I've been a fan of Robotech since I first saw it on TV in the 1980's. I like the Macross Saga more than the Southern Cross and New Generation sections. I don't really know why. I suspect that the romantic in me really attached to the Rick and Lisa story line. I have lightened up to the SC and NG a lot in the last couple of years. For those of you who are curious, I really am trying to finish Sit Room...I promise.
I'm also a big fan of Stargate-SG1 and Stargate Atlantis, and I've become very interested, perhaps even unhealthily so, in the SGA fic section, so much so that I have written many. I'm also a fan of the Justice League animated series, especially the BM/WW relationship angle and have written a number of fics for that as well.
I confess that I am a hopeless romantic, or at least so it seems after reading my own writing. Funny how I never really noticed it as I wrote the stuff. Anyway, I've come to accept it and they say that the first step to recovery is acknowledging the problem. Hehehe. Anyway, my pairings of choice are Rick and Lisa; Batman and Wonder Woman (Superman and Wonder Woman do not belong together); and McKay and Cadman and McKay and Keller (though I'm liking McKay and Weir more everyday, and the McKay and Teyla angle is growing on me too.) Maybe I simply like to see McKay (as a bit of a geek myself) get the girl. As of Aug. 2008 though, I have to declare myself a McKeller shipper with a strong McKadman tendency.
Holy crap...I've written a Twilight fic. The plague of locusts must be next. Never in my wildest nightmares did I ever think I'd write something for Twilight. Please...anyone...is there a cure? Seriously! I wrote a second one. Help me.
I live on a big rock in the North Atlantic called Newfoundland, a province of Canada, and I'm married and my wife and I have a 18-year-old daughter and a 11-year old daughter.
Everything else is classified.
Cheers and LMAO.
