Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter.I HAVE CHANGED THE TITLE OF MY FIRST STORY. God, I hope you lot read this to avoid confusion...
All right, I've never been very good at this, so here goes.
I'm a fan of many things, specifically reading. I love the Harry Potter series in it's entirety, although my favourite is "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" for various reasons. I'm not an obsessive Potter fan, although I am aware of the existence of "ships" regarding the Potterverse, so I reckon - since I've categorised my story as "Romance" that you all need to know my preferences.
Right. Well, Ron and Hermione first and foremost. I also like Harry and Ginny as a couple, although "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" was depressingly vague on their interaction. The idea of Draco Malfoy as a good guy intrigues me, and I don't mind reading fiction involving him and Ginny, but never him and Hermione. Harry and Hermione fiction can be good if it leads into Ron and Hermione, as some do. Otherwise, the characters are too minor to me to be interesting in terms of romance.
My favourite films happen to be the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, but the best comedy ever written falls somewhere between "Ace Ventura - When Nature Calls" and "Team America: World Police". Classics like "The Matrix" and "Star Wars" are also up there.
I have many favourite books, such as Jean M. Auel's "Earth's Children" series, as well as Conn Iggulden's series abiut Julius Caesar which includes "The Gates of Rome", "The Death of Kings" and "The Field of Swords". Valerio Massimo Manfredi's "Alexander" trilogy is fantastic as well, as is J.R.R. Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" trilogy and Stephen Donaldson's "Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, The Unbeliever and White Gold Wielder". Finally, I recommend Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy for a children's novel that truly appeals to all adults.
Oh, and if you hate my work, please don't be afraid to tell me why. I can't stress the why enough, because I don't like worthless "you suck!" comments all that much.
