Sequel to 'A Good Man.' Loki is still living with the Avengers after his crimes in New York, and trying to lay low, but after spotting an enemy of SHIELD known as The Winter Soldier, his curiosity regarding the assassin's memory loss gets the better of him. Trouble follows, as Loki's sudden secrecy makes the Avengers begin to wonder if he is plotting against them once again.

Having escaped from Asgardian justice, Loki returns to Earth to make the Avengers pay for ruining his moment of glory. He studies them, learns their pasts and weaknesses to use against them. Trouble is, one of them reminds him a bit of himself... and it makes him feel unacceptably uncertain.

Two monsters (a certain green eyes alien and a certain green mutant/physicist) and a hero are trapped in an unbreachable cell. They will have to work together to reach a common goal: freedom. Angst, Loki whump, and the usual.
