When Dean has to kidnap him from the hospital after strange things start happening, Sam starts putting together all the little moments that haven't made sense over the past few weeks and comes to the wrong conclusion.

Once upon a time, Dean and Sam were cast into an alternate reality, but this time, they were in a world of fairytales. The brothers have to work to fix each one and make the story right.
