Picture of the Month belongs to ... My all-time favorite pairing: KAGOME x SESSHOUMARU. This is my bread and butter, la crème de la crème, the cheese to my mac and cheese, the frosting to my cupcake, etc., etc. I adore them - they are one of the first pairings I ever delved into when writing. Kagome, of course, is the miko from the future - the reincarnation of the previous Shikon Miko: Kikyo. Dragged into the well and transported five hundred years into the past, Kagome struggles to put together the Shikon no Tama after accidentally shattering it across Feudal Japan. She is a kind, compassionate, loving, and spirited young miko with a lot of power, but no experience or knowledge on how to use it. Sesshoumaru is the handsome and powerful ruler of the Western Lands, a Daiyoukai. He is the first-born son of the great and terrible InuTaishou, and older half-brother to Kagome's best friend and first love. He is cold, strategic, ambitious, and power-hungry. Throughout the series, we see him evolve into the lord his father believes him capable of being as he unexpectedly takes in a human girl after she is savagely killed by wolves. These two, with their differing personalities, can go the distance if given the right push.

Current mood? Anxious/excited. I updated my story, A Heart's Strangled Cry after God knows how long. At work, I had the biggest moment of clarity ever and made sure to write everything down on how to write the rest of the story - at least the big pieces! :) It's just a matter of making time now that school is starting up again in a few days. And that's the part I'm anxious about: school. It shall be my last semester and if everything goes well I shall be a college graduate! XD I just need to get through this semester! GAAAH.

Book of the Month? "Dear Girls Above Me" by Charlie McDowell. It is a delightfully hilarious yet endearing real story of how a guy gets dumped by the love of his life, and thanks to his neighbors above him, tries to get back onto the dating scene. He tries to follow the girls' advice, which serves to both get him into as well as out of trouble. Throughout the experience, he tweets about his adventures. Eventually, thanks to his millions of Twitter followers, writes a book about it.

Favorite Type of Story? Original plot, light humor, seriousness, suspense, action, lemons (yes, hentai at heart), characters that are IN-character, well-written, thought provoking, inspirational, realistic.

Pet Peeves? Mary-Sues, when authors insert themselves into the story, OC characters that are the main characters in the story, bad grammar and spelling, overly dramatized exaggerations on the worst qualities of a character that it intervenes on the character itself.

Personal Beliefs: I have no problem with people who are gay or prefer to read and write fics that have guy/guy and girl/girl pairings. The only thing I do have a problem with is incest. There is no reason for that. EVER. As for religion, yes, I'm catholic, but truthfully, I respect all other religions. In my opinion, there shouldn't be so much murder over such beliefs because why? All religions are meant to look up to a higher being, deity, or place that will gives us mercy, redemption, and a better after-life. They all point in to the same direction: be a good person, have moral values, do the right thing, etc...

Expectations: I won't be shy - I like lemons. I like intimacy - both steamy and tender. There usually is a lemon somewhere in my stories except for the ones rated for teen and children. Mature ratings include language and violence, but there will probably be some sexual content - however, I'm trying to be more considerate of others who are weary of reading such material by providing warnings. I am a thorough writer and very descriptive. My forte lies within angst and mild humor. None of my humor-oriented stuff is belly-aching worthy, but I still hope to try :) I like action, mystery, and a little angst. Most of the time I try not to be depressing but it happens anyway. I due tend to have sarcasm as well. I love oneshots and multi-chapters equally. Oneshots make me feel more accomplished however since I rarely finish my multi-chapter stories (all of which I really want to finish, but just don't know how to get past the guilt). I have the problem of too many ideas running rampant and not enough sense to just stick with one until finished. Sigh. When I start a story, I tend to update more. I won't lie - I'm a horrible updater and cringe at my past inner anguish and silent curses towards other authors who rarely updated their stories. Now I have a better appreciation. I never did like being a hypocrite. One thing I will say is that I will try. I don't mean to be rude to my readers (I adore them, actually). It's just that life gets in the way.

Along the way, bonds form and soon, Sesshoumaru nor Jaken can just let go of the lovable and affectionate child that showed them such care and compassion.)

P.S. - Is it bad that I find Nnoitora as sexy as Grimmjow and practically squealed when he switched places with Tesla to hold Orihime? Probably.
