his aid, at any time. Hiromi has incorporated the seal formula in all of her kunai and shuriken so she's able to easily get behind her enemies, who maybe stupid or slow enough to allow that to happen. This is the jutsu that Hiromi would use as her last resort because of her own resentment to her father, who was famous for this technique.
After Jiraiya's death at the hands of Pain, the Uzumaki began training with Fukasaku in Mount Myōboku to learn senjutsu and how to enter Sage Mode. In order to achieve this, Naruto and Hiromi had to learn to sense and control the natural energy around them. Once mastered, Hiromi was able to perfect the Rasenshuriken, so that she could throw it, and learn Frog Kata, a taijutsu style that uses the natural energy around the user to enhance the range and the potency of their attacks. In Sage Mode, Hiromi's overall physical abilities are dramatically enhanced to the point where she could throw entities much larger than herself with little to no effort. Her durability increased to the point where she could fall on a bed of spikes and not even be damaged. Her speed increases to a point where she vanishes from sight and appear behind an enemy with a Wind Style: Rasengan to attack in less time. Also while in Sage Mode, Hiromi gains a sensory ability to detect and identify other people's chakra from very long distances. Her sensing abilities have also enabled him to predict the movements of his enemies for easy retaliation. In this form, she can’t use her Kaio Star Chakra at all since she has to be real calm and she couldn't be with the chakra. In this form, her Chakra Enhanced Strength has surpassed Tsunade’s own.
Hiromi had graduated the Academy as the strongest female Genin of her class, but was disappointed at the fact that her brother, Naruto, didn't graduate at all. When Hiromi heard from Iruka Umino, one of her instructors, that Naruto had stolen the Scroll of Sealing, she raced over to the forest to find him. After finding him, Hiromi berated him until she found out that Naruto was set up by one of their other instructors, Mizuki, who revealed to Naruto that he had the Nine-Tails sealed inside of him when he was a baby. After Naruto flees from hearing Mizuki's lies about Iruka and Hiromi hating him, Iruka orders Hiromi to find and protect Naruto. Hiromi finds him and reveals that she already knew that Naruto had the Nine-Tails sealed inside him for two years, but was ordered by Hiruzen not to tell him. While Hiromi says that she doesn't hate Naruto for his burden, but she just hates the Nine-Tails for attacking the village and most of all, she hated the Fourth Hokage, for sealing away the Nine-Tails inside of Naruto. Hiromi says that it would have been better that she was the one that had the Nine-Tailed Fox, so she would have separated herself from Naruto to spare him from the hatred that they've received with her by association of Naruto. For the first time of his life, Naruto berates his sister, majorily, for saying such things and he told her that he didn't want his burden to be placed on anyone, especially Hiromi, the one that he loves the most. After saving Iruka from Mizuki, Iruka allowed Naruto to graduate after mastering a difficult jutsu.
In the days to come, Hiromi is reprimanded by Iruka for getting into another fight and hospitalized a few of her graduated classmates, who she heard insulting Naruto for being the only one that didn't graduate. Iruka tells Hiromi that she is a shinobi and she shouldn't allow her emotions to get the better of her while getting into fights. Annoyed, Hiromi storms off through the village while many of her graduated classmates stay clear of her wrath dubbing her the Red Hot-Blooded Boss Girl and spots her brother, Naruto, teaching a child named Konohamaru Sarutobi, Hiruzen's grandson, his Sexy Jutsu, then kicks him in the head for it and reprimanding him for teaching that jutsu to kids. Along with Naruto, she was assigned to Team 7, where she was partnered with Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha, under the leadership of Kakashi Hatake. As the team's first order of business, Kakashi gave them a test to see if they were ready to become genin. He had the four of them try to take the two bells he kept on his person. Hiromi planned to have only her and Naruto pass while Sasuke and Sakura fail in the process by leaving Sasuke, who had been defeated by Kakashi, and trying to have Sakura, who she dubbed as the 'weakest link', eliminated in the process. Hiromi tries to get the bells for her and Naruto by herself, but like her teammates failed, even though she managed to touch the bells and had Kakashi trying even harder to defeat her than he had with Sasuke. Eventually, he realized that the goal was to work as a team rather than working against one another.

History: Hotaru, the only daughter of Genma and Nodoka Saotome and Ranma's older twin sister of three seconds, was taken from her home when she snicked into her father's sack when he left with the two year old Ranma. When Genma found out that Hotaru had followed him, he had no choice but to allow her to join her as well as to teach her little martial art styles, but not as much as her younger brother. While she was still a child, she, along with Ranma, befriended Ukyo Kuonji, the daughter of a travelling okonomiyaki chef and martial artist, although, like her brother, was unaware that she was a girl. Genma engaged Ranma to Ukyo in exchange for her father's food cart, but he abandoned Ukyo and ran off with the cart without ever telling Ranma or Hotaru about the engagement or correcting them about Ukyo's real gender.
