Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter.
Birthday: June 23
Age: Old enough to know better but still too young to care.
I live in the sunny South of North Georgia.
Favorite Quote: No good deed goes unpunished. Clare Booth Luce
Philosophy of life: As long as you aren't hurting anyone else what you do is between you and God and if it is truly disgusting please keep it between you and God. My imagination is vivid enough without you putting pictures in my head that might lead to years of therapy.
Music, Books, and Movies: Eclectic. I know what I like.
I have been a long time fan of Harry Potter. I own all the books in both Hardback and Paperback and have read them all several times. I also own all three movies on DVD. When the third movie came out on DVD I invited a friend from work and her eleven year old daughter over and we had a Harry Potter slumber party. I wish Draco or Snape would have tried a panty raid...oh well maybe next time. Book six is due out in July and movie four is due in November. This is going to be a Potter year!
2/15/2005 I have adopted a muse from CreativeImagination who with her muse, Conner, writes amazing Labyrinth fanfiction. Check her stories out if you enjoyed the movie Labyrinth.
My muse is Drew.
Drew: Hello everyone, did you hear the joke about the goblin and the firey?
Not now Drew. Maybe later, no pouting won't get you anywhere. Now behave.
Drew: If I must. (crosses eyes and sticks out tongue at LadyLuck)
Now thanks to Drew I have more of Through Time and Space written and I even have the start of a new, as yet untitled, story.
So TTFN (tata for now)as Drew is poking me with plot bunnies trying to make me to get back to writing the story and not typing to y'all (Georgia girl here).
3/16/2005 I feel that I must defend a prominent character in fanfictiondom, Mary Sue. How dare she be beautiful, smart, witty and rich and never have to face the heartbreak of cellulite? I personally don't want to read a story about a hag coming to Hogwarts to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, fighting and or ignoring Snape for twenty years before they both admit that in spite of their differences, they might possibly be able to have a deep meaningful relationship, even though she is actually really bad at magic and they both lose their jobs so they have to take up residence in a homeless shelter run by freed house elves. When I want realism I step on my bathroom scale: when I want escapism I read fanfiction involving OC or a nice smutty romance novel. I cannot be the only one out there since Romance novels are a multi-million dollar industry. And if you read more than one romance novel, there is a definite Mary Sueish quality to their heroines as well.
Hello My Name is Alice aka LadyLuck321 and I am addicted to fanfiction featuring Mary Sue characters.
Sorry for the rant!
