Author has written 6 stories for Phantom of the Opera, Doctor Who, Avengers, Thor, American Girl, and Frozen.

News 3/29/14: Updates for "The Midgardian Blogger" have been very slow due to lack of interest, but I'm going to be posting chapters for a new (shorter) Frozen/Thor crossover fic (Elsa/Loki ship) I'm working on called "The Magic of Two Minds." If you like Frozen and you enjoy my portrayal of Loki, take a look.

News 7/1/12: You may have noticed that I posted a new fic, "The Midgardian Blogger," based on Thor/The Avengers. I don't know if I'll keep it up, but take a look and let me know what you think.

Meanwhile, my novel Radicals & Royalists is still out and for sale on Amazon, in paperback and Kindle. I would be thrilled if you checked it out!

News 4/28/12: My novel has been officially published! If you enjoyed the writing style and the attention to historical research of "A Piercing Light of Hope," and what I posted of "Mistress of Delaford," look for Radicals & Royalists on Amazon, or ask your local bookstore to order it!

Writing and posting fanfiction was how I got my start in putting my writing out there for public reading, and getting feedback, both positive and negative. I haven't forgotten how encouraging you have all been and how much I owe to the FF community and my readers/reviewers. I don't know if I would have gotten this far without you.

News 4/25/12: BIG NEWS, EVERYONE! (at least, everyone who may be reading this) . . . My novel, Radicals and Royalists, is complete and about to be independently published, and it will be available on Amazon soon, hopefully before the week is out! Check out my blog for more details at emspeaks (dot) wordpress (dot) com

News 7/26/11: Greetings, everyone! You may have noticed that I've posted a new story. This is a crossover that I'm using more as a fun writing exercise, and I don't fully intend to finish it. I do have a vague plot in mind, though, so who knows? Just FYI, I am still working on my novel, which is more complete than not, and I fully intend to finish it by year's end. If it is published or otherwise available for public consumption, I WILL post information here!

News 8/29/10: Sadly, I must discontinue my Sense and Sensibility fanfic, Mistress of Delaford. This is partly because I do not have the time for writing fanfic anymore--I have a full-time day-job in writing, as well as writing a novel on the side. The other part is that I found out that a "sequel" to Sense and Sensibility has been published that incorporates pretty much the same plot that I had intended for my own story. This is not an act of plagiarism by either myself or the new novel's author--I started my story long before the new novel was published, but the new novel involves plot details that I had intended to use but had not yet posted online. But because I want to avoid accusations of plagiarism or lack of imagination, I am choosing instead to simply discontinue my own story and focus on my novel.

I wanted to thank everyone who read my Phantom of the Opera stories, and especially to those who reviewed. You have no idea what a joy it has been these past few years to get feedback, encouragement, and constructive criticism, and to let other people (perfect strangers, even!) actually read what I have written. I never imagined how this experience would affect me, and I wish I could thank each one of you individually.

I am currently writing a novel, and when it is complete, and if it is ever published, I will post information here.

Again, thank you all for reading!