Later, when Hotaru was thirteen, Genma took her into the woods and knocked her out since to get even with her when she kicked Genma into the river for stealing Ranma's food again as well as a 'torn in his side'. When Genma got back, he told Ranma that Hotaru was killed with Hotaru's red scarf as proof of 'Hotaru's death'. Ranma was grief-struck, but Genma scolded him for crying, telling him that a martial artist's life is tough and crying won't make it better. When Hotaru had came to, she was found by Japanese Amazons, who decided to take her in and was made into a great warrior through the elder of the Japanese Amazons, Yukio, who was once a Chinese Amazon and Cologne's older sister, which Hotaru agreed since she wanted to pound her father to the ground for what he's done to her. Three years later, Yukio allowed Hotaru to go on her quest to find her brother and father.
Afterward, she gotten word that her father and brother went to Jusenkyo for training and decided to go over there. When she was climbing a cliff, she grabbed by Ryoga Hibiki, who was kicked by Ranko, Ranma's girl half, from the behind and Ryoga, unknowingly, grabs her left breast, which gets her to let go of the cliff, kicks Ryoga away from her while calling him a pervert, knocking Ryoga into the Heitowennīchuan or Spring of Drowned Black Piglet and Hotaru, herself, falling into the Hǎngīchuan or Spring of Drowned Wolf. Thus, she turns into a black furred wolf when splashed with cold water, which is only (temporarily) reversible through contact with hot water.
When Hotaru, as a wolf, found her brother, who was fighting his father, who had stolen his dinner, she attacks Genma, making him drop the fish, which was the food that he stole from Ranma and giving it to Ranma, who was very grateful towards the wolf unknowing that it was his sister. Ranma then decides to adopt the wolf as his pet, naming her 'Sora' which is Japanese for 'sky'. When Hotaru found out that Genma had lied to Ranma about Hotaru, being dead, she attacks Genma without any sense of remorse. Ranma calls out to her to stop, which she did, since Ranma is the only person that Hotaru would willingly listen to.
When Genma and Ranma, along with Hotaru, in her wolf form, went to the Tendo Dojo in their cursed forms and their story revealed, Hotaru furiously attacks Akane, who called Ranma a pervert and rejecting him after finding out that Ranma was really a boy, which gotten Akane a face full of teeth marks on her face and a loathing attitude towards Ranma's 'pet' wolf and Hotaru, herself, hating Akane and love making the tomboy's life more miserable than Ranma could. Later, Akane meets Hotaru in the public baths in the girl side with her friends, Yuka and Sayuri. Of course, she thought that she was Ranma, in his cursed form, trying to get a peek at the girls, and charged after her, grab her right breast, which angers her and kicked her to a wall. That didn’t stop her as she continues to attack Akane while we were in the nude and she accidently hits her with hot water, then Akane finds out that Hotaru, who she thought was Ranma, didn’t change back to a guy, and Hotaru still was trying to kill her and that’s what Akane start to believe that the girl that was saw wasn’t Ranma as she kicks her into the hot springs. Of course, Yuka and Sayuri charges after her with brooms, but Akane tries to warn them, but Hotaru almost severely, pound them to the ground.
Afterwards, Akane went to confront Ranma about the girl that looked like Ranma’s cursed form, but Ranma didn’t know anything about it. Soon after, Yukio and Hotaru for the second time came by the Tendo Dojo. Of course, Hotaru hadn’t forgiven Akane for what happened in the public bathrooms. Hotaru introduced herself as Ranma’s older twin sister, but Ranma didn’t believe it since he believed that his sister died three years ago from that time from what his father told him. Of course, it was revealed that Genma had lied to Ranma and Hotaru attacked him without any sense of remorse. If it hadn’t been for Ranma and Yukio, then Genma would have been dead. Yukio then cleared a few things up about the situation, which got Ranma to believe that the girl before him was really Hotaru and his father had lied to him, telling him that Hotaru died when a pack of wolves attacked her when she was getting water. Of course, Ranma and Hotaru kicked him out of the room and into our pond, triggering his curse. Yukio wanted to show everyone what she has taught Hotaru, and of course, Hotaru decided to use Akane as her own personal punching bag and she accepted her. During the fight, Akane couldn’t lay a single blow to Hotaru and she was mocking Akane on how she's a third rate martial arts loser. After the fight, Hotaru won with Akane kissing the ground, naturally because Akane's temper got the better of her and making Akane lose her focus. Of course, Hotaru gave Akane a comment that fighting her was like fighting an over-raged gorilla and went to give Hotaru a piece of her mind, believing that she was exactly like Ranma, but Akane somehow lost my balance, making her fall forward towards Hotaru with her grabbing Hotaru's right breast and placing her lips on hers. That sealed Akane's fate with Hotaru and killing her became Hotaru's favorite hobby. Hotaru then opens a coffee shop where he gets Ranma's girl form to help out since with 'cute' girls will make her a lot of money.
