Author has written 24 stories for Hardcastle and McCormick, and Stargate: Atlantis. UPDATE: 1/27/2018 All three of my novels in my newest romantic suspense series. Love on the Line, are now available through all major retailers. Wild Card Undercover, Running Target, and Fatal Evidence (by Kari Lemor) are available in print or e-book format. You can find them online and you can find me on Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook at karilemorauthor. For fans of Revelations and Expectations, you will find a similar scene in Running Target to one in that story. It was kind of my inspiration for that book. Please feel free to follow me on social media. I love seeing familiar names to interact with. Thanks for all the support here which made me confident enough to show my writing to the public world. You are all AMAZING!! UPDATE: 5/5/2016 I recently had a novella published in an anthology. The novella is called Unstable Ground and is in the Beautiful Disaster anthology and can be purchased at most book retailers. I write under the name Kari Lemor. This story was inspired by our own John Sheppard as he and Ronon were trapped after the explosion. Also: I am now a contracted author. I recently signed a 3-book contract from the NYC publisher Kensington Publishing. All three novels will be out next year. The first, Wild Card Undercover, releases March 2017 with the next two in July and December. You can check out more information on me or my books at my website. I own the domain: karilemor check me out there or on FB or Twitter or Pinterest. I will continue to work on the last of my R and _ universe but with my other commitments it may be slow going. Thanks for the patience. UPDATE: 6/16/2013 I just had a short story accepted for publication and have a full manuscript sitting with another editor. Keep your fingers crossed that I'll hear good news. Anyone who wants to stay in touch, you may follow me on Twitter ( @karilemor ) or friend me on FB. Kari Lemor . Thanks, as always, for all the great support and encouragement you've given me to pursue my writing career. FYI: RECENT UPDATE: 12/22/12 For any of you who follow me and are so loyal, I want to let you know I may not post much for a while. I am currently writing an original manuscript that I wish to sell (yes, and get paid real money for) and so I am concentrating my efforts on this for now. When I get my Rejection letter I am sure I will be back to writing John and Teyla. I would love to continue my 'R and _" universe and I'm sure at some point I will. I still have to marry Ronon off since he's the last hold out on the team. And Teyla needs to have John's baby. But I'm still working on what complication could arise because you know that nothing in the Atlantis universe ever goes smoothly. Thank you so much for all your continued support. It's what makes me keep writing. karie I am a romantic at heart so many of my stories will have some form of romance in them. Sometimes subtle and sometimes not so subtle, maybe even down right steamy. But always tastefully so. (I hope) If there's no romance then there will be some other form of deep relationship stuff. I find it's what I'm best at. And I love telling stories from many different perspectives. I love seeing my favorite characters through the eyes of others. But some stories will be from only one perspective if the character is pushy enough to make me do it that way. Occasionally I am sleep deprived and will write something silly. If you look at my stories you can tell that John Sheppard is one of my favorite characters and I love stories that show him and his family, be it his father, brother or Teyla and the kids. And I have finally admitted that I think I am addicted to writing (something I never would have thought a million years ago when I was in school). And I am even more addicted to seeing how many people read my stories and leave me reviews. When I get lots of reviews, it feeds my muse and she pushes me to write more and then sometimes she has baby muses who attack me while I sleep or while I'm in the car on long trips and they keep pestering me to write stories even though I'm in the middle of one already. It can be very annoying but I usually listen. Thank you so much to all the people who have been so generous with reviews for my stories. You are the reason I continue to write more. Keep it up!! |
