Author has written 22 stories for Lost, Lord of the Rings, Movie X-overs, Twilight, Last of the Mohicans, Mythology, Band of Brothers, and The Tomorrow series.
Well being 28 I thought I would have had my life together and all worked out by now. You know the sort, Id be in a job I loved, had the perfect boyfriend, if not then a ton of experience in the relationship department and a truckload of stories to tell written down and under my author belt. Yeah... so that plan failed, where does that leave me now?
I write. Sometimes. Rarely do I finish anything I start. Why bother? I hear you ask. Because my imagination is a lot faster than I am and quite often, I have these wonderful ideas, detailed stories, intriguing characters flash through my imagination, and before I know it, if I'm not fast enough, they escape me.
I'm being honest here. It doesn't mean I don't try to finish the stories I write, it just means sometimes, unless I have the inspiration to continue, it runs away with me before i can get it down.
I hope this doesn't put you off of my work all together, because really, the only stories I put up here are usually the ones Ive been able to finish and feel somewhat proud of.
I like writing challenges, you know, the whole 'give me three words and I'll see what I can come up with' challenges, they're always fun, motivating. I tend to write a lot of darker work, not because I'm depressed or anything, simply because writing helps me express my emotions, and usually, because I'm at the point where I need to vent, they can be more on the negative side.
Don't get me wrong, I like happy endings, but not all happy endings have to have a happy middle or a happy beginning, if you get the drift.
So please, if you're willing to take up a bit of a challenge and read something that you know, has some emotional quality to it; feel free to say hello, read some of my work and leaving a little review doesn't hurt either.
Now, if I haven't scared you off completely...
Just moved to Narnia (be back soon...I think)
Photoshop and Live Journal Junkie. I'll admit, Ive even lowered myself to the social norm and joined Facebook. I read rather extensively, love watching foreign films and occasionally paint. I love the outdoors, and find myself most at peace out in the wild world of nature, although truthfully, with my very stressful job I rarely get out into it, or get time to participate in many of my favorite pastimes.
LOST, Lord of the Rings, Twilight (in a pure Wolfpack sense) and just recently, the Tomorrow When the War Began Series.
