Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter.
A dream came true a few years ago. A short story of mine, "Shadows of Promise" was published in a Paranormal Anthology called "Transcendent: Tales of the Paranormal." A start up publishing company took a risk and put it out there. It did fairly well for a first time book. While you can't buy it anymore--it was out for a year--I'm still proud of this accomplishment.
Thanks to FanFiction, the writing bug bit me around 2004 and my first, serious, full length story was started in 2006. I finished it and the sequel in 2008 but ever since then it has stayed with me. After seeking agents, and receiving a few bites, that gave me the strength to continue improving "Lane Changes" my New Adult Light Mystery/Romance.
Now, I have it edited for the millionth time and LC is at the same publisher that did my short story. She really liked it and knows there is a sequel. My days have been spent editing, writing, reading and editing some more. I love this story and it actually spun out from "Dragon Tears" as Draco became such an out-of-cannon characters I had to give this new person a book of his own. Thus, Draco became a teen named Sam who is very prominent in LC.
