Author has written 13 stories for Sherlock Holmes, StarTrek: The Next Generation, and Star Wars. I'm Tony Vernon-Smith, and I'm an alter ego. I am a lover of opera, a fanatic for Sherlock Holmes as played by Jeremy Brett. I also like The Matrix movies and Constantine, as well as Dracula and a whole host of other Victorian things; as a matter of fact I am somewhat of an expert in Victoriana. I am a writer with two books self-published under the pen-name J. A. Roberts; you can find them on by entering the search words 'Sherlock Holmes'. I also on occasion like hard rock, and vodka. I enjoy Star Trek in my more lowbrow moments and I'll post stories up if I can ever get rolling. I am permanently fixed in either the past or the future; the present holds no charms for me. I am an artist with a penchant for psychological portraits. The human face never wanes in its fascination for me. I am not inclined to Mary Sues. I am a cynic, a philosopher, and a grump. I dislike most modern art and many modern books. I enjoy shopping. I have a huge collection of Classical music CDs. I wear black if I can and am regarded as an eccentric. I like looking at gravestones. I am morbid. Well, I guess that's all. I was not called upon to make a speech. Enjoy the stories, and PLEASE review them. I am very greedy and I fasten on praise like a leech does on legs. |
