Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter.

I created this pen name so I could hide things from my friends. I even created a new e-mail address so as not to tip them off. They seem to like to check back every once in a while, even when I haven't written anything in a long time, and I'm sick of it, but too polite to say anything.

Anyway.

I'm Kate, I'm sixteen, and I'm going into my junior year in high school. I live in the most boring town in the history of the planet. The school comittee is consistantly on the front page of the town newspaper, but other memorable headlines include some lady's 100th birthday, and a day whena girl from my school cut ten inches of her hair off. I think that if anything interesting were to happen, everyone in town would die of shock.

I love movies. I'm currently on a classics kick, which means I've been getting stuff like An Affair To Remember, Casablanca, and Some Like It Hotout of the library. Two of my favorite movies of all timeare Singin' In The Rain and Psycho. But I like movies of all kinds.

I read a lot too. I just finished the new Harry Potter book. I've also been reading The Perks of Being A Wallflower. It's on my summer reading list, but I really like it. I'm hoping to scrape by on my summer reading by read that and scanning Les Miserables. I know the play like the back of my hand, and a lot of my friends have read it, so I know a lot of obscure facts. I'm just not interested in a lot of the books on the list because a lot of them are classics. Classics in my opinion, while they havegood story lines, tend to be older, and therefore use older language making them near impossible to read. It's the reason I never finished Jane Eyre, Great Expectations, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, or The Grapes of Wrath. Although, I did find The Grapes of Wrath to be a bit dull. My favorite part of Great Expectations was the fact that, in our Lit books, there was a picture on the page describing how Miss Havisham gets lit on fire. It was this terrible little cartoon of someone in a flaming dress lying on the floor. But it was still hysterical.

I'm very into theatre. I plan on going into acting when I'm older. I'm in the drama club at my school, and I do a lot of summer theatre too. I'm currently working as a crew member for a theatre company based out of Boston, which is a bit of a hike to do three nights a week, but it's fun and it's great experience.

I'll stop rambling on at you now.

Amy’s cousin “Jig” comes to Everwood and, well, causes a chain reaction effect. Worth reading, I think.
