Author has written 3 stories for Kim Possible.
Age: on the downhill side of forty.
While I've been bouncing around the online KP community for awhile, this is my first foray into the world of fanfic.
A little bit about myself:
I'm a broadcast journalist/librarian/systems analyst by training and trade. At present I'm in a position that combines the latter two but on occasion calls for the first as well. Of the three, probably my training and experience as a broadcast journalist is the closest to that "something inside me", which is, naturally, a writer.
So far, I've lived in eight different states thus far (some more than once) and have at one time or another traveled through every one of the Lower 48 except Maine. I've been married to the same beautiful young woman for twenty-six years and we have been blessed with two wonderful children: a recently-married daughter (25) and a son (20).
I'm a relative latecomer to the "Kim Possible" series, having stumbled upon it one night channel surfing during the latter part of Season Two. Like most KP fans, I was immediately hooked and have been watching religiously ever since.
"Two Naked" (now complete) was my very first KP fanfic. For that matter, it was my first real attempt at writing fiction of any type since high school. So, please keep that in mind when reading the story and/or writing reviews.
"Like Grandmother, Like Granddaughter", and "A Battle Royale" (which picks up where "Two Naked" left off) were my second and third story attempts. Neither has progressed very far, and, frankly, I'm not sure when (or if) I will ever finish them. The former's stuck in a draft of Chapter Four where I hit a wall, while the latter got overtaken by the plot events that took place in Season Four.
I have a couple of post-Season Four plot sea turtles (I tend to think and write too slowly to justify calling them "plot bunnies") that I'm sketching out, but after the experiences with my first three stories, I don't plan on posting any chapters until I have several (if not all of them) completed.
