Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter.
Though it pains me, I am leaving the fanfiction world for something better--real life. Cliched, I know, but true. During my time here, I have totally given up on my real life, and now I have to get things back in order. It's been a blast reading all those great works of fan fiction. To those I've encountered during my stay, thank you. Thank you for your kind words. I wish you well.
To pineapplebooks on LJ, if you ever read this and if you're interested, I'm giving you permission to write my plot bunny. Thanks for helping me out with it, and now that I'm leaving, I'm giving it to you.
Wow, this is totally sounding like a will.
Anyway, to those authors I've followed and messaged before, great job on your works of art. Keep up the good work! To everyone (else), leaving fanfiction is not for everyone. Just like almost everything else, it can build or be destructive. In my case, it has caused me to completely disregard and neglect real life so it has been a rather destructive experience for me. My fixation on fanfiction has caused me to nearly flunk several classes in university and now it's affecting my work, my social life, emotional, spiritual, mental life, even. So if you're like me, and you're new, I suggest you get out early because it's only going to get harder. But if you think you can manage yourself, indulge in fanfiction and not stop living at the same time, then go ahead. It can be very fun here whether you're only a reader or you're a writer as well.
Again, I wish you all the very best, and I hope that we may cross paths elsewhere on the net, or even in real life. Good-bye!
