For any interested parties, I have a number of story ideas that I probably will not write myself. You can find them at The Temple of Ranma's Senshi Seifuku () in the Ideas forum (I use the same id there as here). My open story ideas are:

Oh! My Deities! (Matantei Loki Ragnarok/Oh My Goddess!): The Enmaku Detective Agency is sent to investigate strange happenings around Nekomi Tech, and Loki runs into three sisters who once tried to kill him.

Every Light Casts a Shadow (Hellsing/Sailor Moon. I actually tried writing this one, but I just couldn't get the story past chapter two): Having been cured of Yumie by Sailor Moon's purification, Yumiko Takagi is sane for the first time in ten years - and it's driving her crazy.

Heart Crystals and Arrancars (Bleach/Sailor Moon): The gang from Karakura runs into the Witches 5 and refuses to believe that there are two groups looking for magical artifacts in people's souls.

Worthy in Your Father's Eyes (Ranma 1/2): After being demon-headed into submission by Soun for starting the morning attacks, Kuno searches for a way to prove himself worthy of courting Akane in Soun's eyes. Everyone else has to put up with his bone-headed schemes to prove himself a worthy suitor.

A Tale of Two Thieves (Yu Yu Hakusho/Lupin III): Kurama learns of Lupin III, self-declared 'world's greatest thief', and declares war on the man who dares to claim HIS title.

Reiki Aura (Psychic Academy/Yu Yu Hakusho): Yusuke and Kurama's powers are noticed by the Natural Abilities Advancement Center.

FREAKs of Alchemy (Hellsing/Buso Renkin): The Doktor discovers the ruins of LXE headquarters, and salvages enough equipment and information to make homunculus FREAKs to serve the cause of Millennium.

Bijuu Fusion (Naruto/Shadow Hearts): What if the reason Naruto can safely contain the Kyuubi is that he's a descendent of Yuri Hyuga?

Tomes of the Mother, Trials of the Daughter (Negima/ROD): After breaking with the Library, Yomiko assumes a new identity and gives birth to Ridley Wan's child. Fifteen years later, Joker comes to Mahora seeking to get revenge against her and gain control of the Meludesek. The only hope of stopping him lies with Yomiko's daughter - Haruna Saotome.

Striker Rosette (Nanoha/Chrono Crusade): The time freeze that Joshua cast upon the Seventh Bell Orphanage drew the attention of someone other than the Magdalan Order. Rather than become exorcists, Rosette and Chrono choose to ally themselves with the Time-Space Administration Bureau.

Practical Observation and Infiltration (Naruto): Iruka assigns his students to impersonate each other in order to make them learn how to infiltrate a group and recognize infiltrators. Now the students get to see what their peers really think about them.

The Night the Ministry Shot Itself in the Foot (Harry Potter/Sailor Moon): When Minister Cornelius Fudge puts out an apprehend order for the underage witch Sailor V for endangering the Statute of Secrecy, he forgot something: The rest of the country likes her and has never even heard of him - Currently being written by lord Martiya.

The White Devil of the Moon (Nanoha/Sailor Moon): Endymion and the Inner Senshi are searching for the Moon Princess and find her in a girl named Nanoha Takamachi. However, Nanoha's friend Fate has decided that Nanoha shouldn't be fighting while on medical leave, and will do whatever it takes to ensure that her friend's vacation is not disturbed.

Sailor 009-1 (Sailor Moon/009-1): When disavowed Western spy Mylene Hoffman discovered the ruins in that cave on the moon, she was only looking for a place to hide the telepathic children being hunted by both Blocs. She wasn't expecting the ruins to declare her to be their Queen - and activate technology that effectively made her leader of a third Bloc.

Open Challenge: Who is Kirika Yumura?

Very little is known about the past of Kirika Yumura. Even Chloe, who had known Kirika for virtually her entire life, doesn't know what Kirika's real name is, apart from the fact that it probably isn't Kirika Yumura. This has considerable crossover potential, which I utilized when I wrote The Black Hands of NERV. Are there any others who would care to take a stab at having her be related to someone in another anime?

General rules:

1: A resemblance between the two characters (or at least someone in the crossover character's family), even if purely superficial (similar hair/eye color, for example), would be preferable, if not really needed.
2: Some parent or guardian of the crossover character must be someone that would be willing to turn Kirika over to Les Soldats.
3: Someone in the crossover side of things (If not the character him/herself, then some other relative/family acquaintance) must remember that Kirika existed.
4: Something must cause their paths to cross for a significant amount of time (otherwise there is no story).

Possibilities that come to mind:

Rei Hino: Her father is a politician who couldn't be bothered to take time off from his work to visit his dying wife at the hospital, or spend more than one evening a year with his daughter. Selling off another daughter for political gain is quite plausible. However, I'm not sure an assassin would be able to function in Rei's world, and I'm certain that the Senshi could not survive (literally) in Kirika's world. I can picture a pretty good one-shot on this, but not a multi-chapter story.

Harry Potter: I can easily see Dumbledore as a Soldat. The whole 'Peace of the newly-born, their black hands protect' thing would be an interesting explanation as to why Harry survived that night. The Hollows line up with the three Noir (Who, as Maidens Who Govern Death, make the whole Master of Death thing take a new meaning) very well. But I'm not sure Magical Britain is capable of handling a very dangerous girl who is sociopathic but not psychopathic.

Lelouch vi Britannia: There's very little that Charles zi Britannia will not sacrifice if it will aid his goals. Kirika could easily have vanished without a trace in the same 'terrorist incident' that killed Marianne and crippled Nunnally. At it would be quite possible that Noir could be commissioned to take out the terrorist Zero (Which could get Kirika hit between the eyes with a Geass to REMEMBER). Some reworking of the story would be needed to make Charles care about Les Soldats, as a man who openly rules half of the world in his own right wouldn't have much use for a society that tries to rule the world from the shadows. Maybe making them part of the Geass Institute.

Margaret Burton: This is actually quite plausible. Very little is known about her father Richard Burton, the original Madlax, so having him as a Soldat operating against Enfant is possible. And since the second Madlax, who is essentially Margaret's survival instincts given independent physical form, is a Noir-level gunfighter, that makes it even more plausible. Why would Noir encounter her? Well, with the perpetual civil war in Gatz-Sonika, there is plenty of work for them there...
