Going on now: Deleted a ton of stuff. (Sept. 13, 2011)
So SaaC is cancelled. Want to take a peek at some spoilers and plot points? Then check them out here on tumblr. (January 23, 2013)
I don't want to go through with SaaC anymore so I canceled it. I should have done this months, if not years ago. It was something that helped me develop my writing skills over the years, but looking at a majority of the chapters makes me cringe. I'm sorry to those of you who wanted to see the outcome of the fic, and I can already see the hatemail I'll be getting for this decision, but it had to be done. One of these days I might go ahead and release whatever plot was left in a doc. (September 19, 2011)

Because someone (who, I don't know) used my e-mail address for some...downright underhanded thing (not going into detail), I'm no longer allowing people to IM me via MSN or Yahoo except for those who have already been situated in my contact list. Skyping me is still allowed, just no more MSN or Yahoo. Actually...I may have to get another yahoo account. The one I have is going down faster than chocolate on a hot slide. I keep the current one just because of all the e-mails I've kept over the years.

Deleted Fanfictions (We hardly knew ye)
Tossed in Space (Ratchet and Clank) Written with good intentions, yet it never saw more than one chapter. It wasn't going anywhere, there were few altered scenes from the first game (mostly on Veldin at the end), and I abandoned it. Currently still at deviantart.
Stuck on an Island (Super Smash Bros.) One of the very first fanfictions I can ever remember writing. A jumbled mess, it was only a matter of time before it was torn down.
Genis and the Sugar Incident (Tales of Symphonia) Let's forget this ever existed. And to the nice person who told me to change it from script format to story back then, thank you.

Would "Sly as a Cooper" have continued into Sly 3?
Sorry, but no.
Do you name OCs after yourself?
Can you insert me into your story?
No. When writing a story, I have a set roster of characters who will appear. So far only in Sly as a Cooper have I had other unplanned OCs appear - all of which I created - and have integrated into the story. (Note that the few sudden characters in SaaC popped up at the beginning of my fanfic writing career and I have since become better at writing in general.) If you want your character in a fanfic, make your own. It's a lot more enjoyable that way. Just make sure you pay attention to spelling, grammar, and check out some writing tips from books and on the Internet. I recommend Wayne Schmidt's Amateur to Amateur: A Non-expert's Guide to Expert Writing (Adapted for Writing Fan Fiction) on the web. Even if you think you know quite a bit, there's bound to be something there that you may not know of. Plus it's pretty good for brushing up on a few things now and then.
The Corner (of random doom...of immaturity)
Okay, so not much as "doom and immaturity" as it is helpful and...full of doom. I've been to quite a few places for aid in writing (for grammar checking, writer' block help, etc.) and these are the ones I like the most and recommend dedicating at least a couple minutes of your time to.
Write or Die - by Dr. Wicked
I'll add to the list when I stumble across something else.
Good NiGHTS and later.
