I was lucky to spend over two and a half years living in Japan which was an incredible experience. I've since moved back to America and am enjoying life here again. I've been a writer since I was very young. Instead of vegging out on tv when I was a kid, I spent my nights writing about Star Wars and Dragon Ball Z. And then I grew up. ;D

I absolutely adore Macross/Robotech and my favorite character of all time is Misa Hayase (hence the username). I prefer the original Japanese version of this series because it makes a bit more sense than Robotech in certain places; for this reason, I tend to use the Japanese naming of all the characters in my stories.

I am (perhaps "was") a fan of Resident Evil and enjoyed writing about this series. Unfortunately, this title has deviated so far from quality and a sensible plot that I find myself dwelling in the timeline of earlier games. Depressing, really.

I enjoy well thought out OCs and fully offer my support to the writers who post their own online. Internetland can be a rather nasty place and very cruel towards people who are brave enough to put their OC out there. I hope no one is ever discouraged by stupid people who flame others to feel better about themselves.
