About me:
I'm a bizarre hybrid of scientist, visual artist and creative writer, hence the penname. I like to think my three sides work well together, though the results can be interesting.

I suffer from a near-constant internal monologue of stories and ideas, which would be great except that I need to be memorising species names and molecular behaviours most of the time. Occasionally I have an idea that might be worth sharing, but I usually keep the internal drabble internal, so don't be surprised if I only post one or two things.

I'm currently a chameleon - my writing style tends to absorb and reflect whatever I've read recently. My own style would best be described as third-person with a slanted perspective. Basically I write as though looking over the shoulders of the characters and the character whose shoulder I'm on will change throughout. I apologise in advance for any confusion.

I'm a sucker for intrigue, suspense and good plots as well as character development. I like to stay true to canon when writing a fanfic so feedback is always appreciated.

I'm not an official member of any fandoms but I appreciate the vast variety that exist, and the awesome things that more hardcore fans than I have the skill and dedication to produce.

(Credit would be appreciated if you plan to remix a substantial amount of similar concepts/ specifics from mine into yours.)

Fanart created by me is usually made with a specific story in mind. You’re welcome to treat it as a reference/ prompt but please do not use or combine my art into other pieces or story covers without permission.

Deathly-Weapons-verse specifically
You have my full permission to transform YJ:DW and associated fics into other mediums (art, music, video, podfic etc.) so long as it’s credited. I would love a link, tag or Tumblr submission if you do.

If you’d like to write a direct tie-in story (prequel, sequel, missing piece, alternate scene, alternate ending etc.) I’d appreciate if you ran the idea by me first as there are a few squicks and writing-iffys that I prefer to steer clear of. To avoid plagiarism accusations, I’d ask that you don’t directly copy any text from my works into yours; drop a link to the fic/chapter that your work branches from in the opening note instead and I’ll drop a link to yours in the corresponding end note of mine.
