Here's a little synopsis for "Running"!
For over two decades, Andrea Pierson has had a gift; she can see spirits. As a child, this ‘gift’ was more of a curse. Used by the police to solve even the coldest murder cases, she crosses one too many killers. While putting Erik Frederickson away, his brother takes revenge on the young medium’s family. Shifted from state to state under a variety of new identities, she winds up in one of the most haunted locations in America: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Known as Helena Cooley, she strives for some sense of normalcy, complete with nosy neighbors, and tries desperately to ignore her four undead roommates. With a handsome, open-minded FBI agent assigned to her case and Erik Frederickson escaping from prison, can anything be truly normal for Andie?

Here's the synopsis for "Blood and Lies":
On the night of her twenty-fifth birthday, Delilah Forester meets Malcolm “Mack” McLaughlin, a tall, dark, Scottish god who is instantly smitten with her. What she doesn’t realize is that he is a vampire, intent on making her the latest addition to his coven. After a series of brutal, animalistic attacks that seem to follow her throughout Portland, he makes his move. He attacks her, only to be interrupted by John Gage, a rough-and-tumble vampire hunter hired to track the monster down. The bite isn’t enough to turn her, not completely, but it gives her an unwanted connection to Mack, who uses it to try to lure her in, to break her resolve. The connection is unlike anything Gage has ever seen; he makes it his duty to keep Delilah safe, using his days to hunt down the vampire and his nights to keep him from finding her. As relentless as he is charming, Mack will do absolutely anything he can to win her soul, including kidnapping Gage’s six year old daughter, Maggie, as collateral. There is one thing he didn’t count on, though; he never expected her to keep her free will. She attempts to stay strong and fight back, relying on Gage, her fiercely loyal rock, to keep her grounded. Maybe with his help, she will be able to free herself from Mack and save Maggie’s life before it is too late.
