He has fallen for Norma Bates. How is that possible? He just met her. / What if there was a lot more going on between Norma and Alex than what we saw on screen? Not only after they got together but right from the beginning? Considering the tension between them, there has to be an untold story that needs to be revealed.

When Sheriff Romero meets a Norma Bates he is filled with an immense irritation towards her as well as an overwhelming need to protect her. Will Romero break free from the force that is pulling them together? Or are they both doomed in the end?

Norma reminisces about the man she loves and their special first kiss.

Aside from the fact that Alex loves her as deeply as no other man before, he also wants her in ways that make Norma blush merely thinking of it. / Normero one-shot because they really need to have some fun.

What if Alex had gone through with his plan to have Norman committed to Pineview behind Norma's back? What would be the fallout for their marriage? And will Norma ever allow him to make things right again?

At a boring charity dinner with WPB's wealthy elite, Norma struggles to maintain her composure while Alex whispers all manner of scandalous things in her ear... "You look beautiful in this dress." He said at a normal volume and she breathed out a shy little laugh. "You'll look better out of it." He dropped his voice so only she could hear him and her mouth dropped open.

When Norma makes an emergency call and doesn't say her name, Alex is led to believe it could've been her who died, taking his worry and anger out on her when he finds out the truth. Save that he didn't expect their argument to get so heated. / How Normero possibly could have happened during Season Three.

Set fifteen years before the events of "Bates Motel". When Sam Bates drags his wife Norma and her two young sons to the town of White Pine Bay, the family is immediately met by Deputy Alex Romero who finds himself drawn to the headstrong young mother and the lives of her two boys. Warning. Very mild erotica. Nothing too graphic.

She was a whirlwind of a woman, a black hole that sucked everyone into her world and left a wake of destruction behind. He didn't want to be pulled in, but he knew it was probably already too late for that.

Alex gives Norma an unconventional wake up call one Sunday morning.

After questioning Norma about Annika Johnson's death, Alex realises he needs her shirt as evidence, and Norma responds with her usual calm and reasonable reaction. ;) "You want it so bad?" She sneered at him, immensely enjoying his discomfort, shimmying the stained shirt off her shoulders and balling it up in her hands. "Here. Take it."

Waking up from a terrible dream, the nightmare of reality continues for Norma. She is very much alive and Norman has wedged his way between her and Alex. [dark humour, fluff, uncomfortableness, normero] Estimated 18 chapters. Occasional M rating.

While having to deal with killing Bob Paris, Alex also gets roped into helping Norma protect Norman. Starting to realise the extent of his investment in her happiness and her safety, will someone from his past help him decide to act on his feelings? Or will he continue convincing himself that Norma is nothing but a burden on him?

Late on a rainy night,the Bates household has settled down for the evening. Norma decides to take in some light reading before turning in. Little does she know that someone is outside, watching every move she makes.

Norma's house is broken in to and she runs to Alex Romero for help.
