Author has written 3 stories for Stargate: SG-1, and House, M.D..
10/31/07 - Current News: Happy Halloween! I've graduated from college and have since been accepted into Grad School. In other words, I have no life, and no free time in which to write fanfic. On the bright side... I will finish Rewound. Just not any time soon. Put it on Story Alert and forget about it... and someday it'll be a (hopefully pleasant) surprise when you get the email that says I've updated. :-)
Click "hide bio" up there on the right to skip my rambling and head right to the fic. :-)
Yeah. So this is me on ff.net. I've put my Stargate and House stuff here, but if you're looking for my Doctor Who stories you need to go over to whofic.com. I'm much more active in the DW fandom nowadays, so don't expect me to update anything on this site very often.

A Bit About Me
I'm a college bum. Seriously.
Oh, fine. I graduated. I was at Drew University triple majoring in Music, Physics, and Mathematics. Now I'm at MSU as a grad student in Mathematics Education. But I'm also a lazy bum. Honest.
I work as a TA, tutor, and play as a church musician. In my free time I hang out, watch TV, read and write fanfic, and basically try to perfect my mad lazy bum skillz.
Possibly the most interesting thing about me . . . that I can tell you without having to shoot you . . . evil snicker. . .is the fact that I play a half dozen or so musical instruments and compose not half bad music on a regular basis. I can't imagine my life without music.

In roughly chronological order:
I haven't written fics in all of these fandoms, but I've spent many, many hours reading fics in all of them. If you've written a fic in one of those fandoms . . . odds are I've seen it if not read it. I am a fanfic junkie. My one failing, I suppose, is that I don't comment (review, you fanfiction.net folks call it) very often.

I think I'm a pretty darn good writer, and in light of that I am more than willing to beta. Just drop me a line.
Conversely, my spelling isn't so hot on my good days, and I don't always catch all the mistakes. I don't normally employ a beta, myself, but I do make an effort to edit my own work before posting.
The joy in writing fanfic, for me, is in taking the established characters and universe and then applying a "What if?" scenario. It is my goal to stay true to the characters and, in the best case, have the reader "hear" their voices in my dialogue and "see" the familiar sights of the particular TV show in my descriptions. I want my work to be as true to the shows as possible, and yet still explore and expand the characters. If I wasn't such a bum, I'd be out there pitching story ideas to the Stargate or Doctor Who production staffs right now.
As it is, I haven't finished a great many fics. I've started a whack of them, though. Read stories not marked COMPLETE below at your own risk. There is no guarantee that I will ever finish any of them, no matter how much your or I or the old coot in my closet might think they deserve to be finished.
And fair warning. I am addicted to Hurt/Comfort (a.k.a. Gratuitous Whumping) stories. If you don't like to see characters get whumped, then don't read my fic.

My Shoe Size
Women's eight and a half, wide. My current favorite pair is a set of pink "fake Converse" bought for $3 at my local Target, with which I have greatly outraged my teenaged mutant little sister.
I would just like to note that this site has the worst HTML text entry I have ever seen or used. It eats punctuation marks and spaces and line breaks and tabs like they were gourmet delicacies and there was no tomorrow. Gosh dang it I knew there was a reason why I was staying away from this site!
And since I have nothing else worth saying, on to the fic.