Personality: Hotaru is described as a mixture of nice, clean-cut, frank, cynical, energetic, stubborn, picky, stingy, sly, observant, resourceful and cool under pressure, manipulative, contemptuous, cold, and calculating. Under normal circumstances, like her brother, Hotaru is fairly carefree and generally friendly to those around her, unless you do something that gets her really mad. Like her brother, Hotaru has stated on various occasions that she sees it as a martial artists' duty to protect normal people from monsters, the supernatural and similar threats, and has saved bystanders in danger of getting hurt. However, unlike Ranma, Hotaru wouldn't hesitate to take a life if it meant to get what she wanted if Ranma isn't there to stop her and views her younger brother has soft-hearted and naive. Like Ranma, Hotaru has a habit of following through the promises that she may make that she, herself, knows and remembers that she made that promise.
Ranma Saotome: Hotaru tends to be overly-protective of her younger brother, which would lead her into not to pull her punches to those who attack or insult in unfairly, martial artists or not. Unlike most of the cast, she's unable to hit or hurt Ranma at all and she's the most helpful towards Ranma or won't hesitant to kill for him, which Ranma deems, nervously, unnecessarily. She mostly accepts Ranma and Nodoka as her family over Genma, who she hates and disowned. Ranma often scolds at his sister for her merciless and malicious acts against Akane, Ryoga, and his some of his suitors and rivals with the exception of Tatewaki Kuno.
Genma Saotome: Hotaru absolutely hates her father for what he's done to her and Ranma almost to the brink of her killing him. After knocking her out and leaving her in the woods, Hotaru has disowned Genma as her father, coldly thinks of him as nothing more than a sperm donor, while calling Genma 'old man', 'old panda', or 'old bastard'. After hearing about the fiances that Genma has given Ranma, Hotaru uses her father as a punching bag and wonders, how many fiances has Genma sold her for. After hearing about the seppuku promise, Hotaru hatred of Genma skyrockets to where she really wants to kill him if Ranma isn't around to stop her from doing so.
Akane Tendo: Hotaru treats the youngest Tendo sister with the a lot disrespect and condescension with Hotaru calling Akane names that Ranma would never call her like 'pervert', 'loser', 'dog', and 'dobe'. Hotaru dubs Akane to be highly 'inferior' to her with Hotaru excelling in martial arts and school, taking a huge blow to Akane's pride. Hotaru is prone into hitting Akane when she unfairly blames or hits Ranma as a method of payback like whenever Akane hits Ranma threw the roof and into sky, Hotaru hits Akane threw the roof and into sky. Hotaru takes great amusement in Akane's pain and temper like when Hotaru does her pranks. When Hotaru leaves to visit Yukio in the Japanese Amazon, she warns Akane that if any harm befalls Ranma, physically, emotionally, and/or mentally and she happens to be responsible, she can expect Hotaru to return it at least tenfold. She'll even use Akane's pet pig as a hostage to get what she wants from Akane and blames Akane, if something bad happens to P-chan, should she fails to do so. Nonetheless, Hotaru believes that Akane should be Ranma's fiancee and happens to attack Akane, when she sides with Ryoga, with any weapon that's available, mostly her Power Pole or a mallet.
Nabiki Tendo: Hotaru is proven to be more resourceful than Nabiki, to where, she often uses Nabiki for things without Nabiki, surprisingly, noticing.
Kasumi Tendo: Out of the Tendo sisters, Hotaru treats Kasumi with some respect and helps her out with cooking and cleaning the Tendo house.
Soun Tendo: Hotaru does treat Soun with somewhat respect and isn't above blackmailing him into allow her to hurt Akane if she should unfairly hit Ranma, which he grudgingly agrees as well as the whole house if they even mention this to Ranma or Ryoga.
