"The Arcana is the means by which all is revealed."
Welcome to my profile! I'm a 23 year old Scottish nerd who enjoys video games, anime, technology, and writing. For the most part, I've only been writing one story, which for the time being shall remain my focus. However, I have recently begun writing a Tales based story called Tales of Elsolaria, which I hope you enjoy. Other projects to come include a story based on a fairly obscure Playstation fighting game called Evil Zone, which shall explore the story mode of Setsuna Saizuki. A possible Megaten story unrelated to Persona may commence as well, but not for a while yet.
Persona Duality Progress: 69 Chapters and onto Arc 7. Writing Chapter 70. Hopefully the story will conclude this year. Reviews have been sparse, but this is a trend I've noticed with original universe Persona fic.
Tales of Eslolaria Progress: The Prologue. Been put on hold, and unsure when it will begin.
Guardian Angel Setsuna Progress: I'm struggling with how to begin this one. I think I can work with the game's story mode and expand on it fine, though, but first I need to settle on how it begins. Possibly with a 'prologue' battle, unless I use her first fight (Danzaiver) for that. I intend to start work on this one in earnest at some point, though.

I really don't like this trend fanfic writers - mostly in the Persona section - have of writing stories and having OC forms. I mean, I'm sure some fun can come out of it, but in terms of writing as an art form it doesn't gel with me. I'd prefer making my own characters and not asking readers to submit their own. Each to their own, though.
Sachertorte is absolutely delicious. It's a cake from Vienna, Austria, that originated in the Sacher Hotel. If you ever get a chance to eat it, do so. And if you can't find it, bake your own! It's not too tricky, but I won't put a full recipe here because that would be silly. To give you an idea, it's a dark chocolate cake sandwiched together with apricot jam (jelly for you wacky Americans :P).
I'm really looking forward to Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS, particularly since Rosalina is now playable! And the Wii Fit Trainer completely took me by surprise - which is probably what Sakurai had in mind. I'm glad to see Saki Amamiya from Sin & Punishment back, yet he's still an Assist Trophy. Perhaps his moveset would be limited to slashing, shooting, reflecting and his Ruffian form as a Final Smash, however. I'm glad to see Ashley, as she has an adorable theme song and her microgames in Smooth Moves are fun. (Although the phone one is scary at times.)
I'm currently listening to a very funny fanfic reading of 'Light and Dark: The adventures of Dark Yagami'. It's an absolutely hilarious story in the same vein as My Immortal, except instead of gothic stuff it's just absolutely insane. This line being my favourite: "It was really scary. Like if you've ever jumped in front of a bus, and it was being drive by Satan, and there was a dead frog on the front, and instead of a windscreen there was fire. That's how scary it was."
Persona 5 is going to be awesome, I suspect - but I really hope the game is it's own universe. It's not going to involve Minato/Makoto or Yu. Or even Boy with Earring (Naoya? He seems to have a few names) or Tatsuya. I suspect at the most we'll get mythology gags. There is the possibility of P5 pulling a P2, by having older characters return as adults (ie, Yukino, Kei, Elly), but since P4 Arena already did that, probably not. What I would like to see is a more adult cast, but I doubt that'll happen. I'd also like to see them feature other countries instead of Japan, but considering they are a Japanese developer that's unlikely. The only examples of non-Japanese Persona users that aren't magical/robotic are Lisa Silverman and possibly Baofu, assuming he IS from Taiwan.
