Author has written 4 stories for Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter.

Gender: female (yes, I am a girl, no joke, I just like all the old, wise wizards, and, in Obi-Wan's case, old, wise Jedi masters)

Name: Well, I wasn't going to tell you people my name -cough-paranoidmom-cough- but my friends seem intent on letting the world know that my name is... drumroll Natalie!!!! Isn't that AMAZING? Note the sarcasm.

Funny Thingy my friend told me: Ya know the song from the Lion King, Hakuna Matata or however it's spelled? Try replacing the words 'Hakuna Matata' with the phrase 'Avada Kedavra.' It is HILARIOUS :)

Reading, writing, NOT arithmetic(that would be SCARY), playing the Sims, marching band (best. class. ever.), e-mail, hanging out with and talking to friends, reciting poems from LOTR, making up additional verses to poems in LOTR, reciting/memorizing passages from LOTR, reciting all of Gandalf's names(Gandalf, Olorin, Tharkun, and Mithrandir but I think I'm forgetting one -gasps in horror-), yelling at my little sister when she invades my room, and stealing junk food from the fridge

Math, spinach, cheese, being thought of as an Orlando Bloom fan-girl, being thought of as a dumb blonde, bratty "popular" girls, the song Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, getting my hairband stolen time after time after time by my friend Herena(she specifically requested that I put that under my Hates list), the EVIL and insulting songs that my friends make up about Gandalf, and the STUPID toy Elmo my little sister has that sings and dances the Hokey-Pokey- although now it's broken forever. YAAAY! ...of course, I had NOTHING to do with its breaking... -looks innocent-

Books, maps on the insides of books, the Sims 2, roller coasters (OMG Space Mountain), Bob Dylan (his songs are so cool... even though it's impossible to figure our their meaning...), The Daily Show (Jon Stewart is cool), Monty Python, playing my French Horn IN MARCHING BAND!

LOTR, Harry Potter, Star Wars, MARCHING BAND!

Favorite Bands: The Beatles, Bob Dylan again, Simon and Garfunkle (spelling?), Frank Sinatra, Fountains of Wayne, my marching band

Favorite Authors: Tolkien, Rowling, C.S. Lewis, D.J. MacHale, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Harper Lee, Robert Louis Stevenson, Agatha Christie, P. G. Wodehouse, and Jonathan Stroud

Favorite Books:
LOTR, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, Harry Potter, King Arthur (does that count as a book?), Gone With the Wind, To Kill a Mockingbird, Sherlock Holmes, A Series of Unfortunate Events and An Unauthourized Autobiography, the Pendragon series, Watership Down, all the Bertie and Jeeves books and Blandings books by P. G. Wodehouse, And Then There Were None, Murder on the Orient Express, and more

Favorite Movies:
All the LOTR movies, The Phantom of the Opera, all the Harry Potter movies, all the Star Wars movies (excluding Anakin/Padme scenes), Pirates of the Carribean (I just saw #2 --about 8 times-- and OMG I HATE ELIZABETH! And holy crud, can you say 'cliffhanger'? I can't WAIT for the next one to come out...), Gone With the Wind, The Secret of Roan Innish (I have NO idea how to spell that; it's Irish), Chicken Run (yes, I know I'm childish), Ice Age(see the comment after Chiken Run), Superman Returns (I liked it better than the original) and Life is Beautiful (REALLY sad, but very, very good)

Favorite Characters:
From LOTR: Gandalf, Eowyn, Pippin, and Faramir
From Harry Potter: Dumbledore, McGonnagal (spelling?), Lucius Malfoy, and Narcissa Malfoy (I loved Chapter Two, 'Spinner's End,' from HBP), Lupin (of whom I am very protective. I don't see how ANYONE could bash him. And when I do see people bashing him, I get very upset)
From Star Wars:Obi-wan, Leia, Count Dooku, Vader, and R2D2
From Phantom of the Opera: The Phantom(AKA Erik), Madame Giry, and André
From Watership Down: Hyzenthlay, Kehaar, and Bigwig
From Gone With the Wind: Melanie, Scarlett, Gerald, Rhett, Lincoln (jk about the last one)
From the Pendragon Series: Bobby, Mark, and Gunny(I've read the first five books in the series)
From P.G. Wodehouse: The Efficient Baxter, Jeeves, Bertie, Beach, Sue, the Empress of Blandings, and Lord Emsworth

Favorite Actors and Actresses, and my favorite rolls they play:
Sir Ian McKellen (Gandalf), Maggie Smith (Professer McGonnagall), Jason Isaacs(Lucius Malfoy), Keira Knightley(Elizabeth Swann and Sabe and Elizabeth Bennet-- lotsa Elizabeths), Jack Davenport(Commodore James Norrington / Scruffington), Geoffery Rush as Captain Barbossa,Tom Hollanderas Lord Beckett, Christiphor Lee(Saruman and Count Dooku and Willy Wonka's evil Dentist dad of doom -snickers-), Richard Harris and Micheal Gambon as Dumbledore, Dan Rupert and Emma as, obviously, Harry Ron and Hermione, and David Wenham(Faramir) AND OMG I JUST REALIZED I DON'T HAVE JOHNNY DEPP ON HERE bangs head against wall in Dobbyish punishmentOK Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow (DUH) and Willy Wonka.

Favorite Animals:
Dogs(I like mixed breeds, but that's only because I own only mixed dogs, and lots of people are all snooty and think pure bred dogs are better, but I have nothing agianst purebreds, so... ok, I've done enough rambling...), Peregrin Falcons, Horses, and a LOT more

Stuff about school:

Hmmm... ok I like English and Biology, hate math, love Social Studies, and am totally obsessed with marching band

Stuff about stories / account / random:

I now have a FictionPress account, and I have started on a story called "Dreams." It's only one chapter right now, though... . . My username is Natalie of the Chicken Hat. Don't ask. I already explained on the other profile...

I just took down two of my stories, 'What Could Have Happened' and its sequel, 'The Free People of Middle Earth.' I've been having writer's block with them for ages and I was looking at them the other day and I really don't like how I wrote them. I may eventually rewire both stories and post them but probably not... I'm really sorry, all you people who liked it, but I just can't stand them. On the plus side, I'm a part of a joint account between me and Yarthorwen Bloodhawk. Our username is the Two Musketeers, and we're writing a Humor/Parody story. We would both be very happy if you reviewed. -hint hint-

About "My Old Friend"- I don't plan to update. It is supposed to be a oneshot. I think it works better that way. However, I am currently writing a multi-chapter story called "Into the East," as kind of a sequel to "My Old Friend." But this one is written in the POV of Saruman, and how, during his journey in the East (mentioned in "My Old Friend") he turned evil. This is also on hold until I get my LOTR vibe back. Marching season is over so it should happen soon.

Oh in case you want to see what's been keeping me from normal fic writing, go over to my marching band account: Woodwind-Brass Alliance. I'm writing a fic with two of my friends and if you're a fellow band geek I would be very happy to get your reviews. If you're not a band geek, just keep this in mind: "Those who are a part of it will remember forever; those who aren't will never understand." No offense.