Ryoga Hibiki: Out of Ranma's rivals and enemies, Hotaru loves tormenting, blackmail, and manipulating Ryoga than humanly possible the most and always expects the worst out of him on almost everything. Hotaru would try to trigger Ryoga's curse in front of Akane, which annoys both him and Ranma, who swore to keep Ryoga's curse a secret. Of course, Hotaru would shrug it off as Ranma promised Ryoga to keep his curse a secret, but she didn't, even though she was one of the people, who was responsible for it. Hotaru views Ryoga as a clueless moron for his poor sense of direction and a pervert since he uses his curse to sleep with Akane and after him grabbing her left breast, making her fall into the Spring of Drowned Wolf, which adds fuel to where Hotaru loves causing Ryoga huge amounts of pain and isn't above using his curse for her torture games like tying him up to a bulls-eye and throw knives at Ryoga, blindfolded, or using Ryoga as blackmail towards Akane.
Happosai: Like Ranma, Hotaru views Happosai to be an annoying old perverted man! Happosai has not once ever grabs Hotaru's female parts since she's the only one, who could overpower the old pervert, since she was trained under the one, who has bested Happosai in many ways.
Mousse: Hotaru tries to help him win Shampoo's heart, but views Mousse as a bigger idiot and loser than Akane when Mousse doesn't do what she says correctly or forgets to place his glasses on correctly.
Shampoo: Shampoo views Hotaru as a major pest, even though, she's Ranma's sister, for Hotaru is sometimes, foiling her plans over and over and setting her up with dates with Mousse. Whenever Shampoo tries glomps Ranma, Hotaru, if she's around, would give Shampoo a major boot in the face, not wanting Shampoo anywhere near Ranma, even if she does have some claim on him.
Ukyo Kuonji: Out of Ranma's fiancees, Hotaru views Ukyo as a sister to her and sometimes believes that Ranma would be a lot better off with her than Akane. Unlike the others, Hotaru blames her father for what happened with Ukyo.
Kodachi Kuno: Hotaru can not stand Kodachi at all since she views Kodachi as a luntic. Kodachi also believes that the only way to get Ranma is to kill Hotaru, who she refuse to believe that Ranma is related to her.
Tatewaki Kuno: Hotaru can't stand him since he was the one, who issued the same challenge with Akane, if she was defeated in battle. Hotaru also views Kuno as a pervert, who almost rivals Happosai. Like Ranma and Akane, Hotaru has to boot Kuno into the air. Kuno refuses to believe that Hotaru and Ranma are related and will 'sever' the ties of sibling with his sword.
Fighting-skill: Hotaru is an exceptionally proficient martial artist, roughly comparable to Ranma, Shampoo, and even Ryoga (with the weights removed). Hotaru has a lot of weight training under her belt while fighting with 60kg of weight (Power Pole 10kg, 2xBracer 10kg, 2xleg bracer 10kg, Vest weights 10kg).
Physical Power: Under regular circumstances she appears to be a few times physically stronger than Ranma, Akane, and Shampoo.
Endurance: Hotaru also appears to have greater durability, honed through years of training under Yukio and boosted through Yukio's Breaking Point Training. She has been repeatedly struck with dense heavy objects, fallen hundreds of meters into solid rock, been covered in a rockslide, and even been caught in a closing chasm, without any damage whatsoever, and emerged ready to fight on.
Speed: Hotaru also appears to have the greater speed advantage to Happosai and her brother, Ranma, in his female form, even with the weights on as well as agile than the latter. With the weights, she has the agile advantages that surpasses Ukyo and Kodachi
Weights Removed: When the weights are removed, Hotaru's strength, speed, and agility is increased to where she easily defeats Shampoo and Kodachi.
Powered Up: When the weights are removed, Hotaru uses the chi training that she had with Yukio to bulk up her arm and leg muscles, increasing her strength, speed, and agility. In this state, Hotaru can causing critical damage to the endurance trained Ryoga, breaking the latter's ribs with great force. This proves as a weakness as Hotaru has a hard time controlling herself in this form if extremely provoked, attacking every one in the area with the exception of her brother, Ranma, and mother, Nodoka. This form is what scares the brave Akane the most, knowing how strong Hotaru is in this form.
Master Manipulator: Hotaru has shown herself to be a very crafty and cunning person. The most noticeable trait is her ability to deceive and manipulate others around them. She has a great talent for analyzing and observing everything in her presence, allowing her to quickly understand a person's pattern of thinking and better manipulate them. She is also a powerful strategist, capable of formulating well-thought-out plans several steps ahead of others. These plans are incredibly involved and detailed, and are planned-out with the long term in mind, making them seem slightly convoluted, a great accomplishment given that it required moving people around like pieces on a chessboard, as well as making sure they played the role he had planned out for them. She is masterful when it comes to "plans within plans," such as using Akane's temper to her advantage to get her into trouble.
