Bonjour, tout le monde!

By the way, if you haven't noticed, I am engrossed with the French culture. I take French as my second language. I live in the United States of America, in the state of New York. I am thirteen years old. If there is one place in the whole entire world I would run away from, it is Long Island. Unfortunately, that is where I live. I admit that I am stubborn, steadfast, bold, sensitive, and passionate when I want to be. For example, movies, art, literature, music, and the like.I am enthusiastic about the things that I like. (Which is why i joined Fanfiction.net!) Here is a list of my necessities.

1) I adore movies. As a matter of fact, I love movies so much that I live and breathe them. It's the same to me as breathing. Weird, I know... but everyone has their first loves. Mine is film. Genres? Action/Adventure, Drama, Romance, Historical. For those of you who are complaining that Kingdom of Heaven is a horrible movie because it is "historically inaccurate," SHAME ON YOU! All of you cannot resist to Sir Ridley Scott's movies! You need to bow down to him. He is the master of the epic! He is one of the few people in Hollywood today who make genuine epics, such as Gladiator and his latest, Kingdom of Heaven. I thought that Kingdom of Heaven gave the audience lessons on virtue and humanity, which is very relevant to present times. Must I explain? For those of you who are not seeing Kingdom of Heaven because you do not want to see a film on an ancient war, controversy, etc, you haven't seen the film yet, so don't say anything. If you think that Ridley Scott would portray Muslims as being savages, where do you come from? On the contrary, Ridley has great respect for Muslims. He portrays them as being noble warriors. All the movie bascially does is promote peace. If some of you are arguing that KOHhas historic inaccuracy, please tell me why you preferred Troy to KOH, because the makers of Troy didn't know how to make an epic; they just beefed it up by using lavish costumes and actors such as Brad Pitt who didn't give convincing performances! To top it all off, Troy is based on the Iliad, and not to be based on sex, gore, or horrible romance! KOH is genuine! So go out and watch it, people! I know it'll change your life! Few movies do that.

Favorite movies: 8 Mile, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lord of the Rings, Kingdom of Heaven, Moulin Rouge, A Beautiful Mind, XXX, Monsters Inc. Absolutely no horror or comedy! That is, except Orange County. I also watch a lot of classics; JAMES DEAN RULES! You can't help but love him, watching him in Rebel Without a Cause! I think his rebel image characters are all role models of rebel characters in film today.

2) Books. From the above notes, you obviously know that I am promoting KOH because I am a HUGE Orlando fan! I also like Jake Gyllenhaal, Emmy Rossum, Nicole Kidman, Liv Tyler, Keira Knightley, Eva Green (latest favorite,) Colin Farrell, Eminem, Jude Law, and Ewan McGregor. All of which are foreign actors except Liv Tyler.I love books! Some favorites are Chocolat, Harry Potter, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Holes, Demian, Greek mythology! Yea! For literature, my favorites are usually in the historical fiction/fantasy/realistic fiction/humor/historical section.I love Shakespeare! To be, or not to be, that is the question.

Music: Simple Plan, all the way. I also adore movie soundtracks. I know I'm too young to listen to oldies, but who doesn't like the Beatles? The Eagles? Sting? Elvis Presley? I enjoy music by O-Town, Backstreet Boys, and hip-hop from my homie, Eminem! Also, BBMak and Daniel Bedingfield, who has for some reason disappeared from the music world. And I play the piano and the violin. I'm hoping to get guitar and drum lessons.

My favorite painters are Van Gogh and Monet. I also like traveling... I want to visit Egypt one day, or Italy, or France (again) and Germany. I'm a big Europe fan. I LOVE ANIMALS, especially cats... and the thing that gets on my nerve is the centipede and most other bugs. When I grow up, I'm becoming a journalist/author. I LOVE TO WRITE!I'm very versatile, and I like variety. I always like trying different things, like cooking, for example. I love stories that wrench your heart and make you cry. I love chicken, pasta, and vegetables. I have great hopes for this world, such as world peace. There is always hope for anything, just as long you believe! Motto: A man can be chained physically, but a man's mental mind knows no bounds. 2) "All you need it love"- The Beatles. 3) Be happy with what you have.
