Author has written 37 stories for Battle of the Planets, Gatchaman, Tomorrow People, Champions, Thunderbirds, and Thunderbirds 2086/科学救助隊テクノボイジャー. I've been a science fiction and fantasy fan for many years. While I enjoy most of the big, well-known television series and novels, I also have a soft spot for less well-known dramas, particularly those with strong premises and interactions between the characters. My aim is always to stay reasonably true to whatever series I'm writing for, although I wouldn't claim that I always write exclusively canon material - particularly where that material is itself sparse. A quick note on the Tracy family here - in my opinion 'Thunderbirds' has no information shown on screen about Jeff Tracy's wife, conflicting (and therefore unreliable) information about the date it's set in, and no information on the relative ages of John and Virgil. The available supporting information is internally inconsistent and unreliable, even going back to 1960s sources. As a result, my take on all those issues can and does vary from story to story and, while I've never based a plot around one of these questions, you should be aware that my stories might not agree with your own views on them. As a general rule, I throw out quick vignettes when I find plot bunnies are chasing me, and am more careful about getting my longer stories betaed. Nonetheless, I aim to keep my stories mostly mistake free, and would welcome any mistakes that remain being pointed out. Feedback, reviews and comments are always more than welcome, either in public or private! I seem to get about 1 review on average for every thirty people reading a story (actually, less. But it varies by fandom). Knowing whether those other 29 people enjoyed what they read or hated it is one of my ambitions in life. I would honestly rather know if you liked or despised one of my stories than have to guess - even two words is better than silence, and without criticism my writing will never improve. So, please read, please review, and I hope you enjoy my stories. I'm kind of struggling for motivation and enthusiasm for much writing (or even reading!) at the moment. No doubt inspiration will strike from time to time. I only apologise for my intermittant and lackluster efforts in the meantime. |
