Hello! Name's RK! How are you!? PM me if you're feeling down or stuck, I enjoy talking to people a bit and always like making new friends (because I am terrible at it in the real world), but I am a good listener most days. So if I can help you out, let me know.
On the FF Author's note though? I've been here for about 10 years, and I've used this as an avenue to improve my writing a bit. Constant feedback is absolutely necessary for improvement, so as many authors, I love reviews. Even the ones that give constructive criticisms and the like. I was on a bit of a yearly hiatus (or three yearly, it's hard to say) and I can never tell if I'm back or not as during the past six years, my mate and heterosexual life partner and sista' from another mista', Raven McNight and I have been working on our own original series from the ground up. But when I just come across an old time favorite and binge it, the old FF engine starts crankin' again and next thing you know, I'm updating!
So if you see a story that has been updated in the past month, chances are I'm still working on it, if I haven't notified otherwise. I do apologize to my lovely readers for the stories that haven't in a year or more. I'm trying to get back into some sort of groove to keep my writing going! So far it's working with Wrong Foot, Wrong Step my only Fullmetal Alchemist story.
I write those notorious self inserts, but I do actually try a great deal to keep nonOC's as IC as possible. You can be the judge of whether I'm good at or not, and let me know if I'm not. I'll try and clean up the act ASAP. I hope you enjoy my lovely little collection here that has formed over the years, and forgive the older stuff as I was still learning, but it's always good to see where you came from, so I try not to delete them.
Things to know:
There are three sequels to Research Never Meant To Be Found, and none of them are related to each other. They're all alternative sequels because I liked the idea of one character in multiple settings. The only one with the least relevance to it's prequel, is Wrong Foot, Wrong Shirt. There will be some touch on the prequel, but I will be minimizing it as much as possible.
Cheers and Happy Reading,
