Welcome,

I'm a 38 year old woman from Brazil who happens to love writing, reading, cooking, dancing, listening to music, traveling everywhere and receiving reviews, lots of it (Hint, hint).

I began writing fanfic because after reading a gazillion fics it seemed like the natural thing to do… that and my muse decided to chain me to my computer desk until I wrote some of my bunnies down. : P

Oh, don’t get me wrong. She is a very nice muse, but tends to be a bit bossy and has a habit of running away from time to time leaving me with huge writer’s blocks.

Which is my way of saying that none of my fics are, or will be, abandoned. It’s just that things have a way of happening in real life that takes me away from my computer – but I always come back some time later to write some more.

So far I’ve only written for the HP universe – with two crossovers (Labyrinth and Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and the way my bunnies keep showing up out of nowhere I still have a few fics to go before I start thinking about writing for any other universe.

So far I’ve posted six fics and I’m very proud of each one of them. Let me introduce them:

Brand New Day - My very first fic. Happens to be on hold right now and I’ll have to read the whole thing all over again before I can continue writing it. I will get back to it as soon as I get a few of the others done (Just between us, the problem with this one is that when I started writing it, I had no idea where I wanted to take it, so I was developing the plot as I went and that only works for so many chapters. As soon as the ones which already have a complete plot line are done, I’ll go back and finish BND – but don’t tell anyone, it’s our little secret).

Out of the Maze – This one holds a especial place in my heart, it’s a crossover with the movie Labyrinth, one of my all time favorites, and deals with Harry as a child up to when he enters Hogwarts. I keep promising everybody a sequel and I will do it, someday.

Heir of Light, Heir of Darkness - when I started this one I was getting desperate because none of my (two) first fics seemed to be getting close to the end and I wanted to prove to myself that I could finish a fic. So I did this very short fic telling how Harry and Draco got married. It worked! I had fun, got to finish a fic and relaxed enough to keep on writing. Go me!

Veela Inheritance Problems - One day I fell madly in love with a fic called ‘Magnetic Attraction’ by Frizzy. It was my first Veela fic and I simply couldn’t get it out of my head, after that I came across a few more Veela fics but none of them had the same effect. Eventually a plot of my own started to take form and I HAD to write it down and post it. I though to myself: i ’Self, you’ll get a few reviews telling you that this is yet another Veela fic and you should just leave it or that it’s ok and you should up date. No problem, I can deal with that.’ /i and a few days later I had reviews coming in from all sides and people offering all sorts of things for me to up date as soon as possible if not on the day before that. How did that happen?

Trust and Secrecy came next. What can I say? I’m a sucker for betrayal stories. I had to do one myself. It's yet another fic with my favorite pairing - Harry and Draco. I just don't get tired of them.

The Best Revenge - my new baby. I just had to do something with the Buffyverse. I’m a total brown coat (go watch Joss ’s comments in the Serenity DVD and you’ll understand – Oh, That would be Joss Whedon). I sincerely hope I’m doing a good job translating the character’s sense of humor because Buffy is one of my favorite TV series
