So this is me.
I'm kind of the definition of unique.
I love wolves.
I love anything canine, really.
I own and operate a dog sitting business,
and am the proud owner
of a beautiful tabby/tortoise-shell cat.
Someday she will have a dog to play with,
but not yet.
I have a house with a library in it,
and a garage with two motorcycles
(one for me, one for the hubby).
I am obsessed with stories,
in all shapes and sizes.
I love pictures and photography.
I love bright colors.
I smile a lot and laugh easily.
I am a band geek.
I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota,
and could not be more proud to be an alum of their Marching Band.
I love the moon, and the stars,
and a clear night sky.
I doodle, and sometimes it turns out okay.
I write poetry every so often.
I love wolves.
Did I mention that?
Go ahead and call me crazy,
or dorky, or weird, or whatever.
I am not insulted.
There's no fun in being "normal" anyway.
If there is anything else you want to know, by all means, email me.
I actually will respond.
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE GLASS IF HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY,
AS LONG AS YOU'RE DRINKING IT THROUGH A CRAZY STRAW.
Here's some background info on my stories:
i wrote it for my bestest friend, because she thinks draco malfoy is the hottest hottie ever. originally i had come up with a much shorter version of the story to entertain her while she took her turns blowing up an air mattress when i slept over once. man, let me tell you, it's tough blowing up an air mattress with your lungs. but no, she loved it so much that she wanted me to write it down. well, i couldn't really remember what i had said, so i modified the story and made it a bit longer. and now that it's done, i shall share it with all you other marvelous potter fanfic readers.
Padfoot and Puma
is a story that just kind of started late one night and evolved into this whole twenty chapter thing. the story is finished, much to the unhappiness of my reviewers, but they hate me less now that there's a sequel and whatnot. ;) the story is about a young woman named rya who goes on vacation to england and runs into a rather "black" scoundrel, if you get my meaning, and they fall in love despite everything, including war. this is their story of true love in truly dangerous times.
I'll Wait For You
is a oneshot i did randomly. i guess i was thinking about how much my friends really mean to me, what with us all going off to college at the time, and i wanted to put it into words. and this is just how it came out. warning: i've been told this story makes people cry. but you should read it anyway.
is a very short story in which Ginny tries to write a letter to Harry telling him how much she misses him. this one came about because i was missing my boy very much, and decided this was a good enough way to release some of that.
is the sequel to Padfoot and Puma, so i would recommend reading that one first. basically we are brought back into the life of rya, which has changed quite a bit since we last saw her, and she is thrown into a whole new mess of "black" shenanigans. i have been told that this story makes people cry too. is it possible to get a "kleenex required" disclaimer on a fanfic?
is a oneshot about the Wolverine we all know and love and his relationship with the young Rogue. i have always found it very difficult to find a satisfying, realistic Rogan story, and was really craving one at the time. so i wrote one.
is another Wolverine oneshot i wrote awhile back. you may have noticed i kind of have a thing for him? well, anyway, i've had this idea in my head for awhile and not enough time to write a full-length story of it, so i compressed it down into this cute little oneshot! it's rather shorter than i would personally prefer, and i'm hoping that one day i will be able to come back and write a proper story for flora and wolverine, but for now this will have to do.
so...that's me i guess.
i'm just your average band-geek-story-obsessed-wolf-loving-green-eyed girl.
