HELLO FANFICTION.NET

I am new on the block and I am joining the ranks of writer along with reader of fanfictions. I have just entered college and boy, let me tell you it hard. All my life, I am considered the kind of person who sticks with logic and does not have time for fantasies. I am more in the science and the reality of business, but I do enjoy writing. And who says writing has to be all work. So during my free time, I would write down anything that comes into my mind, for an idea for a futuristic invention or something I want to remember later to dream on. Now all my thinking and typing has lead me here. I have read many fanfics already from other writers, both here and in Devianart (love their illustrations and comics too). Now I want to show the cyber world what I can do.

Reflections towards SONIC THE HEDGEHOG

Sonic the Hedgehog was one of my favorite icons growing up. Still is, with his confident, kind, cool headed and go to attitude, Sonic is one of a kind. Even my favorite color is blue, but that was decided long before seeing Sonic. I remember during my time at middle school and high school, I would run to my classes (in this level of education, classes are in longer distances from each other, with only 5 minutes to get there). No matter how far my classes were, I would always run, not just to make it in time but because I wanted to run, to go faster and feel the rush of the wind and increased beating of my heart. In the end, I was the fastest, most determined girl, especially in gym class, where I beat everyone in races, even the boys. I would take an extra lap or two for extra credit or just to beat the time as I waited for everyone else to finish their laps. Though I am older, in an age in which cartoon characters are for little kids, I can never forget. Though I am more serious now, once in a while I look back on the memories of that blue hedgehog. Of course, I used to watch the shows they did of him and I have to say I am disappointed on the cancelations, unanswered question, cliffhangers and/ or the inability to display the aspects of Sonic. For example, the new version Sonic Boom, horrible, like the designs but the game was weak and the show makes the gang look so dumb and the adventures are not mindblowing. One of my favorite shows was Sonic X but they left everything in a cliffhanger, literally. What happened to Chris and Shadow after the Meterax? What about Dark Sonic, who I may remind, only had literally two minutes of fame? And the master emerald? And let us not forget about the connection between the two planets? So much more could have been done if the program had more solid story guidelines and details. Maybe even included Metal Sonic? Oh, well. The need for answers and more adventures lead me to write.

Reflection towards INUYASHA

Inuyasha is one of my favorite animes. The adventures, the storyline, the characters and of course the time travel. You can't help getting emotional during those intense moments in the show, especially with Inuyasha, a half demon hybrid trying to find his place in the world and it is during his journey of collecting the sacred jewels shards, is when he finds his place among friends. I love the Tessaiga and the evolution in power in strength. The moments with Inuyasha's demon side. I love Shippo. I just want to hug him and squeal how cute he is. And let us not forget Sango and Miroku, especially during Miroku's pervert moments. HAHAHA

To be honest, I am jealous of Kagome because she is a modern girl who gets the chance to travel to era of mystery and adventure. Still, I do not really like her that much but only on rare occasions when she is being brave, caring and of course, when she makes Inuyasha perform his SIT commands.

Overall, its one of those animes you want to watch or read about in fanfics over and over again.

Reflection towards DANNY PHANTOM

God Bless Butch Hartman for creating another cartoon classic. I love Danny Phantom. A regular high school kid, with an overbearing sister and Ghost Hunting parents, then become one of the greatest heroes of all time. Especially when he is a one of a kind half ghost. You can really connect with Danny in a personal level. Going through the peer pressures of ordinary life when trying to find your place in the world, especially when the world is against you. I love the show and the fanfics. There is so much you can do, so much to explore. And let us not forget the specials like The Ultimate Enemy, Reality Trip and Reign Storm. I really wish for continuation of the show. For now I continue to read the fanfics, re watch the series and watch Youtube videos on the Butch Hartman Channel.
