Author has written 35 stories for Pride and Prejudice.
I'm an early 60s retired software geek, living near Seattle with my lovely wife and teen daughters. I've been writing JAFF for 6 years, with 35 stories totaling 1.4 million words, including everything from 800 word one-shots to 250,000 word monsters.
My wife Amalia and I built up a significant software company over eight years and finally sold it to Elekta. Our software provides huge clinical benefit for clinical staff treating Cancer patients, and we are extremely proud of the work we did and continue to do. I've been working on helping treat Cancer patients for 30 years, and this is the capstone of all that work. Software I wrote is used to treat hundreds of thousands of cancer patients all around the world day in and day out.
In my 40s, I rode 12,000 miles through 18 countries on a recumbent bicycle in my Vision Quest. You can google for "Wade's Vision Quest" for my non-fiction writing. It's 600 pages about my 3 year trip from 2000-2003.
In my earlier life, I grew up in a sawmill, so I think I can probably claim the mantle of the only lumberjack-geek-romance writer out here.
I met my wife in Madrid, Spain about 8,000 miles into the trip (she's from Madrid and there's quite a romantic story there).
Welcome to my stories!
