Seeing as how my previous profile information had little to do with me anymore, I'm making a new one. Deal with it.
I am a reader of manga and a watcher of anime. I am too much involved in both but can not yet be called a fangirl because I have never gone to one of those retarded conventions and never will. I am however a huge fan who just happens to be a girl. I have checked out so many mangas that I have lost count and have damn little desire to find out. Anime I like but really only watched dubbed series. I'm a big fan of the English language to naturally, it's one I prefer to watch crap in. I only speak English (both good and bad) and am somewhat fluent in computer talk (i.e. noob, n00b, cyber, one liners, and all that). Of course I have pretty much all the acronyms mastered. But by now, who hasn't?
I wrote my first fic when I was 15 (I'm a late bloomer I know) and have continued on from there. Sesshoumaru is my absolute favorite character out of all characters from all the manga/anime I have come across in my long twenty years of existence. Kaname is a close second though; for him I would be willing to be a level E if it meant having him near by :D. Like I said, not a fangirl but pretty damn close. What started my love of the show Inuyasha was a friend of mine in Jr. High would bring taped episodes of Inuyasha to school for us girls to watch on the TV in the lunch room (I went to an all girls Jr. High. Pity me). I got curious and started watching. Just think; if I hadn't let curiousity get the better of me, you all wouldn't have my wonderful stories in existence! What started my long list of thirty seven fics? Hard to say really. All I know is at any one point I have all these ideas running around in my head and the only way to get rid of 'em is to either find a fic similar to it or write one down. And thus my fics!
I live in Canada and work in a tourist trap (five points for guessing which one it is) selling crap to people who barely speak English. I tell you, I get sick of people getting mad at me because I don't speak French. Sorry dude but this is Western Canada. I don't know how things are done on the east side, but here we speak English not French. I also get sick of dumbass Americans who treat me like I'm the foreigner. Bud? Guess what? YOU'RE IN MY FUCKING COUNTRY YOU ARROGANT ASSHOLE! Seriously, I freaking hate Texans. They should all be choked with those stupid belt buckles of theirs! Do the world a favor and keep your retarded "ya'll"ers in the states. I don't want to deal with them anymore. People from Carolina (get a lot of them) seem to be alright (that or their defect is just better hidden), they know how to act like human beings and realize that their the foreigner and need to at least remember their P's and Q's (how does that saying go?). Maybe it's just Texans I don't like. I dunno. Hard to tell. Maybe I just don't like anyone (which is a distinct possibility).
I own five parrots, one Myer's Parrot named Trinity, and four lovebirds named Peaches, Angel, Ava, and Sunny. I love them all to pieces! Ava is such a little hornball though. Give him a nest and bang! Sunny's knocked up. Again. I wish he'd keep it in his feathers. I have so many of their eggs I could make an omelet! I love them all the same. Trinity is easily my favorite though. She's with me all the time and plays with my hair while it's wet (it's so cute. She tries to groom wet hair. I wish she wouldn't though) and likes to hide in it while it's drying. Go figure. What a strange little birdie. I also have a tank of fish but they aren't all that interesting. I watch them when I'm staring into space because fish are calming for whatever reason. I believe there would be less violence if everyone stared at a fish tank with fish in it for five minutes instead of blowing crap up. It's hard to be mad when a fish is trying to scare away it's reflection or munching on a piece of fish flake (or fish crap mistaken for a flake). It really puts things in perspective when you think about how these little guys depend on you for everything. If you don't keep the water and filter clean, these little guys could die. If you don't feed them regularly, they'll die. If you don't keep the tank at a good temp, they'll still die. Kinda humbling to have something depend on you so completely like that. But maybe I'm just thinking too deep I'll head back to the shallow end of the thinking pool.
My top five fave mangas are:
Black Butler (better not end like the anime did)
Not necessarily in that order.
My top five animes are:
Vampire Knight Guilty
Darker than BLACK
Again, not always in that order.
I think I'll stop there because I feel like I'm rambling.
