I never thought I'd find the inspiration to write fan fiction the way it seemed to just pour out of other people and then suddenly one night after watching the Vigilante Mothers episode of Scarecrow and Mrs King, I woke up at 3 am with a fully formed story in my head. The humour in the show was one of the most appealing things about it and Kate Jackson was just so good at that aspect that of course my stories tend towards the funny side. After I wrote that first story, I thought I was done and then one night, Lee and Amanda dropped a second story full formed into my head while I slept. Since then they have visited a few times and it turns out that almost all their best stories are like a Seinfeld episode - nothing ever really happens, we just get to hang out with my two favourite people.

In 2020, I decided to try and do an alphabet of stories to pass the time during the quarantine for the pandemic. That started with "Anything But" and ended with "Zebras, Not Horses" in April 2021.

My stories have been described as "pretty good".

The Sundance Series: This was the one-shot that got away. Someone posted a story prompt of "What If?" and I wrote the first story (Are you with me, Sundance?) with the premise of "What if Dean's train had been leaving ten minutes later?" The slightly askew versions of other episodes started coming based on the events of that story taking Lee and Amanda in such a different direction and I don't seem to be able to stop messing around with them. They are all marked in the summaries and although you probably could read them out of order, it really will make much more sense if you just start at #1 and go from there.