Master Tactician: Hotaru has also shown herself as a powerful and flexible tactician, capable of adjusting seamlessly to any given combat situation, if not plan out events well in advance. Hotaru is a highly perceptive fighter, being able to almost immediately determine an opponent's attack patterns and weaknesses as well as understands the strengths mannerisms of her enemies and creates strategies to achieve victory. She can quickly think twelve moves ahead of her opponent with over a hundred strategies ready to be used, but her real skill is choosing the best one. When she does this, she considers everything that has taken place in the battle up to that point, even discerning how an opponent's techniques work.
Attacks: Kachu Tenshin Amaguriken, Bakusai Tenketsu, Shishi Hokodan, Shin Shishi Hokodan, Moko Takabisha, and Hiryu Shuten Ha.
Attitude in combat:
In the beginning of a fight, Hotaru begins to study her opponents attack patterns and really need to, removes her weighted clothing. In some of her fights, Hotaru is not above mocking her opponents and may cause severe critical damage to the opponent.

Her father, while unhappy his only daughter is spending so much time on 'silly childish games', has given her all the money she needed to go to the ADA, where she surpassed most kids easily. She and Rika have been inseperable since day one of school together, which is a good thing, considering Rika's old fashioned family. She loves to ride horses and owns a black Thoroughbred mare named Woodland Goddess.
Personality: Takara, while friendly, is not always open. She's got a very low self-esteem, and is usually the peacemaker or the leader of the group. Takara is insulted easily and though she doesn't retaliate or show any kind of negative emotion, she usually disappears after an incident involving insults towards her person to cry it out.

Background: Rika was born the only daughter out of eight children to her old fashioned family. Angered by her family's attempts to domesticate her (and her eldest brother's and father's lectures and beatings), she took on a more punk look on life, finding most people to be stupid and utterly worthless (ironically using her parent's and brother's words that they used on her). Rika distrusts most men simply because of the almost-abuse she suffers constantly at home. She frowns on most traditions people adhere to, and discourages mindless following of rules and orders.
Personality: Rika is out there, she's brave and often the one who gets in your face and isn't afraid to start or finish conflicts. She's vicious against those who anger her and relaxed, but still somewhat guarded.
Name: Erin Carper
Appearence: Dark brown with slight reddish under tone hair that falls just under her shoulder blades and is naturally wavy, dark brown eyes that are almost black, t-shirts with funny or stupid sayings on it (i.e. 'FEAR THE FLUTE-domination through hyperventilation'), jeans and capri-jeans, tennis shoes

Background: Erin was born in the US of A. She lived in Northwest Ohio until she turned ten, when her parents were killed in a car crash. She then moved to live with an uncaring aunt and found her solace in Duel Monsters. Something seems to come 'alive' within her when she duels...
Personality: Erin is guarded, but funny and friendly. Loyal to a fault, she focuses her energy on making herself a better person. Her somewhat short temper is always present, and she's easily insulted and quite defensive about what she considers to be right, even if it's not always the best thing for those involved.

Background: Melissa was brought up in a home full of domestic wrongness. Her father was a drunkard, her mother was her father's sister and a drug addict, there was often drug traffiking in her home and when she was five she discovered her father's illegal prostitution ring. She has been beaten several times and she seemingly snapped, revealing the calm, collected, shy and gentle personality she has today. The others wonder if perhaps she WON'T snap . . . But as of now her parents are still alive and getting away with most things. Melissa is still innocent however; she hasn't been kissed or touched in the impure way. She speaks with innocence and gentleness always, despite the transgressions against herself or others.
Personality: Melissa is gentle, and angel-like. She's the purest soul one can ever hope to meet, always taking the 'high' road and usually ending up as a dormant in the process. She has never had an impure thought or feeling towards anyone in her life, though there have been many that have tried to unlock the dark desires in her heart. She's viewed as the little sister to the American girls and they all keep her sheltered and safe. Melissa is always the peacekeeper of her group, preferring to avoid conflict.
Deck: Melissa loves to use light monsters, and uses her deck to bring out the special abilities found within. Her absolute favorite is Wingweaver, and she spends time actually talking to the card like it's real (and Wingweaver very well may be real, you never know . . .). She focuses on strong defensive moves that often leave the opponent gaping, and she mostly uses indirect attacks (magics and traps that target life points are her favorite).
