“In the moment when I truly understand my enemy, understand him well enough to defeat him, then in that very moment I also love him. I think it’s impossible to really understand somebody, what they want, what they believe, and not love them the way they love themselves. And then, in that very moment when I love them... I destroy them."- Orson Scott Card.

I've been here a long time. I'm more than happy to answer questions or offer advice. I really don't have time to beta anymore, but I'm always happy to offer bouts of assistance. I have a 'write and let write policy'. As long as you try your best and strive for improvement, I look at all stories as writing practice and stepping stones. I detest flames. If a flamer really finds themselves so high and mighty, why don't the offer constructive criticism instead? But I suppose some people are just too full of hate.
Regardless, I'm usually laid back and feel that life should always be looked at with a bit of humor. It really is funny in the end. I don't take myself too seriously, and I could probably be a better proofreader. I like angst way too much sometimes and have an affiliation for supernatural/fantasy. Updates are slow, but not forgotten! And when I am not here, I work on my original stories which I hope to publish one day.
News, Progress, and Updates
First off ... I will never abandon a story. I will finish all my stories if I have to force myself though updates may be dragging due to living in the real world now. I did decide to try and not put out any more multi-chapter stories though. Oneshots are a free for all. I usually updated on weekends.
News: Just wanted everyone to know that if there was a story that you liked and it isn't there anymore, it probably got deleted. I had a flamer with a vendetta. But don't worry, I keep backups of everything. Its quite sickening how many files I have actually. I will miss you old reviews. Regardless, head to AO3 (Pen name PAW_07) for fics I don't keep over here.
Updates: I'm randomly proofreading older stories like my Jak and Daxter or Invader Zim fics. I'm still picking at the next chapter of Reluctant Hero and a AtLA one-shot called White Sand. Work is just super busy this time of year and Steam had an evil-evil sale to distract what little spare time I had. I'm working on it though.
This is where I will gush over stuff I recently read (or I am currently reading) like the avid fan girl. I would also recommend browsing through my favorites. Read them. I love them and I try to weed them regularly.
Paranatural is a great webcomic. It's like “X-Men meets Ghostbusters except everyone’s twelve.” It’s a comedy/action comic about a group of middle school kids with ghostly superpowers fighting evil spirits and investigating paranormal activity in their hometown. It has a Gravity Falls feel to it.
Gloomverse is another webcomic I liked. Its like magicians meet a mix of fluff and crazy with a back throw of political turmoil.
Girl Genius is one of my longest watched online comics. The style, at first, might not be to everyone's liking, but it grows on you especially with that steam-punk, mad science and romance story line. Definitely a long, recommended read!

I like one-shots or art exchanges. I'll admit my crow-like tendencies and my like for shiny. If you want an exchange, and it falls into my writing spectrum, I am more than willing. Drop me a note. I'm sometimes too busy to take exchange requests, but sometimes a new and interesting idea is just the thing to get the writer juices running.
For Wannabe Stalkers
I sometimes make fan art for my stories. See if there's any on my Deviantart (paw07 (dot) deviantart (dot) com) account. I recommend my favorites as well.
